Excellent, attention to detail, lovely place, will definitely be back.

Back for our second stay, and we loved it even more this time around. Such a warm welcome, with so many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage. The location is spot on, but what really stands out is how at home you feel here. We spent hours on the stoep with coffee, a good book, and a braai in the evenings. The information provided on local activities was excellent too. Thanks to one of the flyers, we discovered the wonderful Karoo Souk, which ended up being a real highlight of our trip. We'll definitely be back many more times.

Olive Grove House is charming in every respect - surely one of the loveliest places to stay in Prince Albert.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und gemütlich, ländlich eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist die große, überdachte Veranda mit gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln und Liegen und Blick in den wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten. Es gibt einen separaten Grillplatz direkt neben dem Haus und in wenigen Schritten durch den Garten ist man am schönen Pool. Es gibt viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus liegt ideal - mit wenigen Schritten erreicht man diverse sehr gute Restaurants und Geschäfte. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und es werden wiederkommen. In diesem Haus kann man auch ein wenigig länger bleiben.

Olive Grove House was lovely in every way possible!! Every detail was perfect. From the lovely fire place to the comfortable beds and the great view, this is the ideal stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

This place is such a gem. You feel right at home, the house is fully equipped and very nicely decorated. The patio, the pool and the fireplace are amazing. This is one of those spots you won't forget. The host is also an absolute sweetheart, always willing to help out but also gives you your completely privacy so you can fully enjoy the place and feel at ease.

The house was beautifully decorated with attention to detail to make our stay comfortable. Milk, coffee pods ice etc.Dee was incredibly kind and helpful. Safe off street parking and pet friendly. A loverly braai, veranda and pool area.

Es ist eine kleine Oase, wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir haben die Zeit auf der Terrasse und am Pool sehr genossen und fanden das Interieur sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!

The outside area, pool and aircons

Extra bedroom was very small and quite dusty, so not ideal for a family of 4. Thatched roof not ideal for allergy prone people but I should have checked this before booking.

We had a lovely stay, we ate dinner outside. This little cottage has everything and more. A lot of effort has been made to make your stay such a special experience. We loved every minute there and will be back again with our family as there a another beautiful 2nd ensuite bedroom. Dee, has been such a lovely host thanks !

Location, comfortable bed, lovely verandah overlooking garden of young olive trees. Kind touches - fresh milk and lots of ice in the fridge. Relaxing, open space.

Was alarmed by drive-in entrance over the road from ugly industrial workshop. But once inside, this becomes invisible and forgotten! The bathroom towels are smaller than necessary.

The attention to detail made the house beautiful, and it felt like a real treat to be in the space. Lovely pool where my son would bounce around. Great host.

Thank you for the most fabulous stay! We wish we had spent longer at Olive Grove House. Dee offered us such warm hospitality. The home is immaculate, tasteful, and comfortable with a beautiful garden and in a fantastic location

A lovely, quiet space that accommodated us and our friends just perfectly. It had everything that we needed for a weekend away and the hostess was very quick to answer any of our quesstions.

Quaint well equipped cottage set in a wonderful garden setting conveniently situated close to the attractions in Prince Albert. Even though it was cold outside it was warm and toasty inside especially with the fire place in the kitchen. Comfortable bed with good quality linen and thick warm duvet. Very quiet at night. We were grateful that the Host was able to accommodate us at a moment’s notice. We enjoyed the Saturday market- lots of delicious goodies to see and buy!

Nothing, everything was first class. Biggest regret is only staying one night. Definitely need a few days to explore everything Prince Albert has to offer.

Immaculately clean. Every convenience thought of for the guests. Tasteful and stylish decor. Warm welcome. Will return in summer to use the beautiful pool and enjoy the outside facilities.

Lovely location and the cottage is quaint and gorgeous!

All the kitchen implements need to be replaced and the garden at the front should be more tidy and flattened.

The 2nd bedroom is very small and cramped, with a short bed in it.

The property was very well equipped. Everything we needed. Host and staff were friendly and helpful. Location of property was excellent and walking distance to shops cafe restaurants etc. The pool was amazing.This was our second visit and we love it here.

The cottage is exceptionally well furnished and was super comfortable for the family. Beautiful garden with a welcome swimming pool. The cottage is easy walking distance to the restaurants and the sites Prince Albert has to offer

We were in the back cottage which is beautifully set in a tranquil spot yet well located so you can walk around in town and don’t need to drive. Lovely hostess and the aircon was most welcome.

We were absolutely overwelmed by the beauty and charm of this wonderful house with it's own parking and great terrace! Waaw! Never seen anything so well designed, with an eye for detail and comfort. There was a beautiful garden with great braai facility and a decent size of swimming pool. Location couldn't be better! Secure, silent and peaceful . The host is very kind and helpful and communication was easy with whatsapp. We are going back for a few nights more next time because it has everything you need for a long stay.

Cottage is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The beds have quality linen and rooms have aircons, wall heaters and heated towel rails for those cold Karoo nights. Large patio and boma area with a pool set in the most charming olive grove. The owner is lovely and was kind enough to provide coffee, teas, fresh milk, rusks, lemons and a complimentary bottle of their own homemade olive oil. Our favourite self catering destination in PA!

Beautiful interiors & exterior, welcoming, comfortable, private. Pool facilities are pristine. Several areas to enjoy, patio, sunny dining room, G&T's under the vined pergola (Lemon provided by the host), views of garden Olive trees, silhouette of the neighbours windmill, Karoo stars. Dinner at a restaurant & plant nursery within walking distance across the road. Attention to detail in the large cottage makes all the difference, various coffee & tea options, homemade rusks, a full 1 Litre of milk!! MOST COMFORTABLE beds 10/10. Excellent quality linen and towels. Eclectic decor. Safe off street parking behind remote gate. Helpful and easy communication with the owner, Dee.

Excellent accommodation and a very friendly and helpful host . We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon and our dogs enjoyed the fenced off garden area.

Everything was amazing! The attention to detail was just so outstanding, this was absolutely the best self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. Everything was so beautiful and a few extras thrown in to male everything even nicer. Good internet connection, and you hardly notice loadshedding, since wofi, tv, and lamps still work (and the gas kettle). Could have stayed here forever!

I HAVE TRAVELLED THE WORLD FOR 58 YEARS STAYING IN A RANGE OF ACCOMODATIONS INCLUDING CRUISE SHIPS BUT I HAVE NEVER ,REPEAT NEVER EXPERIENCED THE EYE FOR DETAIL AND THE EXCEPTIONAL THOUGHT AND SENSITIVITY PUT INTO PLACING SMALL ITEMS SUCH AS A COMPREHNSIVE SEWING REPAIR KIT DOWN TO A TAPE MEASURE .

Great location. Comfy and cosy like a home with all the amenities. Very stylish. Liked that there was a pool, braai area and most importantly dog friendly.

Lovely cottage with quirky decorations. we loved the fireplace, as it was cold and rainy. There were solar lights and the TV worked during loadshedding, which was very nice. Quality linen and towels. The dogs enjoyed the yard. There was safe parking behind a gate.

We loved staying at the Olive Grove. The whole vibe was relaxing . Attention to detail: fantastic. ! Great stoep , swimming pool, braai area and fantastic restaurants. See was very helpful with everything. We will definitely come back .

The cottage is so thoughtfully & beautifully equipped. We had everything we needed for a relaxed getaway. The bedding was heavenly, the heating/AC and Wifi worked well, the setting was peaceful, and the location made everything easy to reach on foot. An incredible find!

The beautiful restored cottage had everything a visitor could dream off, spacious, luxurious, clean and comfortable with attention to detail
