​Terrible experience. The room was a poorly added rooftop structure built like a pigeon coop, where they didn't even replace the patio flooring inside. The only window was a tiny one in the bathroom. Cleanliness and quality were awful, failing to meet basic hygiene standards. The bathroom was filthy and falling apart. The room locks with an improvised padlock system, which is unsafe, and the door leaves a 5 cm gap even when closed. Breakfast was an hour late and much worse than anywhere else. Hands down my worst experience on Booking so far. After the first night, we packed our bags and had to book another place. See the photos for yourself and don't make our mistake

À notre arrivée, l’accueil ne s’est pas déroulé dans de bonnes conditions. La personne qui nous a accueillis est sortie sans tenue adaptée. Nous avons ensuite constaté que notre chambre n’était pas prête : deux personnes étaient encore présentes, la chambre était sale et dégageait une mauvaise odeur. Dans ces conditions, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l’aise pour y séjourner et nous avons finalement dû quitter l’établissement, car nous ne pouvions pas y passer la nuit.

The AC wasn’t working in the room that we had booked so the owner shifted us in the room on the terrace which was smaller than what we had booked bt atleast AC was functioning. We cudnt find the place, there was no name tag as well on the front door. A young boy took us to this place n later demanded 20mad

The location is in the medina so u need to walk for 10mins to get uber. AC wasn’t working.

Un pequeño detalle ocurrió, pero luego el encargado con su gran amabilidad y don de gentes hizo que nos sintieramos como en casa. Genial!

Es lo peor que me he encontrado en Marrakech, tened mucho cuidado, el riad no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que hay aqui, está todo muy sucio y huele muy mal entre las cañerias y la suciedad. Te dan una habitación en una azotea muy sucia y asquerosa. Yo llegué por la tarde y me tuve que quedar porque era muy tarde y el barrio parecia peligroso y estaba muy sucio. El riad todo era asqueroso. Las puertas viejas y sin cerradura, se cerraba con un candado que tardó en darme la llave, no habia nada en el baño ni toallas ni nada para el aseo y un papel de wáter que estaba a menos de la mitad y todo asqueroso y con peste. Fui a abrir la ventana del baño y no se podia porque al lado de la ventana del baño duermen dos hombres. Por la noche se escucha como estan cerca de la puerta con la linterna del mobil y tocan la puerta llamandote por tu nombres, es todo muy surrealista a mi nunca me había pasado. Fui sola e Intentaron entrar la habitación dando golpes, por suerte ya habia puesto el candado por dentro. Tened mucho cuidado no es gente de fiar. Y me cago en la gente que le da notas altas porque eso es un gran engaño y mas para la gente que va sola. Si estáis solos no vayais sobretodo si eres mujer. Yo por la mañana recogí mis cosas y me fui temprano sin desayunar ni nada porque ahí puedes coger alguna enfermedad si comes algo.

Increible alojamiento muy amables desayuno panqueques con nutella cafe y/o te y ademas pan aveces con queso. Puedes pedir cafe o te durante el dia infinito. Las piezas limpias y el recepcionista es extremadamente amable.

Tive uma excelente experiência no Riad Mama Marrakech. O local é muito acolhedor, limpo e bem localizado, permitindo conhecer facilmente a cidade. O destaque vai para a simpatia e a cortesia do anfitrião, que foi extremamente atencioso desde a chegada até a partida, sempre disponível para ajudar e dar boas recomendações. A hospitalidade fez toda a diferença na estadia. Recomendo sem hesitar a quem procura uma experiência autêntica e agradável em Marrakech. Obrigado por tudo!

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención de Mehdi y el resto del personal. El riad está muy bien ubicado y se duerme bien ahí.

Superfijne hulp van Mehdi die me goed heeft ontvangen echt topservice weet precies wat de gasten nodig hebben is er altijd voor je bij alle vragen De kamer en het hele hotel is superschoon ruikt lekker naar vanille, en heeft heerlijke ontbijt thee koffie pannenkoekjes en het dakterras was geweldig groot met elke avond een zeer aangename avondbries het is er superrustig en kalm om totaal te genieten van je vakantie en de prijsverhouding was supervoordelig bedden zijn fris elke dag word er schoongemaakt en ontbijt voor je gemaakt warme douche, alles wat mooi ingericht en supervoorzien van topkwaliteit, de superbekende markt was 20 minuten lopen must haves heb je daar , en om de hoek van het hotel heb je restaurants belhuis om een simkaart te kopen met beltegoed pinautomaten en superlekker eten overal kan je heerlijk op terrasjes zitten en genieten. Ik raad iedereen dit hotel aan.

Mehdi was zeer behulpzaam en een fijne gastheer! Met problemen en vragen kon ik hem steeds goed bereiken via Whatsapp. De eerste avond werden we uitgenodigd voor een diner op het dakterras met zonsondergang, zeer leuk!! Prijs-kwaliteit echt een topper. Wat uit het centrum waardoor je iets verder van de drukte was maar ook wel minder toeristisch. Weinig kamers waardoor we bijna de hele week alleen waren in de Riad. We komen zeker terug, als hij zijn zwembad op het dakterras heeft! ;)

Het ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde, na 5 dagen waren we het wel beu. Er was geen vaste houder voor de douche dus deze moest je in de hand houden. Geen grote gebreken of problemen, opmerkingen hebben geen negatieve weerslag gehad op onze tijd daar!

Had a wonderful stay at this riad. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always happy to help with recommendations or anything I needed. The riad itself is beautiful, full of character, and very peaceful after a busy day exploring Marrakech. The location made it easy to get around. I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay.

The riad is very beautiful, in a traditional style, and features a lovely rooftop terrace with a wonderful view, open to all guests. The breakfast is fantastic and includes traditional dishes like "baghrir" pancakes! The hosts are extremely hospitable and make sure we have everything we need. Very responsive and friendly! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place!

It was honestly a really great stay for marrakesh would definitely book again since the location is amazing and the hosts were really nice, the breakfast was truly so good. Nice

Konum olarak meydana yürüme 20 dk mesafe de. Temizlik olarak sıvı sabun vs yoktu, sıcak su yoktu. Kahvaltı hazırlanmasını bekledik, hazırlanmayınca gitmek zorunda kaldık. 1 gece konakladığımız için umursamadık ama daha uzun süreli asla kalınmaz.

El trato. El trato fue de 10. Fuimos por la despedida de una amiga, le pedí que nos decorase la habitacion y nos la llenó de pétalos, al irnos nos fue a imprimir las tarjetas de embarque, nos encargó el taxi y nos regaló agua. Todos los días se preocupaban por nosotras.

Por poner un pero, no tenía armario y la cama un poco dura. Pero si buscas un sitio para dormir, desayunar rico y patearte Marrakech, éste está muy bien.

Propreté limite ( cheveux dans la douche) pommeau de douche cassé. Prises murales arrachées hors sécurité.pas d'endroit en cas de pluie pour prendre le petit dej. Malgré la réduction de 40 % sur le prix de la chambre du fait de l'avoir pris au dernier moment, plus la réduc genius. On peut trouver largement mieux et plus convenable sur Marrakech ( 6 ieme voyage sur Marrakech). Attention, le gardien du riad nous avait dit qu'on pouvait rester garé sur la petite place juste avant le riad. Le lendemain matin nous sommes restés bloqués plus d'une heure pour trouver le propriétaire du véhicule qui s'était garé derrière nous... Il y a une place prévue un peu plus proche du Riyad privilégier celle-ci.. Après plusieurs voyages avec booking, c'est la première fois que je mets un message aussi négatif. Et je ne pense pas que nous soyons très exigeants.

Jeleztük, hogy a reggelit hamarabb szeretnénk kérni, mert hamarabb jön értünk a transzfer. Azt mondták, hogy rendben van, de mégsem kaptuk meg a kifizetett reggelinket. Így éhesen kellett útra kelnünk.

Rien a fuir ce n'est pas un riad mon logement est dégueulasse pas de draps ou de couverture seulement 1 draps sur le.matelat qui etais plein de taches et de poils 2 essuie dont 1 deja utilisé les prises sortent du mur pas de place dans la.chambre la douche et toilette insalubre les autres chambres étaient utilisés par des locaux il y avais du linge qui pendais partout pas de balcon du tout personne pour nous accueillir ni au moment de partir en ce qui concerne le déjeuner il n'y avais personne.et vu l'état de la cuisine j'aurais pas oser manger bref en est parti comme des voleurs alors qu'on avais payer 4 jours on a été louer ailleurs jai porter plainte chez booking mais a ce jour pas de résultat jai.payer 227 euro + 140 euro nouvel hotel et ils me proposent une compensation de 10 euros ??????

The property is in Medina which is a weird area at night and you have to walk 10-15 minutes to get outside of the old center to call an uber.

I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili La sera ci hanno invitato a mangiare con loro Ti senti proprio come a casa Arrivare alla struttura non è molto complicato ma è una zona molto fuori dal centro e all’arrivo non è facile trovarlo perché è in un vicolo stretto..ma se li chiami prima di arrivare ti vengono a prendere al parcheggio vicino I ristoranti della zona sono meno turistici e anche un po più economici rispetto a quelli intorno alla piazza

Super lokalizacja, w sercu medyny, blisko souków ale w bocznej ulicy, więc da się spać spokojnie. Około 5 min. spacerem do ścisłego centrum. Bardzo miła cała obsługa, szczególnie Amin. Odebrał nas w nocy z taksówki, po przylocie, powitał miętową herbatą, także odprowadził nas przy wyjeździe. Poza tym pomocni i uśmiechnięci w każdym momencie pobytu. Sam rijad w typowym marokańskim stylu z tarasem na dachu, gdzie serwowane są pyszne śniadania. Super kawa!! Standard adekwatny do ceny. Jeśli ktoś szuka luksusu, musi sporo dopłacić. Jeśli spokojnego miejsca do spania, to nie ma się co zastanawiać. Super wygodne materace.

Ubytování bylo velmi příjemné, hostitel byl skvělý. Snídaně byla úžasná. Na vrchu riadu byla terasa s výhledem.

Čas u Maročanů nehraje žádnou roli. Domluvený odvoz na nádraží nepřijel a byli jsme nuceni jet taxíkem. Riad je otevřený a studený vzduch se kumuluje dole, takže je potřeba se trochu přiobléct v zimních měsících.

Dobra lokacija za sprehod po medini, čeprav bi jo samostojno verjetno težko našli. K sreči so bila navodila jasna, lastnik nas je prestregel v sosednji ulici. Zelo udobna postelja. Dober internet. Lušna majhna terasa. Parkirali smo na ulici, kjer so nam pokazali da lahko. Sama si tam ne bil upala pustiti avta. Morda se na začetku zdi malo čudno, a nismo imeli nobenih zapletov. Korekten zajtrk (ko je bil).

Zajtrk ni bil povsem zanesljiv - enkrat prepozno, enkrat ga sploh ni bilo. Če se ti zjutraj mudi, je to zelo zoprno. Okna gledajo na hodnik, zato tuširanje in spanje z odprtim oknom ni najbolj priporočljivo. Ni jutranje dnevne svetlobe, kar sem jaz pogrešala. Infrastruktura že rahlo slaba (npr. kar nekaj časa je trajalo, da je pritekla topla voda, nato pa je bila hitro prevroča). Počasi bo potrebno popravila ali obnove (npr. zatikajoča vrata pri omari).

El Riad está perfectamente acondicionado para pasar una estancia en Marrakech increíble, además Amine, el chico del Riad es muy buena persona, servicial, amable y dispuesto a ayudar siempre. Da gusto dar con gente que hace de un país extraño y nuevo un hogar, trasladando eso a sus huéspedes. En Marrakech no solo hemos estado de vacaciones, hemos estado en casa con una familia nueva que hemos conocido aquí. Compartir momentos viendo todo Marrakech desde la maravillosa terraza compartiendo culturas y siendo incluidos en su familia no tiene precio. Gracias por todo!

El Riad a primera vista es cómodo y agradable.

El servicio incluía desayuno, y el primer día a la hora indicada no había nadie ni para servir el desayuno ni para dar explicaciones. Tuvimos que reclamar que había ocurrido (la persona de cocina no pudo asistir ese día a trabajar) y no hubo ningún tipo de compensación al respecto. El último día tuvimos el mismo problema con el desayuno y además, dejamos contratado el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto y de nuevo nadie apareció, ni para dar explicaciones ni para hacer el traslado y de nuevo ninguna compensación al respecto. Más que un Riad, es un airb&b ya que carece de personal y el servicio contratado o incluido ni se disfruta ni se compensa de ninguna manera.

Az egyik fiamnak születésnapja volt és megbeszéltük, hogy vegyenek pár sütit meglepetésként. Annyira jó fejek voltak, pedig késő este érkeztünk. Aki szereti a marokkói hangulatú riadok hangulatát, annak nagyon fog tetszeni. A környék is valódi, nem turista.

Nassim y compañeros encantadores. Fueron muy hospitalarios y atentos. Fuimos en época de Ramadán y nos invitaron a romper ayuno con ellos. Un diez de lugar, ubicación y personas.

Ottima posizione appena fuori dal centro della Medina, facile da raggiungere e in una zona tranquilla e sicura. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza sul terrazzo del riad, molto carino per dei momenti di relax al rientro. Il proprietario é stato davvero gentile, ci ha invitati a cenare con lui e i suoi amici riuniti sulla terrazza per la cena del Ramadan. Piacevole :) Ottima colazione marocchina, ma suggeriamo di pattuire in anticipo l’orario con l’host.

Doccia aveva un po’ lo scarico lento, forse dovuto anche alla scarsa pendenza per il deflusso.

Mancanza di pulizia, mancanza di carta igienica e di un numero adeguato di asciugamani, riscaldamento non funzionante. Staff assente. Scarico del lavandino intasato e mai riparato. Presenza nell'armadio di indumenti di altre persone.

La ubicación.

El personal estaba la mayor parte del tiempo ausente. No pudimos desayunar ningún día en el alojamiento a pesar de que estaba incluido. Tampoco pudimos solicitar básicos como papel higiénico o gel. El baño olía bastante mal y la ducha no desaguaba bien.

The hosts are really nice people. They were friendly and able to help whenever I asked. The riad’s terrace is really pretty, and it’s lovely to sit there when the weather is nice. I arrived very late on the first night, so they took me to a nearby local restaurant that was still open. Due to some reasons, they couldn’t provide me with breakfast one morning, for which they apologized and didn’t charge me the city tax, which was more than the cost of breakfast. That was a very nice gesture.

For the price, it’s good, but there are some improvements that could make the riad better. Covers for the blankets would be nice, having a trash bin in the room would help, and the floors of the room and the area around the bed need better cleaning. For late-night check-ins, it would be better if someone could be present inside the riad, as waiting outside on the street at night isn’t a good idea. I hope the hosts will use these suggestions to further improve their riad. As advice to other guests, there is a narrow street close to the parking area that I would recommend avoiding late at night (after 12 a.m.). I was intimidated and forced to give a man money there. I reported this to the hosts, and they took immediate action, reassuring me that it was a one-time incident. They took me to the police station to file a report, and the police accompanied us back to the street to collect evidence. Mehdi, the host, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He stayed with me for 2–3 hours and drove me to the police station. This incident was not the riad’s fault and seems to be more related to the actions of a few individuals. In general, it’s better to avoid walking alone on some streets after midnight. Despite this, the trip overall was enjoyable.

Nie polecam w zimie - ciemno i zimno. Pokoje na parterze nie mają normalnej łazienki, jest tylko toaleta na korytarzu i mały zlew w komórce z pralką i gratami. Woda zimna, zlew zatkany i leje się woda po podłodze. Na zdjęciach riad wygląda luksusowo, w rzeczywistości jest dużo gorzej. Materace strasznie twarde i słychać hałas z ulicy i reszty domu. Może w lecie tam jest lepiej i na wyższych kondygnacjach, bo tam chyba są łazienki.w pokojach.

El Riad estaba un poco destrozado: adornos y puertas rotas, mil cosas por medio, limpieza del Riad regular, tampoco nos limpiaron el baño ni hicieron las camas, desayuno escaso y frío, la ducha salía el agua fría

Fantastic. After our awful experience with the previous hotel we were at we needed to move and seek a refund. We found Riad Mamma online and decided to move. After some issues with several locals trying to hustle us for money to help find the property as it is down an alleyway near a busy street, Amane and Ahmed as well as the wonderful lady whom works there were superb. Amane and Ahmed saw off the gang whom continued to demand money and the lady prepared a meal for us midday due to the poor breakfast we had had previously. Ahmed took our case up 3 flights of stairs as we were in a room on the roof and connected us to the wifi which for the duration of the stay never dropped once. Amane arranged transport for us and the following morning due to an early start Ahmed got up early to arrange breakfast which was excellent. Each morning we had an excellent breakfast prepared for us by the lady whom worked there and was always happy and smiling and ensured we had the things we needed such as an additional blanket and toilet roles. Thoroughly recommend the hospitality and kindness of all 3 members of staff we met.

The only concern was the mob whom tried to hustle us for money but Amane and Ahmed saw them off and despite one of them again trying to hustle us later in the stay Amane was there again at the door to deal with matters.

Tudo Quarto não era o que reservei Me colocaram em um quarto sujo, com tufos de cabelo espalho pelo quarto, roupa de cama fedida, porta com vidro quebrando entrando inseto e tudo visível de dentro para fora e de fora para dentro…. Funcionários ficaram até as 3 da manhã bebendo e escutado música do lado do meu quarto. No café da manhã os talheres tudo sujo, não tinha ninguém na recepção pq estavam dormindo. O quarto também não tinha como trancar Cheguei dia 06/11 por volta das 22 horas e fui embora dia 07/11 por volta das 11:30 ( tinha reserva até dia 10/11) mas não fiquei por falta de segurança, higiene e quarto totalmente diferente do que reservei. Anexei algumas fotos porém tenho mto mais e vídeo para comprovar. Já fiquei em hostel, países mão simples pq esse Riad não deveria estar disponível para locação.

Our stay was wonderful, especially thanks to the very friendly people working at the riad. While some may prefer a modern, luxurious hotel, we can definitely and highly recommend Riad Mama to anyone looking for an authentic place to stay in the historic city center

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en la Medina de Marrakech y a unos 20 minutos andando de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y Amin es una persona muy atenta y muy agradable. Te ayuda con todo y si necesitas dejar las maletas en el apartamento el día de tu salida no hay ningún problema.

Je ai pas l habitude de mettre des mauvais commentaires nous voyageons beaucoup avec ma compagne et nous sommes simple. Nous sommes arrivé à 13h00 et avons été accueilli par un jeune homme qui d après moi venait juste de sortir du lit en jogging et une dame qui malgré tout nous on bien accueilli avec le sourire. Notre chambre a été fait à la hâte dans une chambre sur le toit qui sentait très mauvais la literie est très mauvaise et très sale ma compagne a eu la mauvaise idée de retirer le drap J en fait encore des cauchemars un simple pommeau de douche dans les wc pour ce laver et pleins de choses qui traîne par terre . Il demande 65€ par nuit et il y à plusieurs chambre donc pour ma part ils ne suffit pas de recoller l argent il faut aussi investir pour le confort et le bien être des voyageurs.

Mauvaise surprise chambre triple remplacée, par une chambre complètement minuscule et pourrie (photo du sol à l'appui) tout en haut sur la terrasse...qui ne se ferme pas. Pas de savon ni de serviette dans la douche qui déborde des que l'eau coule (évacuation loupée) WC les pieds dans l'eau si douche prise avant. L'hôte devait nous préparer un petit déjeuner le lendemain à minima, hôte absent, comme à chaque fois que nous avions besoin de lui. Donc pas de petit déjeuner. Nous avons dû partir sans lui laisser les clés en main propre, un manque de respect total du client. Il préférait fumer des joints à l'étage sûrement, comme aperçu plus tôt dans la nuit.
