The beds were very uncomfortable. They seemed to have a hard rubbery/plastic mat under the sheet, which I believe was a bed warming mat.

Soundproofing quite non-existing. As the place seems to be a love hotel, a lot of back and forth on the corridors so it can be noisy.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2024The staff were exceptional. We had a slight issue with the room which was our understanding on how to use a facility. Staff came to the room imidently and showed us.
all good the surrounding area is slightly quiet. But the hotel itslef was very good. Everything was okay

Reviewed Sep 17, 2024We chose this hotel because it is close to the intercity bus terminal (about 8 minutes walk). The room was comfortable with a double and single bed and had all the facilities we required. The staff were very helpful, including providing us with a new remote control for the air conditioning.
Check-in was a bit of a problem because we had to phone someone for them to come down to reception. Unfortunately, our phones had SIMs that didn't work. Fortunately another couple who arrived a few minutes later was in the same situation but had a phone that worked and we were then checked in immediately. We also had a problem with the wall based aircon control and could not adjust the temperature. However, this was solved by providing us with a remote control.
