Hele fijne, snelle en vriendelijke communicatie met de host! Goed bereikbaar, we reisden vanuit de airport met de metro met onze 2 dochters naar het appartement en liepen t kleine stukje. Dit is allemaal goed te doen. Als je binnenkomt voel je dat het met zorg wordt bijgehouden. Hangt een fijne sfeer en bedden liggen goed. En superschoon! Fijn dat je een wasje kan doen.. want wij zaten in de zomer en je kleding is snel bezweet. Ligging van het appartement is ideaal. Supermarkt om de hoek en restaurants in de buurt. Ik ben alleen naar het park Seochon Lake gewandeld. Voelt veilig om als vrouw alleen rond te lopen. Enige waar wij beetje aan moesten wennen is dat er geen douche gordijn hangt. Is een wat kleine badkamer waar ook de toilet zich bevindt dus wordt wel nat..maar met de trekker wel te doen. Zou dit appartement aanraden!

The room is clean. The price is okay for staying during a conference at COEX. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the subway station. There is enough space for 4 or 5 people to sleep if you are traveling as a group. Has everything you need for simple cooking.

The Wi-Fi is slow. The toilet is small, so it feels uncomfortable for adults. The refrigerator is loud at night, and the soundproofing is not very good, so be aware of this if you are very sensitive to noise. The refrigerator is loud at night.

➡️住宿地點離석춘고분역走路五分鐘即可抵達，距離很近，沒有陡坡，都是平坦的地面 ➡️房間位於1樓，大約有10層小階梯，對於攜帶大型行李的客人來說沒有負擔 ➡️大房間有一個平台還有兩張大床，非常舒服 ➡️提供洗衣機跟烘衣機可以使用，不怕旅行期間累積太多髒衣服 ➡️房東非常親切，我們四個人一起住，但是房東同意讓我們一人一張床使用，非常感謝

➡️客廳空間偏小，如果4個人一起用餐可能會覺得擁擠 ➡️小房間跟客廳沒有冷氣，但是大房間有 ➡️小房間空間比較小，適合一個人使用，總體空間比較適合2~3人小團體旅行

숙소가 너무 깔끔하고 침대가 너무 포근해서 좋았습니다.

該有的傢俱都有，連洗衣機跟烘衣機都有。空間也算寬敞，住起來沒有什麼壓迫感。

1. 空調聲音有點大聲。 2. 便宜的床墊跟枕頭，睡起來沒有包覆感，很容易落枕。 3. 上下樓層的隔音稍差。

Short walk to metro station and many eateries and supermarket along the main road. Clean and with essentials provided. Good that washer came with dryer. Sufficient space for 3 adults. Very responsive owner who replied to our many queries.

整體很乾淨，空間很大，給人像自己家的感覺，家庭用品和設備（例如：洗衣機、晾衣架、吹風機、電風扇等都很齊全），有任何問題詢問都會回應，出門在外地，讓人感覺很安心。

洗衣機脫水的時候會移動，除了聲音比較吵不小心會壓到排水管，需要注意。

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy apartment! The space was perfect for our group of six, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The host was absolutely wonderful – gracious, welcoming, kind, and sweet. She was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. At first, I was slightly skeptical of the accommodation as it was fairly new, and had a small amount of reviews. The accommodation is apartment style located on the first floor, and the street is very residential and quiet (especially at night). However, the apartment looks exactly like the pictures: clean, nicely decorated, and very cozy. There were a variety of facilities and necessities (e.g. plates, cutlery, washing machine, slippers, and an unlimited supply of tissues and towels); it felt like a real home, and we preferred it much more in comparison to a hotel. Also, it is easier to order takeout food to the apartment in comparison to a hotel. Futhermore, the accommodation is located only a 5 minute walk from the train station and the main shopping area (OliveYoung and Daiso) which was very convenient. The owner of the property was also very responsive to messages, and was kind enough to hold our luggage past the check out time.

There was not much to dislike about the apartment itself. However, the walls were very thin, and the residents on the upper floor could be heard stomping, and laughing occasionally late at night (this was only on some days, not every day, and we did not mind the noise too much). Furthermore, unlike a hotel, guests must obviously sort and take out the rubbish which can be a little bit difficult for guests from foreign countries. This was also stated in another review, but the shower is quite traditional, without a window separating the shower to the toilet and sink, water gets sprayed around the bathroom (the owner provided around 15 medium sized towels so it was ok). We also noticed that the accommodation is quite far from the main touristic attractions (Myeongdong, The Palace, etc), excluding the Lotte World Amusement Park and Mall (but we also like the fact that the area was more quiet and less touristy). These are only small things that only very slightly impacted our stay, but if you do not mind the slight noise, it is a great option.
