Very close to the golf course and the ocean. They had the best continental breakfast, so much to choose from. There was a fan for the room. Our room was large. The hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful answering questions about the area. When we checked in the young lady at the desk was the best.

The bathrooms were in poor condition. The shower faucet was damaged, and I scratched my hand while trying to turn off the water. The sink also had a large crack. The coffee machine was not working. There was also an unpleasant smell in the porch.

It was a very well presented nice hotel with more than adequate facilities. The breakfast was more than excellent in the room was high order for the price.

Staff were very friendly. Location next to Venue pub is good. Plenty of tourist leaflets. Near beach and Sligo.

Soap dispensers very hard to work in shower and at sink. Although a fan was provided and used, we found the room very warm.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze, Aufenthaltsraum mit Kaffeeautomat jederzeit zugänglich. Großes Zimmer mit großem und bequemem Bett.

Wir konnten leider nur ein Zimmer mit Bergblick buchen - für diesen musste man aber schon einen "langen Hals" machen. Wenn möglich, unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, sehr schöne Aussicht für relativ geringen Mehrpreis. Das Frühstück besteht größtenteils aus Fertigprodukten - es gibt aber immerhin frisches, fertiggemachtes Obst.

Direi tutto nella norma, buoni i servizi ma non eccelsi. Comunque non devo lamentarmi di nulla. Per quello che costa è tutto OK

Frühstück war ok, aber nicht weltbewegend.

The apartment was an excellent size with separate lounge/dining area and bedroom. Comfortable couch and chairs. Great views over the water and golf course. Plenty of car parking spaces and breakfast. It is about 15 minutes from the City centre.

Whilst there was a microwave the kitchen didn't have any crockery or cutlery. We carry some basics of our own but I'm sure they would allow you to use something from the breakfast area if you asked.

Avevamo una camera vista strada, ma comunque ben tenuta.

Il prezzo a mio avviso fuori dalle aspettative. Magari meglio buttarsi su Sligo, se si vuole soggiornare a prezzi più da mercato, ma la struttura era comunque ben tenuta. La colazione non era il massimo purtroppo.

In the bathroom, there were no Hooks for clothes, nor towel rails.

David and all the staff were so friendly. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay so enjoyable. I felt like I'd arrived to Ireland as it used to be, with the friendly welcome! Every recommendation for hikes and eating out was super. A brilliant location to get to everything. The room was fabulous, with beautiful views and the price was right. I loved everything about it! I'll definitely be back..

Female staff were lovely, very friendly and informative. Size of room, balcony and view were excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities good , fridge in room good for keeping milk etc for tea, and cold drinks. Free water daily a bonus too. Continental breakfast was adequate.Good, ample car parking. Excellent restaurant next door The Venue.

A fantastic hotel. Modern and very good facilities. Our sea view room was lovely and had an access door to a small porch which was ideal for sandy items after the beach. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Good size car park. Wish we had been staying longer.

There was nothing to dislike.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bad auch. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war umfangreich in der Auswahl, aber außer einem Ei gab es nichts warmes zu Essen. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür und kostenfrei. Der Ausblick direkt aufs Meer (in der Ferne) war super toll.

Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber es war kein Schrank im Zimmer. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich den vermissen.

Location, pleasant staff, lovely balcony with a fabulous view, large room with coffee machine & fridge.

This is not a boutique hotel. It should not be marketed as so. Breakfast is continental & I did not realise this at time of booking. While lots of options at breakfast, it does not match the price point of the room. Mattress needed replacing. A lot of flush & heavy dust in bathroom radiator. Toilet brush holder needs replacing & had previous dirty toilet water in it already. A lot of Covid stickers in hotel & still a perspex screen around reception which is odd. The lobby is very dark. This could be a wonderful hotel with a little more attention to detail. 180e b&b should have been no more than 130e based on the above.

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen in Strandhill, etwa 7 km von Sligo Town entfernt. Der Strand und viele Restaurants sind circa 10 Gehminuten entfernt - nebenan ist aber auch ein leckeres Restaurant. Man kann wunderbar aufs Meer schauen und bei Sonnenschein den Ausblick genießen. Der staff war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

The location was good but if you were wanting to go to Sligo you need a car. The access to the hotel was good (if you needed a wheelchair). The staff at reception made you very welcome and the room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. The double bed was both large and comfortable. The view from the window was good albeit the the weather was inclement during our 2 night stay. The continental breakfast was very good especially the coffee. The bathroom with both a bath and shower was a good size and with plenty of hot water.

Their were a few niggles in the bathroom. The sink tap fitting was loose and the a dodgy LED light but this did not impact our stay. There was another sliding door to an outside area with a chair and to get to this you went through a porch via another door and on opening this it had a very musty smell which could be rising damp. That said this would not put me off staying here again. Not many places nearby to eat in the evening and we went to the conveniently located pub next door which was relatively expensive for nothing special to eat but again nothing to do with the hotel.

Lovely walks from the hotel and at the reception plenty of information regarding this , including local maps. The room was roomy and clean . Enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The location was great and the staff had good recommendations for where to eat. There was plenty of on site parking. Walking around the area was very easy. The views at the beach were lovely.

Tolles Frühstück, Kaltgetränk wurde jeden Tag im Zimmer bereitgestellt, Zimmerservice Hilfsbereite und sehr freundliches Personal, stets um die Gäste bemüht.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar im Stadtteil "Strandhill", mit der Möglichkeit auf das Meer hinauszuschauen. Wir haben im Hotel ein Upgrade auf ein solches Meerblickzimmer bekommen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sogar Touren und Ausflüge in die Umgebung empfohlen. Das Frühstück ist eine Art Selbstbedienungsfrühstück, kein "Full Irish", aber es ist alles vorhanden und dafür auch sehr umfangreich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Badezimmer groß. Man kann den Strand und einige Restaurants auch gut, in etwa 10 Minuten, zu Fuß erreichen, oder man nimmt gleich das Nachbarrestaurant, welches von sehr guter Qualität ist.

Ci è stata assegnata la camera n.208 al primo piano: molto spaziosa, pulita e con una vista eccezionale sull’oceano. Le giornate erano eccezionalmente calde, ma la sera la camera era fresca e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Colazione continentale con una buona scelta di paste, marmellate, pane, salumi e formaggio. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile (ottimi i consigli del gelato a Strandhill e della cena al vicino The Venue).
