Un peu de bruit extérieur en fin d'après midi car proche d'une rue principale. (défauts des qualités) Mais pas de quoi gâcher notre séjour.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Great location and good value for money. We didn't meet Marc but he was very friendly and efficient via message and check in and check out was easy . He gave us lots of advice on the area too. The appartment is spacious and clean - a little dated and tired around the edges but we had everything we needed and it was great to have a washing machine and iron and Netflix for a longer stay with not so good weather ! An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Easy to park too . Felt safe .

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026La ubicación está cerca del océano y de lo más importantes lugares turísticos (Souk el Had, Medina, Oufella, Marina etc), En el apartamento hay de todo para sentirte como en tu casa. El anfitrión nos proporcionó absolutamente todos los detalles que necesitábamos para relajarnos.
Un poquito ruidoso, siendo cerca de una calle muy transitada, pero si cierras las ventanas esta ok.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Alles gut ausreichend und geräumig, 2 Toiletten, Balkon, relativ hell, ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Strand mit schönen Stellen. Auch wenn Einrichtung älter und in dunkleren Farben ist, ist das ein gutes Leistungs-Preis Verhältnis. Es gab sogar einige Essensvorräte wie Kaffee, Zucker, etc. Auf WhatsApp jede Menge Infos zum Betreten der Wohnung und allgemein.
Leider nur 2 kleine Tassen vorhanden, mit einem kaputten Griff, dafür ausreichend Gläser. Liegt an einer lauten Straße, die man wenn geschlossen, nachts kaum hört.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026A great place, close to everything: restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and a bank are all within walking distance. The apartment is clean and well-equipped – there's a kitchen and a large refrigerator, just what you need. Marc, the owner, made sure we arrived and settled in without any problems. We were given useful locations on Google Maps. I definitely recommend it!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Marc is a very warm, kind and responsive host. It was in a location near to Marina- just 3 mins by taxi . The flat was modern and clean. I would like to thank Marc for his generosity in extending my checkout time.
The address was bit confusing as taxi drivers could never locate it from the instructions so I always had to use the Google map. But otherwise I would highly recommend it for a pleasant affordable stay and easy access to nearby attractions.

Le propriétaire s'est montré très disponible et très clair dans ses explications ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Nous avons apprécié la vue du balcon ainsi que tout le mobilier mis à disposition. Tout est fait pour se sentir à l'aise. La résidence est sécurisée et la proximité avec les transports en commun s'est avérée très utile. Merci beaucoup.

Trop de bruit dans la rue en journée. Ça klaxonne en permanence. Heureusement que c'est plus calme la nuit et l'appartement est bien insonorisé.

The owner sent me a package of information, which I later found very useful. Thank you, Mark. It is a modern and very secure building; the property concierge is a helpful person. Spacious apartment, feels quiet, comfortable bed, large living room with two sofas. TV with multiple channels. Properly functioning AC The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. I thought the value for money was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to book again.
