Reviewed Sep 10, 2026I don’t know how I ended up in this kind of accommodation, I apparently didn’t spend enough time on the reservation this time (or was the advertising misleading? lol). 1. First impression: some reasonably wealthy guy apparently wanted to get even richer and bought a floor, where they built as many small, dark rooms as possible using the cheapest materials possible. As you can see in the photos: The door isn’t properly sealed, so you can barely sleep because you can hear absolutely everything (although the walls are probably paper-thin too, so the door might not make much of a difference). The apartment was never properly deep-cleaned, and you can still see pencil marks from the construction work on the floors lol. 2. I don’t know how or whether this is a Booking, Splaza Santander, or some other issue, but somehow a lot of my personal data ended up at some bad guys, see screenshot. This has never happened to me before, and nobody seemed to care. I’m really unhappy with the whole experience, especially because we stayed in good 3-star hotels with breakfast included in Madrid, Oviedo, and Llanes for a similar or even lower price.
