A couch in the room to watch the TV would be preferable, we don't like to lie on a bed and watch TV. No Hnaging space for clothes. Shelves but no hanging space?

Reviewed May 16, 2026This is a beautiful place to stay and part of a cluster of accommodation options in a beautiful area of the Natal Midlands close to Hilton and St/ Anne's Diocesan Colleges. There are countless places to eat out and shop in quality surroundings.
There is nothing not to like about the accommodation. It is perfect for us.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026We had a wonderful stay with Hilton Accommodation about a year ago, and I’m pleased to say this visit was just as enjoyable. As it was only my husband and me, we stayed in the Garden Suite, which was beautifully presented and impeccably clean. The bathroom is particularly spacious and luxurious, and the separate kitchenette is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar. The bedroom is both roomy and tastefully decorated, creating a very comfortable space to relax, leading onto a beautiful outdoor patio area. Our host, Caroline and her team, was exceptionally helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is ideal, offering easy access to day trips to the Midlands Meander, and the coast is just over an hour away. Pietermaritzburg Airport is also conveniently located within a 30-minute drive.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable as it was so soft. I suppose it is a personal preference though, but we battled to sleep.
