Most of Everything was as expected and as seen on the internet. Sea viewing was excellent and the location was perfect.

The furniture looked and gave an old vibe but the good thing about it is that it was in an excellent condition.

Cleanliness was totally lacking, the cleaning lady told me that all the other rooms are equally dirty. Breakfast was made in one of the rooms on a two plate hotplate stove. My bedroom's door was broken. Safety was terrible.

The place is very beatiful

The 2 ladies working there were not so pleasant and had a very bad attitude towards us. They need to be taught about customer service. Also there are no kitchen facilities and that was a challenge for us. Our first night was a bit uncomfortable as the was no electricity throughout the nite and the next day The housekeeping is also another factor that needs to be addressed with the 2 ladies as our rooms were not cleaned for the duration of our stay. We had to beg for toilet paper, toilet sprays where in the toilets but were empty

The view was fantastic. We will go there again, but in warmer weather.

Unfortunately, due to no power, we had a very unpleasant stay. Nothing worked. No hot water, no aircon, no tv, no internet. We could not shower or even boil a kettle. Power was restored the following day just as were were leaving. 😂 It was not the fault of Metsing, and the staff tried their best to make us comfortable.

Almost everything was fine.. I also like the respect we earned from the ladies.

The streets were blocked,stuggled to locate the place,arrived and no one was at the premises,called their numbers and was never picked for more than 2hrs…given a room wit out tv,walls were dirty,bed was horrible and gave me back pains the next day,Aircon/heater wasn’t working properly,no blankets,..it was really a bad experience from wat I ve had before wit other places..

The electric blanket saved the day as there was no heater or fireplace or Aircon. Overall, great views and good value for money.

The shower was either too hot or too cold, there seems to be a plumbing issue where the mixer tap doesn't function properly. No microwave in the room and no heater/Aircon for temperature control.

Booking was messed up others had to be loved to Letsheng when we all initially booked at Metsing. Rooms did not have an extra blanket, there was no water in the fridge. The room also did not have USB ports. Bath tub did not have a stopper. The first night we got there wifi was not working

Rooms had no air conditioning system, electricity continually tripping specially at night, door handle was repaired on our arrival but it was not repaired properly. Rooms have no microwave, not sure what coffee they are serving but it is not nice, only serving powder milk. I booked upgraded room but I was allocated room with all this negative issues without refund the room upgrade fee or explanation. It did not feel like holiday mode facility but excellent location

The view of the dam and the garden

When we arrived WiFi was not working, only worked day after. There was 1 polar fleece blanket, no aircon or electric blankets, only 1 small fan heater that kept going on and off and there's only 1 microwave thats outside to use. There's no plates or glass to use there's no complimentary things or even water to drink in the room. The towels where dull and rough.

To improve the safety and appearance of the property, I would like to recommend the following: Install lights along the stairway, as it is very dark at night and poses a safety risk. Install lighting in the two upstairs rooms to improve visibility. Landscape and maintain the garden on the left-hand side of the property to enhance its appearance. Regularly clean and maintain the garden area, as the untidiness is clearly visible when opening the windows or sitting on the balcony, which affects the overall view and appeal of the property. These improvements would significantly enhance the safety, comfort, and overall appearance of the property. But otherwise all was good.

The entire room is tiles and In the bathroom no floor mats and no door water drips out into the tile floor. No hot water no drinking water I think they forgot. Soap in old bottles not a single TV subscription. I had to wait almost an hour at the gate waiting for an access pin, had called them multiple times.

The staff was so friendly what made my night is when i went down to braai and came back the heaters where switched on and the room was so nice an hot town to guys 🔥

Please repaint your rooms with bright colors, your hot water it's a serious concern as we took a bath on a cold morning with cold water 🙆‍♂️ We were told to open the tap for a long time before hot water can come out but this didn't work in our room and felt like too much water was wasted for doing that. Your braai are is beautiful but would be nicer if you put on covering thick plastics around the walls for a bit of warmth especially when braaing in Winter evenings. In future please do something smaller nyana for your visitors especially on their birthday it will go an extramile and be a memorable day for them. Please maintain your electricity well as we had to stay for a few minutes without it as the units were exhausted. Thanks for Neo and Refilwe's hospitality, they are really hands on❤️❤️❤️

Very quiet location close to the water with awesome bird life around early mornings. Black eagle was also present and doing flybys throughout the day which was very special. The unit I stayed in is also very private with a nice lounge and basic facilities to make hot beverages and small bar fridge.

In the history of hospitality accommodation i have never seen a microwave outside the actual rooms all the guest must come out of the rooms to warm their food one stand alone microwave located outside for the entire propery ,its a huge fail as an owner of a property that's number one...the is no reception to welcome guests, the cleaners welcome you ,they clean the rooms and also make breakfast for guest on a 2plate gas stove which is unacceptable that kitchen is not meeting hospitality standards that is not a proper breakfast, what about Haalal food ?let alone the juice also no uniform for staff....overall the property is nice it needs an owner that knows what their doing someone who has hotel/lodge working experience and passion i could not believe what I experienced

Too many unnecessary complaints The water was cold half the time The sugar we found in the room seemed to have been there for weeks, not filled The plug for the kettle was far No drinking water in the room. One of our rooms did not have electric blanket, in the absence of this there was atleast supposed to be an extra blanket. The water fountain was really dirty. Please try changing towels daily

The whole experience was amazing, we booked the room with the view of the dam for 2 adults and the service and place was exceptional
