La verdad que todo el apartamento está de lujo, buen sofá, buena tele, buenas habitaciones y la terraza privada perfecta, y la piscina comunitaria aunque la usamos poco, muy bien Buenas ubicación en la parte tranquila de Marrakech a solo 3 min andando de el bus que te lleva a la medina. Recomendable 💯 familias.

La verdad es que mis hijos y yo nos ha gustado todo .

Apartman je predivan, sa predivnom terasom. Izgleda mnogo lepse nego na slikama.

Komunikacija sa osobljem, ne znaju engleski ni malo. Nisu nam objasnili za bazen ni za djakuzi. Kad sam pisala da li mogu doci da nam napune djakuzi, nisam dobila nikakav odgovor. Voda je postojala, ali prljava. Bazen smo same pronasle u podrumu, ali ne preporučujem. Vrlo je jadan i socijalan. Da ne zaboravim, kamera na terasi mi se ne svidja, mi smo tri zene i setale smo gole. Ne znam ko je to gledao, ali ne zanima me.

Absolutely lovely apartment. The terrace was stunning. The whole apartment was very clean. It was very comfortable. The air-conditioning was brilliant and very well needed.

1) Don't go if you expect to use the pool. I am not certain it exists! When I messaged the owner about access the pool we were told the indoor pool was closed due to flooding coming up through the pipes. When I questioned further he was very rude and defensive about me questioning it not being available. We were told the pool was in the basement. We went searching and only ever found a car park! Needless to say the pool was never fixed or usable during our time there. Reading other review seem to suggest this is a common theme. 2) Check in was a bit difficult. You are supposed to find the guard but he was very unhelpful and just disappeared for ages before finally sorting the Check in. 3) They advertise daily cleaning of the apartment and during a week stay this never happened. Did mean we had to go buy our own toilet paper..

Heel mooi appartement, ruime slaapkamers, goede keuken en het dakterras is de kers op de taart.Het is precies zoals op de foto’s.

De badkamer is klein en douchen zonder dat het blank staat is onmogelijk. Als je het straatje binnenrijdt denk je wel waar ben ik terecht gekomen. Niet bestraat en tegenover het gebouw wordt volop gebouwd. Het appartement staat wel naast een drukke weg, oordoppen mee.

Les chambres donnent sur un batiment en construction. Des travaux tot le matin. Et beaucoup d'aboiement de chiens la nuit malheureusement. Attention pour les insomniaques

Cada vista a Marrakech voy a esta casa porque es preciosa, cómoda, limpia y super bien equipada. La atención es excelente, se adaptan lo máximo posible a tus horarios.

Esta vez me avisaron del servicio de limpieza, que era lo único que la vez anterior me habia preocupado. Por lo tanto queda claro que el dueño se esfuerza al máximo por brindan un excelente servicio.

Spa non fonctionnel au moment de notre visite

Très fonctionnel, spacieux avec une superbe terrasse à 30 minutes à pied de la place jeema el fna

Un matelas très mou, manque un peu d’équipement tel sel et poivre, huile…qui se conservent et que l’on achète pas pour quelques jours mais ce sont des détails . Le jacuzzi n’était pas en fonction à notre arrivée et le temps de le mettre en fonction il était trop tard pour en profiter

Lo que me gustó del alojamiento, es que tiene terraza

Nosotras estuvimos 6 días. Lo cual, es un apartamento y no tienen porque entrar; pues cuando faltaban 2 días para irnos, entraron en el apartamento para “limpiar”. Lo pongo entre comillas (“”) porque de limpiar, limpiaron poco; no cambiaron sábanas, ni las toallas, la pila del aseo sin limpiar y un largo etc. se supone que estas en un apartamento, no tienen porque entrar. Las camas, las dos camas de 90 cm, súper incómodas. Colchones que se hunden, almohadas que se hunden también.

La terraza es espectacular, el departamento precioso, todo de primera calidad y bien equipado.

No nos informaron que el personal ingresaba a la casa con llave estando nuestras pertenencias solamente a regar las plantas. Y la entrada a la piscina solo estuvo abierta el día en que llegamos, luego, la puerta de acceso permaneció cerrada hasta en los horarios que deberia estar la puerta de acceso abierta.

The apartment peaceful ambience and comfortable spaces were exactly what I needed to unwind. In the outskirts from the hustle and bustle of the city

Water pressure in the bathroom slightly low so having a shower a refreshing shower in such a hot weather can be a touch of trouble. No microwave in the kitchen to warm up some food. Well for both, I have raised my concern with the caretaker, simple things to be taken care off and This doesn’t take away from the fabulous and cosy environment the accommodation the apartment is.

La azotea era solo para nosotros la familiar .

Pues la limpieza , nos encontramos pelos en algunas partes de la cocina en especial en el mango de la sartén fue algo desagradable y tambie algo que recalcar entró la mujer de la limpieza sin avisar y no entendimos nada y solo limpió la azotea algo muy rraro . Pero de hay estuvo bien .

Nice Terrace

Not enough lights in the bedrooms. Shower spill out all over plus bad smell of urine. Sink blocked.

Lovely modern and well equipped apartment with a sunny roof terrace.

I really liked the big terrace, it was in the middle of the city center in Gueliz.

The location is good, shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance, apartment was clean and nice, definitely recommend this place for a holiday to anyone wanting a city break.

Apt. Spacious, clean and well equipped; close to the Majorelle Garden or supermarket - go on foot. Bus lines 12, 15 to the Medina etc. - stop is close but unmarked on street (use go.map+add c.10-15mins extra:-)

The terrace is big but missing a dining table.. Construction works on street.

Great location, spacious and rather luxurious. Down right perfect. If I come back to marakech it will be to stay here.

Some extra towels would be handy and separate soap for toilet room.

Everything was excellent from the actual flat to even location. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable and the concierge is friendly and helpful. WiFi wasn’t working and he contacted the owner and it started working after a few hours. The location is perfect. Around 20 mins drive to the airport. 10 mins drive from Jmaa El Fna market. Walking distance to the Jardin Majorelle. 15-20 mins walk to Marrakech train station. Also there is the Gueliz Mall with various shops around and a lot of food places minutes walk distance. Would definitely recommend to stay here. 10/10.
