Mr Malatjhi and the whole staff they were amazing definitely value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all our questions they were amazing and the place beautiful.

There are leaks on the ceiling. We got woken up by water dripping on the side table and bed. The property was advertised as "soundproof" however we could still here people playing music downstairs. The TV inside the bedroom doesn't work too.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this guest house. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and serene, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and communicative throughout. A special mention goes to the manager, Pfano, who truly went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. From helping me locate the venue to ensuring that everything was in order during my stay, Pfano was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and accommodating. It is clear that great care is taken to ensure guests feel comfortable and well looked after. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would definitely book this guest house again. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, the house was clean and the view was top tier 👌. Value for money.

We should be informed that other people were going to join us in The Holiday House, especially since we share a lounge and kitchen. They just budged in whilst we were cuddling in the lounge, which was not nice.

The fact that it is closer to the Dam

Its a residential area , their parking is small for small cars and i was driving a big car.they don’t have reception.their pools where dirty .they washed bedding and towels and hanged them on the table and chairs at the pool site.

The room had no balcony, on the website it showed that it has balcony, bathroom was smelling bad, found make up on cupboards, towel too dry, had to fix curtain cz it was broken

I liked the comfortability of the bed and how clean the room was especially the view

The toilet bin was not empty, bedsheets had a smell and stains in the inside. Wardrobe no longer white inside but brown.

The staff provided exceptional assistance with local navigation. The property accurately reflects its advertised images, and the location offers a beautiful and tranquil environment.

When we arrived we not given tour around the house however there was a couple that arrived after and they were given a tour, the room wasn't thoroughly clean as there were brownish drops on the floor, the light in the room wasn't working and we did notify one of the staff members however it wasn't attended to, cups were not thoroughly clean and the hospitality tray was refilled for one person.

Its a very nice place and the dam view is perfect 👌

The property was ok but not according my expectations the valuee was too high for the price room that was given to us and there was no stuff to help us there was absolutely nothing to make our experience worth while the windows were not appropriate and did not adhere to privacy standards I regret why I chose this property for my wife’s birthday m angry to the chore 😡😡😡😡😡

The windows ‘blinds had no privacy of the whatsoever the room didn’t have the essential things we needed we called the lady that was helping us but she had no idea on how to address our needs ws guests

The view of the Dam and the apartment itself did meet my expectations. What I have seen is what I got. The service too was excellent 👌🏼.. I hope to see you next time 🙏🏼

The room I had looked very old, the furniture had dents, the door to the shower was even pealing, the shower was not draining water quickly, shower was not well connected that it was spilling water to the floor, the bed was somehow making noice. I was told to park way far from the property and it didn’t look safe for me

I loved the view, facilities and where the place is situated.

Cleanliness was a big let down in our room and common area. And the lady staff do not value the visitors I’m not sure maybe its was because we booked mid week and we were the only people. We requested them to switch on the pool heating and cleaning system but they told us it’s cold and did not do it.

I liked the property’s location, the clean and well-maintained condition, and the practical layout. It felt spacious, modern, and with a good vibe overall.

The views, the lounge the comfortable bed, clean linen and the shared space was kept neat at all times.

The overall experience was good the only concerns I have was the bathroom being too small, no room to move at all, water from the shower had a very low pressure and the wifi coverage was bad.

The staff, the unethical business practices and the poor management skill of the management and owner The place is full of bugs and not alocated parking place where you are allowed to park your vehicles is in a grass patch 500mm away from the dam and over night the bugs some how enters the vehicle which you only find out in the morning with a bug infested vehicle. The rooms are of poor condition and you cant go out side in the balcony due to the bugs. The show cant drain effectively and clogs up Let list is endless a very disgraceful experience
