D&DLuxury Rivonia Apartments with inverter

No breakfast Location was fine

Waited long for the key. Security didn't know about us.

Safe neat apartments

They gave impression you have an option of extra bed but there wasn't. They should say there is no space for a third bed, but they can assist with a single mattress. That was the dissapointing part for us.

The apartment exceeded our expectations very beautifully organized, the owners communication was on time and everything was in order no struggle at all . The views ohhhhh they are perfect

If the owner can make sure there's atleast enough dish washer and maybe domestos for the dishes and cleaning

The place looks as exactly like on the pictures, beautiful spacious and very warm,I loved the place with my family it was a pleasant stay

It’s closer to shops and it’s situated in a secure location

None

Everything was perfect

None

Limpesa diaria a cargo dos hospedes, eletrodomésticos da cozinha, falta dstv, pessimo atendimento ao cliente

Location, convinient.

That we were supposed to pay for cleaning services

The apartment is beautiful and well decorated with classy furniture. It's spacious, clean and has great views with modern touch. Easy to locate and close to malls and shopping center not forgetting friendly security staff.

I suggest in future that they consider cleaning services over the weekend and provide enough toiletries like toilet paper which is a hygiene product, for a family of 5 we had only two rolls for three-night stay and with kids we realized at night that we ran out of toilet paper!

The location is good and convinient to most of the places i wanted to get to.

I really loved the place

Super clean and very classy

Very nice...

The location and security are excellent, the beds are comfortable, the internet speed is great, and the overall condition is perfect.

The carpet is old and dirty, the sofas are worn out and uncomfortable, and the cooking pans are in poor condition

Everything!!!! Such a beautiful space, it was warm, modern and it smelled devine! The property has everything you need and is perfectly located.

Literally nothing but if I have to give constructive criticism it would be for them to upgrade their DSTV package so they have more sport channels (Only because my hubby complained about missing a game)

The place was amazing, exactly like in the pictures. Very comfortable, clean and safe. We are a family of 5 (including a 10 month old) even he was comfortable. Host responds and makes your stay comfortable, we had a miscommunication with check out time but she didn't make it difficult. Definitely recommend

The location is very good. The apartment is spotless. The apartment lives up to its name. Wifi is very good.

An Absolutely stunning, beautifully furnished apartment thanks to the owner. Located in a beautiful area with loads of shops near by. The securities were strict but friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there's only 1 aircon which is situated in the main bedroom, had wished it was in the main area as the apartment can get very hot but it wasn't a train smash because there's a fan provided. Wouldn't mind coming back to this gem again.

Nothing

Neatness, value for money

Nothing

Safe, central location with undercover parking. Across the street from shops and very close to restaurants as well as easy access to fun spots. Tasteful decor, super comfy beds and bathroom, very well equipped kitchen as well as immaclate condition - with regular clean-ups.

The lift closest to apartment was not working making it difficult to get our luggage to the apartment

It’s spacious and clean

The Host was arrogant and rude on the phone after we checked out instead of being polite and ask whatever she wanted to ask or rather reprimand us

Friendly and promt service, clean apartment, ease of access, and location. Tv made for nice viewing as well. The inverter was a big bonus when the power went off for a while.

Pots and pans were a bit scratched. Noisy neighbours on a Friday night, but that's of course out of the host's control.

the apartment was modernised.

would have been great if the cleaning service was included in the price - the property is at the end of Rivonia road, and runs parallel to rivonia road, felt unsafe outside of the complex, and for where the location is - the price needs to be reviewed. Also wasnt a fan of the shower and basin that was open in the bedroom, there was no dressing table for us women who need a place to sit and do makeup ect.

wifi at the facility

Everything about this apartment was lovely!

The location was easy to find and the view was spectacular. Kitchen facility was beautiful got everything I needed 😍

I loved everything except I needed both rooms to be in suit.

We loved staying there....The apartment was clean and cosy. Unfortuntly no TV for spot fanatics. Location was perfect and we felt very safe. Tried to book it again for the coming week but it was booked.

TV

Everything....it was very neat and tidy .....it felt very homely.... The beds were good quality beds......we as woman felt very safe there

Nothing to complain about

The apartment was designed to make a luxury statement. It was designed for comfort and relaxation for any type of trip. We were captivated by the cleanliness, the fresh aroma across the entire apartment. The attention to detail of the furniture layout and art on the walls adds to the usability of the spaces around the apartment. We enjoyed the use of the apartment's high end appliances - kettles, pots, audiovisual set and reliable WIFI, amongst others. The security is great, my family and I felt safe, with designated parking. Our four nights felt short. We'll definitely call again.

A very pleasant upmarket apartment. Kind security and wonderful host. I unfortunately forgot my wallet in the unit. I returned two ours later to look for it. I was happy to find that the cleaning lady had discovered it and kept in a safe place.

Nothing. Every thing was good and pleasant.

The place was nice and clean very safe place and the owner very lovely And welcoming excellent service I got 100% will be definitely coming back.

Nothing

Very clean and well equipped also has an inverter so we were not affected by load shedding. Host also responds very quickly. Place is very secure and my kids loved the pool. Check-in process also very easy.

Remote for the gate. Had to keep asking the security guards to open and close the gates for us.

A beautiful, comfortable, safe and super-clean apartment -so much more than it's pictures & description.

We love the place so much, it was our second stay as a family because of the comfort and great service we received last time. Absolutely beautiful, modern beautiful interior, very clean and all utensils worked very well. Provides all you need to be comfortable and very convenient as it is very close to shops and restaurants and it is very safe. Wifi worked very well .

Nothing, we loved everything about it.

Close to the shops. Neat and clean.

Bedding was too hot. Need more lighter comforter for hot nights. I cleaned the flint from the dryer. Looks like no one knows that it needed to be cleaned to work properly. 😅

Everything about the place was amazing, the interior designing was very classy, everything is well thought through. That place is value for money, it definitely exceeded my expectations. I was ecstatic about the place.

Nothing was wrong honestly. Everything was just perfect for me and my crew.

location was perfect close to the mall

the is nothing

It was very conveniently located and very modern.

There was no aircons. For the price paid an aircon was expected. There was just 1 fan, but they brought another fan. It was extremely stuffy and hot, even with the fans on and windows open.

NETFLIX DIDNT WORK , WHEN DID IT WAS IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE

Property has everything one would need while travelling away from home. The decor is very beautiful and it’s as presented here. No load-shedding!

Would be good to have daytime curtains.

The place looks as per images, it was an amazing stay

It is an absolute luxurious home away from home, everything worked well. Gives a wow experience the minute you walk in, absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Super relaxing lounge. We also loved the fact that we were not affected by load shedding because of the solar power.

We loved everything, the owner was of great assistance whenever we needed help.

As an AirBNB owner myself, it was my first experience to stay at an booking.com. It was a very pleasant experience. Uwa responded to all our queries within 2 minutes. The place is beautifully decorated and furnished, right in the middle of Sandton. everything you need is just around you apartment was very clean, The cleaner was also sweet. I really had a great time I will defined recommend it.

Everything look good
