Location and the security

The bed is situated in an odd location of the unit. I highly recommend to rearrange the furniture in the unit.

The location was amazing. Right around the corner from the restaurant and bars at night. Two major metro lines and busstation within 5 minutes walk. The bed was comfortable and the fact that we had a washing machine was great as well. Also loved that everything was labeled/translated to help out.

The daily announcements at 8 am over a speaker in the ceiling we can’t turn off!! So annoying, like no way we could sleep in. Also the AC and toilet made quite a bit more noise that you’d expect. Also, with two entrances on two different floors/level it was a bit confusing to find where we had to go. Some visual instructions would have been nice.

1. The location is perfect, just look for the IPARK sign on the building! 2. To my surprise, they even provide some unnecessary amenity tools such as cotton pads and q-tips, and even deodorant. 3. Kitchen is amazing, glad to learn the strict rules about recycling and trash of South Korea. Good to know and a little challenging to cooperate. I did my best. 4. Bed is comfy, with heating mat underneath, super satisfying. I have no complaints about that!

1. The passcode of the room does not match with the information provided originally, I waited outside the room till check in time only to find out that the correct passcode for entry, which is fine, but I was told that I could check in my suitcase before the check in time, yet there was no place to store it securely lol. 2. I understand that it needs time to wait for the response through Booking app, yet the waiting was too long even when the owner is off work, I was a bit frustrated about the heating system in the room, and there was no instruction about it. I felt a bit cold moving around the room the first night. 3. The cleanliness was acceptable to average people, perhaps I was picky. 4. There was more than five facial towels but no shower towels.

It was indeed in a good location in Gangnam.

It wasn’t clean it looked like someone is living there and just left a few minutes earlier. In the bathroom the sink was leaking and the whole bathroom smelled bad hopefully from the cheap soap they probably used to ‘clean’. Other bad reviews mention the same things, soap remainings, molded hanging silikon on the shower door. Gave off a sketchy vibe. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there even for one night as the aircon and other appliances were loud as well.

Cozy, small, clean apartments. In close proximity to the metro station. Small shops and cafes are all nearby. It was convenient to check in. The owner gave all the necessary instructions for the check-in, was always in touch. Mobile-free Wi-Fi. There were all the necessary little things for a comfortable stay.

It would be better with a comfortable dining table.

What near of the subway station and there is a lot of restaurants around the corner

I booked the studio flat in June 2025 for a 2 week stay. On arrival I found that the apartment which was really a home stay was smelly and not clean. There were no bath towel or bedsheet, the tap to the bathroom basin was loose with dirt around the base, the kettle was not clean and the lids broken . There was used toothpaste and soap in the bathroom. The fridge was dirty not clean. On taking it up with the Owner/Agent I was told that I must not consider it as a hotel as the rate was low. I was then blocked from contacting him/her. As the problems were there from the start, I could not stay there any longer and moved out in the morning to a hotel a few minutes walk away which was in an excellent condition at a commensurate price. (ocloud hotel gangnam ) I would definitely not recommend anyone to choose this accommodation. The Owner/ Agent refused to refund any money.

The location is very good, and the host was super nice. Everything was well explained and easy, honestly perfect spot to stay at for 2 people. A good bonus is that the bed is very good. Highly recommend 😊

The location is really accessible to a lot of places if your itinerary involves places to visit in Gangnam as most are walking distances or 1-2 stops away. It is also really close to 2 different train lines. The room is clean and good enough size for 2 (we had 1 medium and 1 large luggage). Room was well heated and there was hot water available anytime.

The layout of the room was a little odd but it is workable for us as we did require that much space for our things. The apartment main lobby at G floor had operating hours so we had to walk round to the convenient store below after hours. However it is fine if you do not buy a lot or heavy items.

The host open our door without knocking or texting any notice. It does'nt feel nice.

The studio is beautiful, clean and perfect for two persons. There is plenty of space in the closet, has a laundry machine, clean kitchen and a nice bathroom. Beside this all, the studio is located in the middle of lifely Gangnam. The host replied really fast and has good service. Overall 10/10 > recommend.

- good location(can use Gangnum st & Sinnonhyeon st in a few minutes for walking). - good explanation from owner(how to enter building, neighborhood info, trash policy etc). - good room(comfortable & clean). - at cafe, restaurant, deli in same building. - in neighborhood: cafe, stores available, very comfortable. I spent some amazing time here.

The location was right in the middle of everything in Gangnam nightlife! As an added bonus it was pet friendly :-)! It has al the amenities you need! Great for couples, but a bit small.

It was a bit small, but doable. Coffee mix would have been nice! If you have a car, parking is a bit pricey.

I love how everything is nearby! PC Bang! Karaoke! Convenient stores! It's definetely a fantastic place!
