Amazing hospitality by the staff. Juliet was very helpful and went above and beyond to look after us during our stay.

The bedroom was nice and bed was comfortable

Breakfast, bread and eggs every...strawberry yoghurt everyday as well, they need to do better when it comes to breakfast.

The. Break fast was perfect and the location was good. To add more the lady who was hosting us deserves a raise she was professional and her customer service is too notch . She made the place feel warm and comfortable

Tv that doesn’t have YouTube and the Wi-Fi was too weak. The other thing is the water was too low in the morning my friend didn’t manage to Take a shower

The TV we didn't know how to operate it and just for normal SABC then going up the stairs my husband had a knee injury it was a bit difficult for him to go up and down but otherwise everything was fine at least for TV pls put a manual in the room so we can able to browse

The only thing I liked was the location and the friendly staff.. i didn’t like the breakfast it was a 2/10 for me.

We arrived late and all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep but unfortunately I couldn’t sleep because bugs were busy with my feet.. and on top of that I had to wake up early in the morning around 06:00 as the people next door were making noise..

Everything was perfect

I arrived and could not access the property for 20 mins. Eventually someone came to the door to let me in. I had booked a non smoking room but was put in room 3 which reeked of cigarette smoke. Breakfast only served from 08h15 by which time I had to leave in order to be at a meeting by 9am. Rooms some what dated

It had a warming blanket on the bed. Great view, felt like we were in another country. They allowed us to have a professional photoshoot.

They couldn't serve breakfast early enough, a lot of steps just to get to the communal area.

The garden the pool too clean and the rooms are spacious and neat

Parking issue

My Room was downstairs with a Terrible View. When we arrived, there was no electricity, apparently for 4 days but we were never informed prior. The Property didn't have Wi-Fi. The TVs were not operational. The Breakfast was sub-standard.

It has a beautiful view and a good price. Good breakfast with filtered coffee in the morning. Comfortable bed. Clean swimming pool that we didn’t use because it was cold but hope to use it next time.

A very beautiful set-up. With plenty of out door space to move around. It's indeed on the shores of the harties dam. Hence it's name. Would like to visit again.

I liked the view outside the room. The layout was simple and nice as well.

The drive into the village to access the shore house and the delivery services I was not informed on which service provider to used when ordering only to order on Uber eats. I ended up having to go pick up food after checking in.

The views were amazing, a variety to choose from for breakfast and the staff are friendly and kind! A special and big thank you to Juliet and her team for helping me make my partners birthday and extra one! We will definitely be back in the summer!

It's a distance to get there, and you can see the decay in the neighborhood and how it may have been a hidden gem in its time, but unfortunately it is just a lump of coal now. The premises look very neglected and uninviting from the approach and doesn't get much better once you are inside.
