Hot tub was good. Park was clean/tidy

No mirror in bathroom. Bathroom condition was poor and cramped. No freezer in fridge.

This was the best configured pod I’ve stayed in. Ideal kitchen and bathroom ,comfortable bed , relaxing seating area and easy to use hot tub . Site is very well laid out for privacy and quietness.

As a short @rse , the coat hooks were a bit too high . A triviality really ! 😀

More cutlery required please. Geared for 4 people however will sleep 6. Same for dining & patio chairs. Only 4 of each when there were 6 of us. Suggest some folding chairs that can be stored in the cleaning cupboard so can be readily available when required

Very clean, quiet. Location next to river was wonderful. Hot tub was also great. Staff very friendly.

I would add some clothes hooks outside for wet jackets and some hooks inside for clothes, towels and things.

The lady in reception was super friendly and very helpful. The hot tub was great and we sat on the deck of the pod and watched a Kingfisher fish in the river. Excellent couple of days away in a great location. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely location and very spacious

We really enjoyed the stay but the caravan was absolutely filthy and we had a power cut and couldn’t get through to the helpline for a while. The sofa was covered in stains and smelt awful, every time I tried to go to reception to complain it was shut. The door on the master bedroom didn’t shut properly. The handle on the en-suite was broken and my daughter ended up getting stuck inside due to this. Both sinks were rusted and had no cover over the plugs. Behind the cushions of the sofa were what looked like mushed up sweets. I have pictures and videos of everything I have described. When my partner took the keys back he complained and the woman at reception laughed it off and said “oh was the boss not happy” which I think was highly unprofessional, she didn’t even acknowledge the complaint.

The location on the edge of the river was fantastic with lots of wildlife on-site. The distance to the town centre was about half a mile but a really nice walk.

No outdoor furniture in our Caravan- Could easily fit 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. Its such a shame as the weather were perfect - huge disappointment for us No BBQ facilities however some other Caravans/pods had Check out between 9-10 Seems mad early. I understand the Caravans and jacuzzi get deep cleaned however feels a bit rushed to get us out of the site Would be nice if there were some small kids area. Little playground as there not much to do for the Little ones

Honestly perfect place for a getaway, super quiet and peaceful. We went during the week so wasnt too busy at all meaning the no barriers between the firepits wasnt too much of a privacy problem for us. Hot tub was spectacular and heated up for us when we got there, perfect on a cold night or to set the day off! There was an outside light and lights inside the hot tub which was a bonus. Plenty of utensils and kitchenware to cook, although no oven so not a lot of options for us to cook. We did end up ordering takeaways both nights which was so handy as its only a 2 minute walk to the barrier where they drop it off to you! Had an absolutely amazing stay and thank you to the friendly and welcoming staff!

We loved the quiet site and how close it was to the shops, takeaways and pubs.

If I had to say one thing it would be that there was no outdoor seating, the weather was lovely and warm but unless I wanted to sit on the floor there was no option.

I had a really great, renting a caravan for some family time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it. The Comfort 2 Bedroom Caravan was very well maintained, and everything felt clean and looked after. The hot tub was particularly nice; it was clean and you could actually smell the cleaning product when we arrived, which gave us confidence that it had been properly cleaned and prepared for our stay. The park itself is in a lovely location and is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to Crieff and nearby towns and attractions. We also really liked how family-friendly the place felt. There were plenty of families around, and it had a relaxed atmosphere that made it a great place to stay with children. The reception staff were fantastic and very welcoming, helpful and receptive whenever we needed anything. They really added to the overall experience. All in all, we had a brilliant time as a family and would happily come back!

It was generally peaceful and relaxing, although I would not describe it as completely quiet. On a couple of evenings, some neighbouring guests were a little more enthusiastic than expected! 😄

Lovely place.

The smell from sewage in the shower was very strong. Also, we had to remove a rug from the leaving room, it was very smelly. We kept it outside. Moved sofa as well and hoovered and washed the floor to make the room smell nice. Not a big deal though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Superb location

We traveled with 2 dogs but the pod wasn’t enclosed so we couldn’t have the door open. Some pods definitely need a fence around them so your dogs can roam free.

Nice location, and the site is well looked after, the staff were great, nothing was to much for them, wee bar and shop in at reception, very cheap compared to other sites, our first time here and we will deff go back.

It was such a cosy cabin, right on the river. Peaceful but only a short walk to a new Aldi store. Easy parking, very friendly staff. The whole site was maintained extremely well.

I liked everything about it. I went for a chilled few day's and it was certainly chilled, loved every minute of it.

We stayed in “The Dee” glamping pod. We loved how close to the river Earn it was. The hot tub was 10/10 and the peacefulness of the whole holiday park was spot on. The staff were lovely and friendly. We will be returning.

Location perfect for purpose of our stay

Loved our static caravan - there was just the two of us, so it was spacious and generally comfortable. The park is in a peaceful location, with just a short walk into Crieff surrounded by lovely scenery. Staff were welcoming and gave us recommendations for places to eat in town - one of which 'Kroov' was a real hit with us and our friends. Although the hot-tub is boxed in with fencing for privacy, so no scenery to look out on, it was clean, warm and we really enjoyed using it. Our friends were staying at the nearby Crieff Hydro Hotel and paid almost twice as much for their room and the facilities there. I think they were then jealous of the relaxed indoor / outdoor space and hot tub that we had available to us rather than being stuck in a hotel.

The mattress protector was only a double on a kingsize bed - this meant it didn't fit properly so it, and the sheet kept slipping off / bunching up. Also being a waterproof one with plastic backing made it a bit hot and sweaty so we didn't sleep very well. Minimal thing, but could do with another cutlery tray to store cooking utensils and knives in (or a knife block). The knives were on a shelf in a high cupboard and when I pulled one out another dropped . . . thankfully missing my feet.

Liked the setting of the podcast next to the river. Was peaceful when the f☆☆☆☆☆☆ neighbour had left. The podcast had everything we needed except a hairdryer. Lots of plug sockets, bed comfy.

The noise from a neighbouring pod. That went on all evening, the people had been drinking so l was not wanting to cause a scene. The staff said we should have phoned but it was too late as they had left. Staff stated they did not hear it nor that it happens often. The guy was very dismissive of my telling him. I did not like that. Also the info sheets were very negative particularly about taking your dog. It was all dont do this and dont do that, dont chase the birds. Very negative indeed. Also £25 ok thats standard for a deep clean which is rubbish no extra cleaning will be done. Some people are dirtier than dogs. A nice doggy welcome pack would have softened this, as we all know is an extra money making scheme.

It was positioned in a quiet location - well equipped, had everything you needed for a stay, bed was comfortable, shower was good and cooking favourites were good too. Loved the hot tub ! And nice and private. Quiet at all times others were very respectful. Very clean.

We paid extra for WiFi, signal was poor. Tv in caravan could be upgraded and a stain on the sofa needs cleaned however overall it was very clean.

Caravan smaller than expected. Decking area too small. Although caravan clean overall. The sofa had large areas of. Staining which had been cleaned but staining still very visible.

Excellent location, beautiful views, staff were excellent.

With the lodge and hot tub being under tree cover having a broom or some other cleaning tools would have been handy.

It was well situated, clean and everything we needed was provided. It rained on our visit so we weren’t able to use the hot tub the first evening we were there which was disappointing as there was no shelter which I found strange with us living in such a rainy country. Apart from that we were happy with our visit.

It's a beautiful location and the hot tub was lovely.

We were so disappointed on arrival at the way the lodge smelled, even once I'd aired it. I had to go out immediately and spend a considerable amount on plug in air fresheners. There was a large pile of bird poo / sick on the decking on arrival. There was no hairdryer, no scissors in the kitchen and many other expected items you would normally find, were missing, like stools at the dressing tables and a bin in the bathroom. There were dishes in the cupboard with dried egg on them. This made it difficult to trust the cleanliness in general.

Beautiful location by the river. Also close to town. Easy to check in and out. Comfortable and clean inside pod.

Could have been a little bit more privacy between pods with some extra screening.
