Phong Nha Green Homestay

La piscine, bien fraîche, était parfaite après une journée passée sous la chaleur humide, avec en prime une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. 🏔️ Le patron est vraiment adorable : toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à aider. 😊 D’ailleurs, ne vous fiez pas uniquement à ce que vous trouvez sur Internet : ils peuvent vous proposer de nombreux tours et excursions, souvent à des prix très intéressants ! L’emplacement est également idéal, en plein centre de Phong Nha, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied. Vous pouvez également louer des vélos ou des scooters directement sur place à la journée. Et pour manger, je vous recommande vivement Bamboo Chopsticks : un excellent restaurant, avec des prix très raisonnables, situé à seulement 2 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. 🍜

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, pero lo mejor del alojamiento es sin duda su dueño, siempre preguntándonos si necesitábamos cualquier cosa, de lo mejor de la estancia.

De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en de locatie is top! Mijn schoen was verdwenen door de hond, maar de gastheer heeft dit super netjes opgelost en binnen een dag had ik hem terug terwijl we al door gereisd waren naar de volgende locatie!!

Sehr nett Familie ( hilfsbereit, nett und freundlich), Lage optimal- nahe an den Restaurants und den Fähren (die Hotels vorne am Fluss fanden wir schrecklich beim Vorbeilaufen). Schöner Pool, Frühstück war ok, Zimmer waren ok, alles sauber.

El personal fue lo mejor de la estancia, estuvieron siempre muy atentos a todas nuestras necesidades y nos ofrecieron tanto alquiler de motos como transportes y otras actividades. El homestay es sencillo y por el precio no puedes pedir lujos. La ubicación es buena y tiene muchos restaurantes locales cerca.

La cama. El colchón era viejo y de muelles, que se te clavaban y no te dejaban dormir a gusto. Para mi la calidad del colchón es de las cosas mas importantes, ya que son viajes muy cansados y un buen descanso es esencial. Y por otra parte el ruido. Nosotros estábamos en una habitación en la planta baja, cerca de la recepción, y había ruido hasta tarde.

Phong Nha Green home stay is a beautiful, homely and reasonably priced place to stay with a pool, located on the Main Street of the Phong Nha town within walking distance to local eateries and shops. The highlight was the warm welcoming hospitality of the host and his family and can’t thank them enough for arranging comfortable private car transfers for my family from Vinh airport and to Da Nang, without which it would have been almost impossible for us to complete the trip on a tight schedule with kids. The host also helped us in local sightseeing activities. Family room was basic but clean, spacious with essential amenities provided. Included breakfast was good, home cooked with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend this home stay and the excellent hospitality of the host made it specially memorable.

Unlike a hotel, choice of breakfast items could be limited for someone looking for variety. Room could do with some maintenance.

La habitación es grande y limpia. El desayuno está incluido y té dan a elegir entre muchas opciones. Puedes alquilar moto a buen precio y son muy atentos. También pudimos dejar las mochilas y ducharnos luego del check out, ya que teniamos un bus nocturno.

We liked the location, room set up (family room with 2 bedrooms was perfect for our family of 5), great pool & really friendly staff. Would recommend if looking for a clean & convenient stay in the centre of town.

Alojamiento básico....es un homestay. Hay algunos detalles y mejoras a realizar.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce i miła rodzina, która je prowadzi. Nie jest to miejsce luksusowe, ale w tej cenie jest wszystko czego oczekiwałem plus ładny widok z basenu. Pokój podstawowy, ale czysty i ma wszystko, czego trzeba podczas pobytu. Śniadanie dość podstawowe, ale wystarczające. Rodzina, która prowadzi pensjonat pomoże we wszystkim od taksówki do wycieczek i wypożyczenia skutera. Dodatkowo lokalizacja w centrum miasteczka, blisko wszędzie (przystań do jaskini Phong nha, restauracje). Plusem jest dobry angielski syna, który pomaga prowadzić pensjonat. Polecam!

Minusem jest bardzo miękki materac, ale pewnie cześć osób taki preferuje

Las instalaciones, el servicio, mención especial para DUC que nos ha ayudado en todo y con quien hemos podido hablar mucho. Se han preocupado que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Las habitaciones son grandes y están limpias. El desayuno es abundante. Alquilan motos a muy buen precio.

I think this place is typically a great stop, the staff are lovely and location is perfect. When we complained as below they were great at letting us out of our booking so we could move to somewhere with a proper window!

We got the dud room in which the window to the balcony was frosted over slas were the 2 small windows above the bed so the only 'view' we had was if we opened the door and that was into the neighbors. We booked a pool view room, at least that's what booking.com said. We got city view if you opened the door. This is not good enough, it would be better to remove the frosting and add a privacy curtain cos then you'd at least feel like you had outside. The room across the hall was perfect and what we expected but that was booked so we moved. Also ants on one of the beds was pretty bad to arrive to!

Possible de prendre une douche et d'avoir une petite chambre à disposition pour se reposer avant le bus de nuit pour Hanoï. Vraiment d'une gentillesse qui nous a marqué lors de notre voyage au Vietnam

Its very close to the centre of town, shopping, restaurants/bars are easy walking distance. The room was clean, well constructed and spacious, table and chairs provided, very good hot water. The pool upstairs has beautiful scenery with trees and shrubs for privacy from the street. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, caring and compassionate.

It would have been good to have a small fridge in the room.

La atención del personal, es lo que más nos gustó. Duc (nose si he escrito bien su nombre), el chico joven de recepción, es una persona muy amigable y atenta, con quien tener una buena conversación. Su familia también nos pareció muy amable. Nos atendieron todos muy bien. Por otro lado, el desayuno casero y el café estaban buenisimos. Las instalaciones nos parecieron comodas, y tienen una piscina donde resguardarte del calor, desde donde se ve la montaña.

Pool was really nice and available pretty much any time of the day. Location is great, and have a great view of the mountains nearby. Plenty of nice places for food nearby. Staff helped book a tour for us which saved a lot of effort, and offered to help with transport for onward travel. Got our laundry done which was good

Bed could have been comfier, shower had minimal power so a bit like showering under a light trickle. Laundry didnt have the usual fresh detergent smell but was cheap and clean. Not sure if this would have been sufficient for very dirty or soiled clothes None of the above would discourage us from staying again though.

Dan and his family were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Property was in a good location to restaurants and bars in Phong Nha.

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très confortable et irréprochable en terme de propreté. La piscine est très appréciable. L’accueil chaleureux des hôtes. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Homestay très bien situé , le personnel est très sympa et est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes . La piscine avec vue est superbe , on peut prendre des excursions à l'hôtel et organiser des trajets ce qui est très pratique

Avec un frigo et de l'eau un peu plus chaude à la douche ça serait vraiment parfait

Le bus réservé par l’hôtel pour rejoindre Hue était très long avec de très nombreux arrêts tout le long de la route. le chauffeur conduisait très mal, c’était dangereux

Skønt homestay med fantastisk udsigt i Phong Nha! Dejligt homestay med en super beliggenhed i centrum af Phong Nha, i gåafstand til både bådene og gode restauranter blandt andet “The Rice House”. Stedet har et fint, lille poolområde med en helt betagende udsigt. Værelset var simpelt indrettet, men rent og udstyret med alt det nødvendige: en god seng, aircondition og eget badeværelse. Værterne var utrolig venlige og imødekommende under hele opholdet. Til morgenmad kan man vælge mellem et par forskellige retter fra et menukort, hvilket fungerede upåklageligt. Vi bookede desuden afhentning fra Dong Hoi togstation inklusiv en sightseeing-tur igennem homestay'et – det var alle pengene værd og kan varmt anbefales!

The bed wasn’t comfortable, there were areas of the room that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly (bathroom window had black mould and a lot of limescale on the shower head meant it didn’t work properly) and very noisy around the property.

L’accueil du proprio et de sa conjointe sont parfait! Ils ont des excursions sur place et location de scooter possible (attention de vérifier l’état). Ils offrent de bons petits déjeuner avec le meilleur café! Possible de réserver des excursions sur place! Piscine avec superbe vu sur le pyton et de l’autre côté la rue ou jouent les enfants du quartier! Il nous a aussi aidé a trouver un chauffeur pour nous rendre vers Hué en passant par des arrêts que nous souhaitions voir (dunes- tunnels de Vinh Moc) Il est situé a cote des départs de bateau pour la grotte Phong Nha!

Très à l’écoute de nos besoins, en nous donnant accès à une chambre gratuitement à 5 heures du matin. Belle piscine, belle chambre et personnel très gentil et très souriant.

We had a wonderful stay at Phong Nha Green Homestay. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip easy and enjoyable. They arranged our airport pickup, transportation to Da Nang, bicycle and motorbike rentals, and even laundry service, all with great communication and a smile. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and local attractions. We truly felt welcomed throughout our stay.

Air conditioning did not work.

Simply an amazing place to stay at in Phong Nha. The owner and his family are all very friendly, the homestay is nice and tidy, they even have scooters for rent. I can’t ride a scooter, but the owner happily agreed to give me a lesson😁. The view from the pool is amazing, just like the pool, which is quite deep. The breakfast was also excellent, I wholeheartedly recommend banana pancakes. The location is also excellent, just 4 minutes away from the nearest bus stop by foot.

Los dueños son muy amables y están pendiente todo el tiempo que no te falte nada, ofrecen diferentes tour y servicio de taxi a un muy buen precio. Está muy cerca de todo, lugar seguro y limpio. La piscina Le da un plus muy bueno. Y en el desayuno te dan a elegir entre 7 opciones que tienen entre huevos fruta panqueques entre otras cosas junto a un café o jugo

What an incredible stay! The host was exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication via WhatsApp was fast and smooth, and they assisted us with arranging activities, transportation, and bus bookings, making everything effortless. We were also allowed an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, the pool was fantastic, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Considering the level of service, support, and facilities provided, the price offers outstanding value for money. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

The family working there is really nice. They let us stay until late in the evening so we could shower again after check out before taking the night bus. Good breakfast as well. Overall a great place to stay.

It‘s the perfect accommodation - we booked the Paradise & Dark Cave Tour through the homestay, a bus from phong nha to hue and even rented bikes for a day! The staff is VERY friendly and super helpful - very heartwarming people.

In deze prijsklasse weet je dat je in een eenvoudige accommodatie terechtkomt, de ligging en uitstraling van de Homestay is prima.

Eenvoudig kan gewoon schoon en hygiënisch zijn, daar is nog wel verbetering mogelijk. Het zwembadwater was bv troebel, we hebben ook niemand gebruik van het zwembad zien maken. De kranen in de badkamer waren dof van de kalk, dat hoeft niet ook niet in een eenvoudige accommodatie

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und direkt ins Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und ruhig. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sieht gepflegt aus. Zum Frühstück gibt es verschiedene Varianten von Eierspeisen, Pancakes oder Nudelsuppe. Die Lage ist optimal.

Die Roller zum mieten, haben ihre besten Tage hinter sich (Tankanzeige & Geschwindigkeitsanzeige sind kaputt). Es wird einem direkt zu Beginn ein Buch mit Touren ins Zimmer gelegt, wir hatten das Gefühl das man etwas enttäuscht war weil wir keine Tour gebucht haben. Bezahlung in bar - obwohl das Kartengerät auf dem Tisch liegt🤷🏼‍♂️

No room fridge, but not a big problem

We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we stayed for one week without any issues. We rented bikes during our stay and also used the laundry service, which was very affordable and convenient. Breakfast was included, tasted great, and the timing was perfect for us. The guesthouse is run by a wonderful family who are incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The location is also very good, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed our time here and would have happily stayed even longer.
