The TV remote for our room was not working. When we reported it we were told it hadn’t worked for weeks !! Perhaps a replacement is warranted.

The location was very nice and we were able to park right outside the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and we enjoyed the food and drink we purchased while we stopped.

The room was very comfortable and convenient for the Main Street.

There was a kitchen extractor outside one window that was rather noisy, however it was switched off around bed time.

Staff were nice

There was a bad smell from the sink in the bedroom, the water temp was unstable it changed from boiling ( dangerous) to cold and the room was not cleaned or bed made up or towels changed at all . I wanted to leave my suitcase to collect later but there were no staff around the morning I was leaving.

Fantastic staff, food and facilities can't recommend enough. The locals were fabulous. Stayed for 2 nights in the Orchid suite while on motorbike tour, the room was the most luxurious we have stayed in with lots of space. The food in the restaurant was top notch and the best we had during our adventure. Fabulous beer garden. The staff were amazing!

Welcome was so nice, shown upstairs and given all the info needed The room was beautiful, compact and well equipped....with a fridge Bed was comfy, shower was excellent, towels soft etc etc The garden is fantastic, great space for enjoying and family/dog friendly...although the locals need reminded to clean up after their dogs obv Housekeeping staff were so friendly, everyone was! Parking right at the door and central to so many businesses and walks alike. Worth a special mention...and would be worth paying a supplement for, it the views available from here. They are second to none!

Bedroom had a smell off damp coming from the bathroom , if you opened the bedroom window it was level with the kitchen extractor fan so all you could smell was oil , on our last day the oil smell was a horrible dirty oil smell

Clean and comfortable room with mini fridge, crockery and cutlery. Very welcoming staff. Had a great dinner in the lively bar area

The family suite / penthouse was really great for us, it was so spacious and had everything you need. Would have been appropriate to stay much longer. No noise from the pub below, amazing views, and the TV in the bath was such an unexpected treat!

Parking is a bit of a stress, but we were able to get one of the 2 spots in front of the pub mostly, otherwise there was street parking just across the way and we could see our car.

Room was lovely and big, very comfortable bed. Staff were great, both checking us in and serving at the bar later.

Only tiny thing I would change is that the coffee offered in room was decanted instant coffee but that is the only small thing.

Not far off the town centre with great views at the rear of the Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and ideal for our 1 Night stay. I could have stayed a week if I could. Special mention to the staff. We had a very recent bereavement and once I explained they couldn't have been any nicer and comforting to a complete stranger to them. The bar area was nice and we had a couple of drinks later at night. We didn't eat as we weren't in the mood but the menu did look nice.

Internet access was intermittent but that did not prove an issue. Perhaps weather related.

Parking was limited but not hard to find something close by and free, if you don’t mind a short walk.

Needed to collect keys early as had a wedding staff were very accommodating and I managed to get keys at 12 , room exceeded expectations for the price paid

Remember this building is also a pub, so if it's a weekend, expect some volume from the downstairs bar. They aren't open too late but if you're going for an early night's sleep, bring some earplugs. The place isn't rowdy by any means - it's a very family friendly place, but just a heads up.

Everything was perfect, staff lovely and very accommodating. it was very quiet in the room...even though there was a band playing nice folk music downstairs, couldnt hear a thing when door was closed. Gorgeous Full blossomed pick cherry tree to see right out of our window which was nice . Location fab...close to all sorts. Staff could not do enough to make us happy everyone was perfect

Good location and well appointed apartment. Even though the apartments are above the pub and restaurant ( so there are stairs to navigate )this doesn’t cause any issues. Bit of traffic noise from the main road but nothing to worry about. Staff were fantastic, pub is good and had a nice meal at the restaurant too. Look out for the Sunday lunch in a giant Yorkshire Pudding… great stuff!!

The staff were helpful when there, during their working hours Spacious, self catering room.which was nicely decorated and the choice of pillows on the bed.

No heating , on my arrival so the room and shower room were very cold so I couldn't take a shower. No owners or staff in the building to help put it on and the phone rang out when I tried to call the owners.. Although the staff were helpful when they were there , it wasn't until day two that the heating was on most of the time. A worker thought the shower water was warm however , the temperature varied from warm to mildly warm. I couldn't stay in it.

Nice room in a great location to explore Crieff and access many local attractions.

Wasn’t expecting the £30 pound charge for the dog. It didn’t say that on your website. It did had excellent stuff for dogs but we’d brought that all with us

Hosts were brilliant, great on arrival and throughout the stay. I travelled with my dog for an relaxing overnight and had a great experience. I stayed in the Thistle Room, which faced onto the main road and was surprisingly quiet and did not affect our stay. The room was immaculate, fresh tea and coffee provided and lots of blankets and towels were available. I have to say it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. (I took pics of the mattress and duvet as definitely going to look at getting this for my own home :) ) The food was great and the Beer Garden is huge with an enclosed area with sofas and just a great all-round experience. I will definitely go back 100%.

Nothing from the Hotel, there's roadworks right outside for during the day and there's 2 spaces to park which had the same cars during my stay, but a few hundred meters away you can get parked ok (just noting this if you have lots of luggage as the traffic lights from roadworks makes stopping outside tricky) I had to juggle bags and dog on a leash with narrow pavements so just to be mindful but don't let it put you off.
