Reception not always manned had to wait 30 mins for someone to pitch up to give me the key. Left early in the morning so no where to leave the key … so just left it in the room and shut the door

Soggiorno davvero impeccabile! La struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative: camera spaziosa, curata e comodissima, con un letto super confortevole e cuscini in memory che ci hanno fatto riposare benissimo. Una menzione speciale merita il bagno, davvero enorme e bellissimo: comodissimi i due lavabi e fantastica la doccia, ampia e dotata anche di getto a cascata. Una vera coccola dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro per Napoli! Anche la posizione è perfetta: zona tranquilla pur essendo in pieno centro, a due passi praticamente da tutto ciò che può servire e comodissima per visitare la città. Ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è stata la gentilezza di tutto il personale. Dalla reception alla signora che si occupava delle pulizie, abbiamo trovato sempre persone educate, cordiali e disponibili. Ci hanno inoltre dato la possibilità di lasciare i nostri borsoni e ci sono venuti incontro permettendoci di effettuare un late check-out: attenzioni che fanno davvero la differenza. Meglio di così non si può! 110 e lode sotto ogni punto di vista. Se torneremo a Napoli, non avremo dubbi su dove soggiornare: torneremo sicuramente da voi! ❤️

The location is good, right on the central street. Good for those who want to experience the vibrant spots of Napoli. And that’s about it.

Everything inside the room needed fixing. Many spots marked, other scratched. It looks like it was renovated recently but it is not well taken care of. I had the worst experience I’ve had concerning the invoice for my stay. I had informed them, asked repeatedly, sent emails, called multiple times. So many times on the phone, that promised “they’d send it right away”. Never did. It makes me doubt the legal validity of the business. It is sad that booking did not intervene. Really unprofessional and unacceptable.

I booked this room using a filter in bookings only because it advertised airport transportation. I felt mislead because there is no airport transportation.

The property was misleading. You check in one building but then exit and need multiple keys to get to the room. The room was just ok. Had to take a lift and still navigate stairs to get to the room. The property has no airport shuttle nor breakfast.

Bookingus oli vale info ja pildid olid petlikud. Hommikusööki ei olnud ja ei saanud ka osta kohapea, aga kirjas oli et sisaldub hinnas. Minimarketit ei olnud kohapeal nagu oli infos kirjas. Suuri kohvreid tuli tassida trepist 2.korrusele kuigi infos oli, et hotellis on lift. Kohvimasinat ei olnud toas, aga infos oli lubatud.

TOP Lage - direkt auf der Via Toledo in spanischen Quartier in einem typischen Gebäude für Neapel ! Sehr gut isolierte Zimmer (hatten zwei) - keine Aussengeräusche - und grosszügige Zimmer inkl Kühlschrank. Empfang und Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich !

Rooms are located a block away from reception and the way to get in is pretty dodgy. Lift to get up was really small and seems dangerous.

Für die ersten beiden Nächte hatten wir die besten Zimmer gebucht: Komfort super!!! Die dritte Nacht verbrachten wir in einem "normalen" Zimmer. O.K. aber nicht zu vergleichen mit der Suite, aber das war uns natürlich klar. Trotzdem empfehlenswert!!! Die Lage der Residenza Toledo ist aber ideal, mitten im Gewühl, in der Nähe der Metrostation Toledo, einfach super!!!

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Quarttiere Spagnoli. Von hier aus kann man alles perfekt erreichen.

My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Hotel in Naples. An amazing hotel located on Toledo Street, walking distance from everywhere. The room was really beautiful and clean, very cozy. The bedding was nice. The bed was nice. The pillow was very comfortable. The reception lady welcomed us very nicely and answered all our questions and helped us purchase a train ticket to Rome that we needed. Every question and request was received with understanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely noisy for 24 hours. No double glazing or insulation in the walls so the noise from bins bottles people chatting and shouting was all night. The room was also a fire hazard! Bars on all the windows and only one way in and out so you would be stuck if there was a fire. The bad was slanted so not comfortable

It felt like an actual hotel, which is kind of depressing to give as a positive feedback on here. There was cleaning service. There was a formal checkin with a physical person. The room was an appropriate size. They had really nice pillows. The location is probably not for everyone but I liked it. Overall we were happy with the stay and felt we got our money's worth.

My partner found mold under a mug. The shower door was falling apart a little bit. They didn't provide enough soap/shampoo, and there wasn't space to put the shampoo inside of the actual shower (a caddy would be nice!). The entrance is a little confusing but it isnt a big deal. The elevator is quite small and wont fit a whole family + their things.

La struttura è in una posizione comodissima per chi desidera soggiornare in centro, affacciandosi direttamente su via Toledo. È bellissimo osservare il passaggio delle persone dal balconcino che dà proprio sulla via. La camera è accogliente, ordinata, confortevole e arredata con mobili nuovi. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Carlo, il ragazzo della reception, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Gli ho chiesto diverse informazioni e mi ha aiutato nel migliore dei modi, fornendomi indicazioni utili e preziosi consigli. La sua professionalità, cortesia e attenzione verso gli ospiti hanno contribuito a rendere il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole e confortevole. Grazie davvero per la sua disponibilità e accoglienza.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Rande des Spanischen Viertels. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das Zimmer war sehr luftig und geräumig mit großem Bad. Einfach aber komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Gepäck konnten wir am Abreisetag kostenlos einstellen.

Hotelre számítottam de inkább rbnb szobának felel meg. Ettől függetlenül a recepción levő hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A szoba tiszta és minden nap beágyaztak. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Mi experiencia general del alojamiento es muy negativa, la habitación que nos toco era muy diferente a las fotografías publicadas en booking, por lo que siento que nos dieron una habitación que no estaba terminada en su totalidad porque le faltaban muchas cosas, incluso al entrar se veía un poco vacía. Se veia descuidada, porque las paredes estaban manchadas por las maletas y por las perchas de ropa. El baño era demasiado oscuro, tenia dos luces y una de ellas estaba quemada, cuando entramos nos pusieron un papel higiénico a medias y no nos dejaron más. El enchufe de la habitación donde va conectado el hervidor y el minibar estaba malo, por lo que tuvimos que usar el hervidor en el baño y nunca pudimos enfriar nuestras cosas. Nisiquiera habia un lugar para poner el jabon en el lavamanos, ni el shampoo en la ducha. En general creo que es muy caro para lo que es, deben mejorar muchas cosas.

Naples is expensive and this hotel seemed decent at a reasonable price point. Staff were lovely and helpful with booking a taxi & providing details of where to find it (by WhatsApp). There is a lift- small & old in the side of building we were in- but helpful for bags. We were there just to sleep so it was adequate for our needs.

Reception was tricky to find (tucked in up side street); our room was off different side street & once thru street door we were in a ‘gritty’ space before going up to room. Room had everything needed but quite sparse.

The location is in the historical center. The historical building. The ceiling is amazing.

Good location

The place appeared thrown together to create the space. The shower and bathroom door was raised to create space for plumbing. This raised section also was between the rooms so you had to step up just to walk between rooms. The kitchenette was non-existant and was the cause of the raised floor between rooms. There was NO water for the kitchenette sink. The shower didn't drain properly so we had to take 1 minute showers to keep the shower from overflowing. They're was no blanket on one bed so it a little cold overnight.

Da rivedere il bagno. Il lavandino perdeva da sotto e uno dei porta asciugamani non era ben attaccato al muro. Però bagno spazioso e doccia comodissima.

Pobyt w Residenza Toledo w Neapol był niestety ogromnym rozczarowaniem i zdecydowanie nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Zdjęcia obiektu wprowadzają w błąd – przedstawiają budynek naprzeciwko, podczas gdy rzeczywista okolica jest brudna, zaniedbana i bardzo głośna. Już samo wejście do budynku pozostawia wiele do życzenia – sprawia bardzo złe wrażenie i jest po prostu odpychające. Kolejnym problemem była winda – skrajnie mała (około 1 m na 50 cm), praktycznie uniemożliwiająca korzystanie z niej z bagażem czy wózkiem. Co więcej, po wyjściu z windy trzeba jeszcze pokonać schody, co jest wyjątkowo niewygodne. Wnętrze apartamentu również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Panował tam brud – na podłodze znajdowało się mnóstwo ciemnych włosów, prysznic był zatkany i wyglądał bardzo niehigienicznie. Widok z okna był wyjątkowo nieprzyjemny – wychodził na stary, zaniedbany budynek. Dodatkowo kubki były brudne, co tylko potęgowało ogólne poczucie braku czystości. Dodatkowo spotkaliśmy się z nieakceptowalnymi, ukrytymi kosztami – ostatecznie zapłaciliśmy około 100 euro więcej, niż wynikało to z oferty przedstawionej na Booking.com. Taka praktyka jest bardzo nieprofesjonalna i wprowadza klientów w błąd. Podsumowując – był to jeden z najgorszych pobytów, jakich doświadczyłam. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca i uważam, że standard oferowany przez obiekt jest nieakceptowalny.
