Sehr schönes Zimmer und Bad. Das Abendessen und Frühstück im Restaurant waren sehr gut.
The staff were fantastic. Very helpful as well. Beds comfortable and everything was spotless. Special mention to the lovely Polish receptionist and the waiter from Newcastle who are a credit to the hotel.
Nothing
We loved everything, from the minute we arrived we were met by Aliysa at reception, she was absolutely fabulous, our room was No 6, it was exceptionally clean, the hotel is dog friendly and I can honestly say, I did not see 1 dog hair or could not smell dogs at all, it was so peaceful even although there was a large party booked in for a celebration, we could not hear a thing, Breakfast was absolutely perfect, we had dinner at the hotel both nights and was outstanding, we both had the same dessert each night, the breakfast staff were all very professional, attentive and just lovely, as was the bar and waiting staff,, we only left the hotel once for a walk, we just wanted away for a few night peace and quiet and that is what we got.
There was not anything at all that we didnt like.
Loved everything about our stay. Five of us on a motorcycle tour and we could have booked a better place to stay. Property, staff and food were all exceptional. We even had a beer in town with one of the staff on his day off! We didn’t try the Crieff hydro spa but maybe next time as we heard it was great from other guests.

Food excellent and staff friendly
Getting tired. Carpets worn. Needs a complete revamp.
All good
The breakfast was lovely, clean and comfy rooms. Blonde receptionist was wonderful (sorry didnt catch her name)
Wish there was a lift
Very large comfy bed , hot bath , good size room
The food in the restaurant, overpriced, for the quality , minimal menu . We wished we had walked into town , for half the cost and a better meal

Clean and comfortable, staff very welcoming

Friendly staff, a 10 or 15 minute walk to the centre of Crieff very dog friendly

Everything
Everything. Spotlessly clean. Super comfortable bed. Great size room. Lovely to have a bath & shower in en suite. Lovely decor throughout the hotel, all areas really nice. Lovely, friendly staff. Super value for money. Exceeded expectations!

Staff gentilissimo e fascino d’altri tempi
The location and the staff were lovely
The cleanliness was poor especially in the bathroom could not take a bath because of mould! The fire doors were slow closing but banged shut, very very loud went on all day and all night! Was awful
The staff were very friendly, most welcoming. Food top class. Rooms spotless. Very relaxing hotel to recommend

Incompetent, disingenuous, inflexible, unresponsive staff
The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was good value, with spacious car park onsite and picturesque garden at the back. Quiet surroundings, nice room and good breakfast.
Only a small point, that one of the mattresses in our room had quite a significant dip/depression in the middle which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. As the hotel is not staffed in the late evening we were not able to report it until the morning. However, the staff were very helpful then and changed the mattress so we had a better sleep on the second night. We were grateful for their quick and helpful response.
Staff polite and friendly helpful, Got a very friendly greeting when we arrived. Will definitely be back.
No problem.
It was clean and tidy and quiet and peaceful Breakfast was excellent!
Nothing to complain about.
I have visited many times and the .high standard has always remained the same. The fact that the staff haven’t changed says a lot too, happy staff happy guests.
Nothing.
Very comfortable, delicious breakfast, friendly and attentive staff!
I stayed just one night. The staff seemed very friendly and efficient, breakfast was excellent and bed firm plus comfortable.
Nothing for me
Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Frühstück war super. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.
Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.
Comfortable and clean
£30 per night per dog additional charge is a bit steep
Very pleasant staff in all departments. Quiet hotel with garden areas to get outdoors. Not far from the Hydro, just a 5 minute walk.
Breakfast let it down a little. The cooked items were good. One morning they run out of milk and had to go up to the Hyrdo, next morning no croissants left by 8:15am?? Now, they know how many they are catering for at breakfast so no excuse. Was disappointing when I asked for a little bit of bread to dunk in my mussels to find I was charged £7:50 for it…..we ate and drank in the hotel or in the hydro for four nights and I thought it a bit off to charge me that for a slice of toasted sourdough. I buy a whole loaf for that cost. Also a pretty foul drains smell in a corner of the dining room from a leak, they said, but it still was very pungent and unpleasant. I hope it’s being addressed asap.
The staff were very accommodating

Friendly staff, good food
Staff very helpful and friendly. Pet bowls, bed and a treats bag in room for dog.
Room was up two flights of stairs, which was difficult with the dog
Lovely room with great views across Strathearn. Staff on reception were lovely and helpfu just as iremembered them frommy stay a couple of years ago.
They didn't have any gluten free bread for breakfast on my first morning. Unusual and doesn't match my previous experience two years ago
The staff are all superb. Reception tean are very welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping do an amazing job. Great shower. Lovely towelling robes. Shower products are really nice. Great location, a wee stretch of the legs walking back to the hotel from the main high street .
The mattresses are getting a bit old and sunken. The pillows are way too sparce and its like chasing a cotton wool ball through a duvet cover. Good shower products but no body lotion . No wee individual soaps. When ordering your breakfast, be very clear and specific of what you want .
Personnel charmant dans un établissement fort agréable Repas excellent et très copieux Parking très pratique

Breakfast was very good and a good choice dining room was lovely that’s all I have to say
Maybe a bigger room would be more acceptable as my husband is disabled
Excellent location, lovely setting, great food and top notch staff who made us very welcome and were happy to assist whenever needed - Alicia and her twin sister on reception and bar was outstanding !

Brilliant staff. Parking. Trad group that played on the first Tuesday of the month. They were super
Amazing staff! Great location! Awesome food!

Location
Needs to be renovated but reasonable value for money
Everything. Small friendly. Location very good. Staff excellent as was the breakfast. Coffee and scone delicious and evening meal very nice. Had lovely room although it was too hot. Lovely bathroom with toiletries and bathrobe. Tea coffee facilities in room with biscuits fridge with water and tunics tea cakes
The room was too hot and couldn’t control with the air conditioning
The staff were very welcoming. We were a large party and we all enjoyed a very nice evening meal and drinks in the cosy bar. For those of us who stayed over the accomodation was very nice.
Good location
Quite a lot of steps which might be a problem for some
Breakfast cooked to order. Everything else buffet style.
The lonely homely relaxing atmosphere Lovely friendly staff . Very clean and great fit a quieter family trip.
Nothing
Lovely hotel , good sized clean rooms. Could be doing with maintenance on conservatory .
The staff seemed to lack training in customer service
Lovely quiet peaceful sleeps. Really comfortable beds Staff are very helpful and friendly 🙂
It's a good uphill walk from the town
The staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean comfortable and well appointed. The food is very good and the breakfast is tasty and plentiful.
We would say that it would be really be great if after dinner we could relax in the bar. Unfortunately the seating is limited there and we find it difficult to find seats. There is comfortable seating in the foyer and we would be happy to sit there but it’s quite chilly. There is a wood burning stove but never appears to be lit. Apart from that it’s a lovely hotel I. The middle of beautiful Perthshire.
Friendly staff and a very nice room.
Our room had a bath that isn't suitable for my wife. We could have asked to move but we liked the room.
This is a beautiful hotel tucked away in a quiet little town. It is very luxurious, from the complementary bathrobe to the decorative throw pillows. Our window and our delicious breakfast had a view of a lovely garden.
We have a friend who lives nearby and gave us a ride to the hotel. It would be challenging to get there without a car as there is not train station in the town nor do I think public transportation would take you there.
Very friendly staff and the possibility to use the pool at Crieff Hydro is a big plus!
Lovely small hotel, friendly helpful staff, comfortable, clean room, great breakfast. There is a lovely outside sitting area, and you can use the facilities at the Hydro.
Nothing!
Friendly greeting from reception staff at time of arrival. Helpful information if local amenities provided. Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast
Tea and coffee at breakfast could be a little fresher. Both seemed a little “stewed”.
Nice room, good food and really pleasant staff. The parking was secluded and safe.
I can’t think of anything!

The outside definitely lets the hotel down, broken bins culletering the carpark, dirty ashtrays and seating needed replacing. The inside is very old and not clean. Staff were inexperienced and Just one lady running the Reception and the bar.
Great location for touring the area
An excellent hotel in a quiet location. Our room was large and the bed was king size. A very enjoyable one night stay
Breakfast was very good, big choice . Very hot. Staff very attentive keen to offer more coffee/tea toast etc. Also didn’t feel rushed to finish. A very good experience all round.
Lovely staff, great location, fabulous food, plenty of parking, well equipped room and comfortable communal seating areas. Very welcoming to dogs.
Unfortunately the room was too warm. We turned off the towel rail in the bathroom, opened the windows, but the radiator in the room wouldn’t turn off. So we were far too warm and didn’t sleep well. Rest of the stay was perfect.
Hotel right on the loch, plenty of parking. Lovely room, comfy bed, good shower, spotless. Short, easy walk into Fort William. Nice breakfast. Everything we needed
Nothing
Comfortable, friendly, good food and shared leisure facilities with nearby Hydro
A very personal hotel, with great food and service . Only a 5 minute walk to the Hydro where you can enjoy lots of activities . We would highly recommend it
Only one negative - the main areas were sometimes a little chilly .
Another incredible stay!! My family and I have stayed at the Murray park and The Hydro since I was very young and the high standard of friendly service and cleanliness has never changed ! I stayed at the Murraypark on my own this time and had a lovely experience. The staff are ever so friendly and work ever so hard. The room was spotless and had great facilities such as a coffee machine a retro style fridge and a modern fan. It was a lovely touch having a Tunnocks teacake in the fridge. The bed was so comfy and the breakfast was cooked to perfection! I have loved coming back here growing up and can’t wait for more stays in the future
Great location, made to feel welcome as soon as you went in the door. Lots of choice at breakfast with quality products. Parking available within Hotel grounds.
Stayed at Murraypark, the staff very friendly and helpful. The food in restaurant was really good and tasty also so were the breakfasts. Our bed was very comfy. Bathroom was spotless. The only thing is, its a bath with a shower over it. l have mobility problems so was a bit of an issue for me, but I did not mention this on booking which I didn't think I would need to do. All in all, the food, staff room were very good. I'll stay there again
Perfect hotel when travelling with pets; friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast & good restaurant food.
Accommodation in need of a little TLC, looks a little tired but clean & comfortable.
Very clean and comfortable!
There seemed to a a kind of generator going on and off all night which was a bit annoying!! Shower not very powerful!
The location, the comfy, well-equipped room, and the very friendly, helpful service. Access to the Crieff Hydro facilities.
The coffee at breakfast.
Perfect stay, nice room nothing to complain about. It was as good as we remembered from 2010. Unfortunately just one night.
Amazing stay excellent staff the quality of the food outstanding plenty parking . Spa was amazing Victorian baths so relaxing total chill out zone . Staff in both hotels excellent
Amazing breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable staff, shuttle bus laid on to get us up to a function at the hydro. A really set up hotel, would happily stay again
Great place to relax with excellent food. We have been coming for 30 years and always feel refreshed when we leave.
Had a great time and that's why we keep going back. We were made welcome with our two dogs and everything was lively, room, food and spa great.
Welcoming. Dog friendly. Lovely food.
Staff very polite & helpful, food excellent (we had lunch and breakfast), room & bathroom clean warm & spacious, bed large & comfortable
We had no complaints
On our return to the Murraypark our friends who had not stayed there before were delighted with everything on offer as we hoped they would.
The rooms were very clean.
Nothing
We stayed here in the October half term. The hydro was full, but this turned to our advantage as I cannot fault this hotel. You get almost every perk of staying at Creiff Hydro without the chaos! This is a small country hotel with an open fire a.n big heart. We had a lovely little room with bunk beds for the kids. It was modern and Cosy. The hotel restaurant is excellent. We didn't have a bad meal and the service was great. The hotel manageress was highly capable, a hospitality pro. We couldn't have felt more welcome. We will be back and I'd probably pick this over the hydro.
The restaurant at Murray Park is in a lovely setting and the surroundings are genuinely impressive. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. I chose the Stornoway black pudding bon bons as I’m a big fan of Charles Macleod’s Stornoway black pudding, but these certainly did not taste like authentic Stornoway black pudding. They lacked flavour and were very dry. I suspect a standard black pudding — perhaps from Yorkes of Dundee — was used instead. For the main course, I had the roast sirloin of beef. The accompaniments were excellent and the Yorkshire pudding was tremendous. However, the roast itself, despite being cooked medium-rare, was extremely tough and almost impossible to chew. It felt like a cheaper cut of sirloin had been used, which was very disappointing given that it should have been the star of the plate. To top it all off, the baked vanilla cheesecake was probably the worst I have ever had — dry, lacking flavour, and served with a stale biscuit base. All in all, it was a disappointing experience. A beautiful setting let down by food that simply didn’t match the surroundings.
An excellent overnight stay at the Murraypark Hotel. From check in to departure the staff were excellent. The quality of the food was first class and the room was very comfortable.
We have visited this hotel many times and always enjoy it. Its main strengths are it’s wonderful staff and the food! We had a lovely room, spotlessly clean(thanks Abbie and Anna) and a really comfortable bed. The Murraypark is so cosy and welcoming you start to relax right away. Beautiful surroundings and use of Crieff Hydro Hotel’s facilities. Many thanks to Alicja, Zaneta and Michael who are always so friendly to all the guests and made our stay another memorable one. Highly recommend the fish in beer batter and the chocolate orange tart! Looking forward to our next stay.
Ambiance, staff and food
Breakfast service was very poor. There is buffet service for continental breakfast but coffee/tea and cooked breakfast is to order. After being seated it was 20 minutes before we were acknowledged and our order taken, 30 minutes before we were served coffee and 55 minutes before receiving cooked breakfast.
Everything from start to finish was amazing and I wish I was still there! great booking, great reception, clean room, fantastic bar and restaurant.
