Great location, in the old town and close to many restaurants and shops. Room size is great, and beds are confortable. Friendly staff at reception. About 10 minutes walk from the train station.

Sehr netter Empang. Das Hotel ist in einem älteres Gebäude am Rande der Altstadt, welches sehr modern ausgebaut wurde. Architektonisch sehr Interessanter Innenbereich. Helle Zimmer mit grosszügigem Badezimmer. Restaurant direkt im Hotel und einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück.

Podoba mi się design tego hotelu, dla nas nie było najmniejszego problemu jednak dla osób z lękiem przestrzeni szklane schody i podesty mogą być nie do przyjęcia. Trochę też przeszkadzały nam papierowe kubki i brak kieliszków lub przynajmniej szklanek.

Este hotel tiene unas instalaciones impecables, todo nuevo y hecho con mucha elegancia. Tanto el desayuno como la cena que tomamos en el restaurante del propio hotel estaban muy buenos. Para realizar el check-in llegamos en horario de autocheck-in y tuvimos un pequeño problema que no habíamos recibido el código de la puerta para entrar y al consultar por whatsapp me contestaron inmediatamente. Lo recomendaría sin dudar

Si llegas en coche, hay que tener en cuenta que el aparcamiento en la plaza que hay junto al hotel es de pago y limitado a 2h, con lo cual no puedes dejarlo ahí todo el día si vas a ir al Bernina Express.

Central location and up to 10 mins max walking distance to train station. Good customer care and helpful staff who opened earlier for our breakfast. Room had AC and it was very comfortable in the heatwave. Breakfast was good.

The glass lift and stairs can be off putting but you get used to them quite quickly. So, a novel experience.

Great location in the heart of Tirano. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and the food and service were excellent. Have call out Rudy... he was super nice and attentive. The breakfast was also super good! I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Tirano.

Zeer aangenaam hotel in een rustige buurt, vlakbij het historisch deel van Tirano. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was zeer verzorgd en lekker zonder in hoeveelheid overweldigend te zijn (zoals dat soms het geval is in grote hotels).

We kregen bovenop het verblijf ieder een gratis drinkbus. Dat is wel attent, maar helemaal niet nodig en wordt hoogstwaarschijnlijk toch in de (al vrij hoge) prijs verrekend.

Licht vom Treppenhaus her in der Nacht hat gestört

Sehr zentrale Lage. Nur ca. 10 Min. vom Bhf entfernt. Hotel wurde vor etwa 5 Jahren komplett saniert und es wurde beim Umbau und der Sanierung an nichts gespart. Hochwertige Materielien und Innenarchitektin verstand ihr Handwerk hervorragend. Preis / Leistung top. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Werde bei einem nächsten Besuch das Hotel wieder wählen.

Glasboden im Treppenhaus war für mich gewöhnungsbedrüftig. Glas mit Stahl wurde aber darum gewählt, weil früher in dem Haus eine Glasmanufaktur und eine Schmiede war. So wurde der Bezug zur History hergestellt.

Rummet var nytt, välstädat och fint. Frukosten var utmärkt.

Trapphuset i glas var lite utmanande för en med höjdskräck, men det gick bra till slut :)

Não tem funcionários o tempo todo e somente o senhor do restaurante quem conseguiu dar alguma ajuda necessária.

Sklenené schody nie sú ideálne značené /niekoľkí z nás s nimi mali problémy/, asymetrické izby sú bez skrine, či políc. V kúpeľni nie je kde zavesiť uterák. Raňajky sú veľmi skromné. Jedna pani varí kávu, obsluhuje, dokladá jedlo a nie vždy to stíha.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite und es war sehr komfortabel. Check-in einfach online. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Parkplatz unmittelbar vor dem Hotel.

Muito fácil de chegar, a partir das estação de comboios. Excelente localização, edifício todo recuperado, com muito bom gosto e funcionalidade. Funcionários todos muito simpáticos e disponíveis. O pequeno almoço, uma maravilha. Vamos recomendar a amigos que passem por Tirano.

Very comfortable accommodation. Quite different and a bit quirky with the glass stairs and floors. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

The room we stayed in had very limited options for charging our devices and would definitely benefit from some additional charging points. Some of the breakfast items were not replenished, so it pays to get there early. While the glass floors and stairs are certainly a feature, it can be a bit tricky to see the edges where the stairs go onto the landings.

1. Breakfast was average and could be improved. 2. The room was quite small considering the rate charged. 3. The hotel is approximately a 15-minute walk from the train station. 4. At 7:30 PM, there was no staff present at the reception to assist with check-in. 5. The breakfast pack provided on the last day was not edible. 6. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The glass elevator and open-floor design look modern, but guests who suffer from vertigo may find it uncomfortable and should avoid looking down while using the lift.

Very nice room with the bonus of a Japanese toilet! Loved it! The location is great with plenty of eateries in the vicinity but the room is well sound proofed so you don’t hear any noise. Everything in the room was good quality.

The glass floors and stairs were not good. Aspects of personal privacy aside, they were uncomfortable to walk on difficult to difficult to go up and down without holding onto the rail. The breakfast had limited choices and dishes were not replenished quickly.

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt, gutes Restaurant mit lokalen Gerichten, freundliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung. Das Zimmer war schlicht und elegant, das Bett bequem und die Beleuchtung stimmungsvoll. Das fugenlose Bad wirkte geräumig und elegant. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig dank Schallschutzfenstern und guter Isolation.

Really sleek and modern hotel, lovely finishes in the rooms, well located in a small piazza with a few cafes and restaurants to choose from. We had a very comfortable night here after arriving in late on the PM Bernina Express train.

Very nicely decorated rooms that has everything we needed. Bit quirky with the terrace and all the glass staircases but that might not suit everyone.

Breakfast was pretty basic, even for a continental…. We had a lot of light from the stairwell coming through a window behind our bed which was not great and really needs to be covered up.

Zentrale Lage, nettes und freundliches Personal sowie ein moderner und angenehmer Aufenthalt mit wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Stadt und Berge. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, und auch das Frühstückspersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir zwei Trinkflaschen als Geschenk, die wir im Aufenthaltsraum am Wasserspender kostenlos wieder auffüllen konnten. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, zum Innenhof gerichtet und daher angenehm ruhig. Außerdem die Möglichkeit, eine kleine schöne Terrasse sowohl mit Blick auf den Innenhof als auch auf die Stadt zu nutzen.

Wir fanden zudem die Bedienung von Rollos, Fenstern und Licht anfangs irreführend und hätten uns eine Erklärung vom Personal gewünscht. Als wir nachgefragt haben, erhielten wir lediglich den Hinweis, dass sich die entsprechenden Tasten an der Seite befinden, was uns grundsätzlich bereits bewusst war. Durch Ausprobieren haben wir schließlich herausgefunden, welche Schalter für welche Funktionen zuständig sind. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt schön, jedoch mit einigen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, insbesondere beim Service und der Bedienbarkeit im Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst war eher dunkel, sodass die Beleuchtung zwingend notwendig war. Zudem ist das Treppenhaus mit Glasböden und auch der Aufzug so gestaltet, dass man bis ganz nach unten sehen kann. Für Menschen mit Höhenangst könnte das unangenehm sein. Das Frühstück war eher einfach gehalten und bestand überwiegend aus süßen Speisen. Angeboten wurden unter anderem Müsli, Joghurt, Säfte, Wasser, Tee und Kaffee, frische Croissants, zwei Kuchen, Schinken, Käse, gekochte Eier (kalt), Toast sowie kleine Brötchen zum Belegen.

Fantastic location, walking distance to station, town centre, bars & restuarants. Very helpful staff, room was ready although we arrived early. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the balconies in room and the roof terrace. Great views. convenient lift.

This hotel was well located and within easy walking distance from the train station. It was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was as expected. The views from the rooftop lounge were absolutely stunning.

My wife was a bit sceptical with the stairs and corridors given they were all plain glass and obviously see-through. Descending from the rooftop lounge can be a bit daunting for those with height fears or suffering from vertigo but I personally thought it was a great concept.

The position within the town and it was very stylish. The staff were super helpful.

Appreciated the clean contemporary design. Someone really cared about the architectural details which were well executed. A breath of fresh air compared to so many hotels with their boring, “same old” design. The setting and town of course are lovely too. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. We needed a different bed arrangement and the staff made it happen. Thank you!

We are perfectly fine with continental style breakfast but this could use improvement. The pastries were dry and not great quality, which was surprising since Italy has such wonderful baked goods. We don’t expect a lavish spread but it was a pretty paltry offering. “Food for thought” 😊
