La place au pied de l hôtel est magique, typique, à l écart du brouhaha des touristes tout en étant au cœur de l Alfama! L appartement était parfait pour 4, tant pour les rangements que pour la fonctionnalité. Nous avons aimé la belle luminosité le jour et le calme la nuit: nous avons dormi comme des loirs, parents comme enfants! La literie était de qualité, la climatisation a été appréciée. Le personnel était toujours souriant.

Il manque peut être quelques espaces de rangement dans lesquels on peut se sentir un peu à l’étroit à quatre. Mais comme on est à Lisbonne on sert là essentiellement pour visiter plutôt que de passer des journées entières dans l’appartement donc bilan très positif !

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Sehr zentral, direkt hinter der Wohnung beginnen die unzähligen kleinen Gässchen von Alfama. Gegenüber ist der Hafen mit Blick auf täglich neue Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Geht man aus dem Hotel raus und an der Hauptstraße nach rechts, ist man in gut 10 Minuten am schönen Praca do Comércio. Direkt dahinter gibt es eine klassische Fußgängerzone. Kurzum: Die Wohnung ist perfekt um Lissabon zu Fuß, per Fähre (Cristo Rei!) und per Uber zu bereisen. Obwohl sie mittendrin ist, ist sie aufgrund guter Dämmung bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren für mich perfekt, da ziemlich hart. Meistens bekomme ich in weichen Hotel- und Wohnungsbetten Recht schnell Rückenschmerzen, hier habe ich wie ein Baby klimatisiert auf harten Betten tief und fest geschlafen, super! Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß (man macht ja nicht viel), kam mir in echt aber kleiner vor als erwartet. Wie gesagt, kein Problem, auch für 2 Erw. und 2 Teens kein Problem aber eben wirklich eine kleine Stadtwohnung.
Wenn mich überhaupt etwas genervt hat, dann das die Badezimmertür unserer Wohnung Nr 20 gehakt hat. Das wollte ich den Mitarbeitern noch mitteilen, allerdings mussten wir am letzten Tag vor deren Arbeitsbeginn abreisen, daher leider nur noch unpersönlich auf diesem Weg. Das Bad ist sehr klein und hat wenig Stellfläche, was mir 3 Frauen etwas nervig war. Ich hatte die Sachen dann kurzerhand im Schlafzimmer auf dem Platz vor der Scheibe des Lichtschachts stehen, war auch kein Problem.

Sia il letto matrimoniale che il divano letto molto comodi. Staff molto disponibile per raccomandazioni su ristoranti e bar tipici di ottima qualità. Inoltre la reception da disponibilità a tenere i bagagli sia all’arrivo che alla partenza. A noi in particolare li fecero trovare direttamente in stanza e ci fecero fare un check in anticipato alle 11. Nulla da dire, perfetto!
Bagno non ventilato e filtri dell’aria condizionata sporchi, emanavano entrambi un cattivo odore. Inoltre sempre il bagno aveva la porta difettosa, non si chiudeva del tutto, una piccola svista che può fare la differenza. A parte questo tutto perfetto!

Reviewed May 17, 2026The location was fantastic if you like to be in the middle of all the action and restaurants. The room had plenty of space for us and everything we needed. The staff was very attentive and supplied us with information when we asked and kept our room stocked.
The only complaint that we had was the bathroom door wouldn't open completely unless we forcefully pushed it because it would get stuck on the floor.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Todo, estuvimos súper a gusto. Pudimos descansar súper bien sin ruido. Los recepcionistas muy amables y atentos, la ubicación perfecta. Todo muy limpio y acogedor, éramos una familia de 4, dos adultos y dos adolescentes. Repetiríamos sin duda y lo recomendaremos.
No hubo nada que no nos gustara, solo añadiría que falta algún espejo más para mi gusto. Pero nada que no sea fácil de solucionar.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Asunto oli puhdas ja sijainti mainio. Rautatieasemalle 10min kävely, Alfaman tunnelmalliset pikkukujat ihan vieressä. Sähköiset pimennysverhot ja hyvä ilmastointi tekivät öistä täydelliset! Ovikoodi oli kätevä niin ei tarvinnut avainta. Hissi on iso plussa portaiden täyttämässä kaupungissa. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja apua saatiin hetkessä.
Eteisessä voisi olla seinäkoukkuja tai naulakko takeille. Asunnossa ei ole säilytyskaappeja, hyllyjä tai komeroita, joten tavarat joutuu pitää matkalaukussa tai ikkunalaudalla. Toinen peili olisi tarpeellinen tyttöporukalle, ja kylpyhuoneen peili kaipaa valaistusta.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, moderne, pratique, spacieux, très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. Egalement très calme par rapport à l’emplacement. Emplacement top! Plein de petits restaurants typiques aux alentours… Vous pouvez y aller en fermant les yeux !!!

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, cool eingerichtet und wirklich super für einen Trip nach Lissabon. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine. Jeden Tag kommt Personal und füllt die Kapseln auf, macht das Bett und reinigt. Generell ist das gesamte Personal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir nochmal nach Lissabon reisen, würden wir uns wieder hier einbuchen!
Für meinen Geschmack war das Bett etwas hart, aber das ist ja sehr subjektiv. Ansonsten wirklich alles ganz toll!

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026This was a wonderful apartment in a great location in Alfama. It was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchenette. Loved the decor. Cafe for breakfast was located just steps away. Lots of restaurants close by. Check in was easy even though we arrived after hours. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!!!
