The area was quite . Staff very king to serve and accommodate. Clean environment and good breakfast

Everything, purely satisfied

The place is clean and tidy ☺️... private rooms make it very comfortable.

I asked for my check out time to be adjusted....it was too early ☺️🤷

The place looks exactly like in pictures ,its clean and comfortable and modern .The staff was very friendly and helpful .No regrets and we will definitely book again

There is absolutely nothing I didnt like .I regretted for not booking for the whole weekend .

I didnt have breakfast but Muco is top tier when it comes to service delivery.

No complains. The best Guesthouse in Sandton.

Loved the Location Loved the layout Loved the spacious rooms

It was a lovely place, close to everything... it was an easy stop and go

The location, overall security, staff efficiency, the coziness of the apartment with all the functioning facilities.

The slippery tiles in the shower - hazardous!

Exceptional.

Nothiing. All was expected.

The breakfast was a no for me

Spacious and.clean

..

I really liked the cleanliness and the plants

Everything was good

Excellent location, beautiful and spacious room with a self-catering kitchen. Our unit also had a lovely porch overlooking a beautiful garden. Shout-out to Cedric, Fortunate, and Tathu, who gave us a very warm welcome and send-off. I haven't met such attentive and friendly staff in a long time! Nothing was too much trouble.

The shower over the bath was set a bit low, making the shower a bit of a challenge.

It was nice and quiet and the staff was very friendly and professional.

The room could use a little more modernizing.

The rooms were clean ,surrounding well kept and management was very helpful and very attentive

They hosted a mother's day braai , they can improve on salads otherwise everything else was fine since I could tell it was their first rodeo , the outside kitchen, can do with a little cleaning a better set of pots and more mugs and cooking spoons

Water pressure on the shower. If the can consider changing showerheads or fix water pressure. Their place will be exceptional

O atendimento e a tranquilidade do local

The location is perfect and safety

Netflix didn’t work in my room

The breakfast was good and the place is in a quiet and peaceful location. Our room was upstairs and it was perfect all amenities were working it was perfect!

Everything was exceptional I wouldn't change a thing, the staff was friendly and our host Khathu who went above and beyond in ensuring we enjoyed our stay.

Everything, the bathroom, the staff competence, the environment very safe, you find everything you need in the kitchen tea etc

I suggest that they should be room heaters in some of the rooms for people from tropical areas like West and North African. Coming from Ghana to stay in room with temperature of 15 degrees Celsius is not the best.

I LOVE EVERYTHING, IT'S SO CALMING AND RELAXING, THEY LIVE UP TO THE NAME. I will be going back soon.

Cool

Client service

Some old bedding 🛌 but the staff replaced it after I flagged it

Great host and breakfast

The rooms and furniture need to be upgraded. Plastic mats on floors instead of rugs and carpets. Too rustic.

Everything About the place is so awesome. The People and hosts are so sweet and always willing to help. Lovely place and looking at visiting the same place more often

I loved everything about the place

Place great and spacious. Staff amazing and they jump to assist you...

Water temperature was way too cold at 6am.

Piece full moment

Quiet and very safe. Very welcoming staff

Lots of steps!

Friendly staff, very clean

All in order

The property is great. Lovely in-fact.

There was a lizard in my room which was a bit scary.

The reception, integrity of personnel. They assisted even when Air-conditioning was off,not working.

Hospitality and professorialism

Homely

My pick up from the airport was there. The guest house was great. Had kitchen TV but no clock. The pick up driver became my tour guide also and was able to charge it to my room. If you walked up the hill turned r and walked to the next street, took a left and walked up 2 streets gas station, Mickie d's KFC and others. The staff helped in other areas that came up also. Break had cereal, breads and bevs and they made you a dish.

No Staff to assist with breakfast. Toilets leaking room small TV not working

The kitchen and lounge area is pacious. There was no power in the area when we arrived and the whole night, however the team tried to provide solar lighting and hot water.

It will help if the team can send a message to the guests prior to arrival to alert them that Muco has two separate buildings and which one they should go to. This will ensure a smooth check-in process after a long drive

They can kick you out at any time. They ask you to pay at the counter. But if anyone checks in online. They'll kick you out.

The receptionists, both day and night shifts, were so kind. Assisted with luggage and explained kindly to my questions. All needed supplies were present. The room was warmed, and I had enough blankets to keep me warm for the night.

That it was only for a night and not more.
