Billabong Garden is a perfect example of how a budget hotel can still provide an exceptional experience. Located in a prime area, it’s close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax and enjoy your stay. The atmosphere is very nice — calm, cozy, and welcoming. The staff are outstanding, always smiling and ready to help with anything you need. The cleanliness is fine and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to stay without any hassle. A big thank you to the owner, Shasi, whose friendly nature and genuine hospitality truly make this place special. You can feel that he cares about every guest’s comfort. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a clean, affordable, and friendly hotel in a prime location. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel in a perfect location in the center of Pokhara, with all kinds of amenities just a few minutes’ walk away. Our room was spacious and very bright. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom had a major mold problem on the wall, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the lake with lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The bed was comfortable and big and the room and bathroom was clean. lots of hot water.

Great location if you want to close to the action by the lake. Good restaurants across the street. Good hospital across street which we needed.

Bathroom walls needed better cleaning. Been no close to the action means loud people coming home at 3 am in the hallways

I stayed a lt the billabong garden in for two nights. The rooms were nice, and the location in lakeside is amazing. The two hired staff workers are friendly, though I was glad to meet the owner on my second night where he kindly helped me arrange my buss fair for the next morning. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Pokhara! Special mention to Shasi 🫶🏽 he is kind, helpful and extremely efficient helping me with absolutely everything during my stay in this lovely place.

Very nice hotel. Amazing staff. Recommended!

The host family is very welcoming and hospitable. They were at the reception desk to check me in even though it was a national holiday in Nepal and everything was closed. They even included me in their festival rituals.

The bathroom was clean but the toilet did not have a functional flush system. I think this was a fluke for my room only however.

Great hotel conveniently located right next to the lakeside district where all of the restaurants and bars are located. Comfortable clean beds with a powerful shower and clean toilet. Great hospitality and brilliant value altogether. Would recommend. Air con very good also

Owner was so nice and helpful

The host was an honest man and guided us with alacrity and proactively. He helped us save time and money with his authentic recommendations. He also made many calls to facilitate services for us without any specific benefit for himself.

Everything was top class and value for money.

Many Indian tourist were very loud during night. There was cockroach. Towel was smelly ;-(

Excellent location, very hospitable staff! We wanted a room with air conditioning on a low budget and this hotel met our expectations perfectly.

We stayed here for three nights. At just about 13 dollars per night, we got such a comfortable deluxe double room with AC, balcony, a bath tub and a very fast WiFi. They got different WiFi for each floor We tried their breakfast and although it is fixed (omelette, toast, jam, butter and a choice of tea or coffee), we still found it delicious The location is amazing too. Easily walkable to all the cafés, restaurants, pubs and, of course, the lake. Most importantly, the staff and the owner family so great. They are very proactive in arranging everything for you at a reasonable price. Booked our bungee jump and swing adventure through them Highly recommended

This hotel was an amazing experience. The family that runs the property is really nice. They have air conditioning, and clean nice bathrooms. They are very caring people and will go out of their way for you help you in anyway you need. It’s very peaceful and quiet here, the WiFi works great and the price is really fair. They have a nice balcony in the rooms we stayed in, as well as a family balcony on the top floor. I definitely recommend staying here if you come to Pokhara

I was greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check in process.The front desk owner of the hotel was friendly and efficient,ensuring that I felt welcomed and comfortable from the very beginning.The room was spacious and clean.They provided us different facilities like Pokhara sightseeing and made my bus ticket to travel from Pokhara to Kathmandu.I feel very happy and satisfied,I will definitely returning for another visit.
