We zagen twee kleine insecten in de badkamer, en er was een gekke benzine lucht in het pand (maar niet in de studio zelf!)

Locatie en eigenaar was heel behulpzaam

De airco was niet sterk genoeg om alle ruimtes te koelen.

Хозяйка была очень отзывчивая. Мы прилетели очень рано и не могли ждать заселения, договорились с хозяйкой заехать на день раньше и она с радостью нам разрешила, без каких либо проблем. Квартира миниатюрная и уютная. Хорошее местоположение.

Το κλείδωμα στην πόρτα της κύριας εισόδου διότι κατά την αναχώρηση αφήσαμε τα κλειδιά στο διαμέρισμα κλείσαμε την πόρτα και κατεβήκαμε για να φύγουμε Όμως η κάτω πόρτα ήταν κλειδωμένη προφανώς για λόγους ασφαλείας Όμως αυτό μας άγχωσε γιατί έπρεπε να προλάβουμε το πλοίο Ευτυχώς μετά από λίγο μας άνοιξε ένας άλλος ένοικος και έτσι τέλος καλό όλα καλά

Dobra lokalizacja , blisko plaży Okna wychodzące na dziedziniec więc zero widoków ,ale dzięki temu cisza i spokój Bardzo miła właścicielka, dobry kontakt,interesowała się czy czegoś nie brakuje W mieszkaniu czysto, byliśmy tam 2 tygodnie więc w trakcie pobytu była wymiana pościeli i ręczników, sprzątanie

Jedyny drobny minus to aneks kuchenny mógłby być trochę lepiej wyposażony, ale gotowaliśmy coś sporadycznie, więc nie miało to większego znaczenia

The owner was very very helpful and receptive. Well organised access to the appartment.

The hand washbasin in the bathroom needs upgrading, so does the toilet. There was no coffee or milk available to have a coffee or milk in the morning.

Good location

Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty, with, sand/ particles in the shower and stains on toilet seat and bowl. The hot water hadn't been turned on by the house keeper and there was no instruction on trouble shooting it, so we had cold showers. Furthermore the check in process was tricky as the key wouldn't fit into the front door lock, we were lucky a neighbour came to assist us. If we were checking in after hours, we may not have been able to get in. Single opened tea bag and no other basic tea/ coffee supplies. Host was receptive over the phone but we wouldn't stay here again.

In an excellent location right next to the marina and grocery stores. The host is absolutely wonderful and really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι πολύ κοντά στο λιμανάκι και στα μαγαζιά.

Θα ήθελα να ήταν μπροστά στο δρόμο για να έχουμε και λίγη θέα. Επίσης θέλει και μια επισκευή στο wc.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ βολικό για το συγκεκριμένο θέμα που το θέλαμε εμείς κοντά στο νοσοκομείο

Όλα ήταν αψογα και πεντακάθαρα. Το κατάλυμα όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η επικοινωνία αμεση

Πολύ καθαρό και άνετο κατάλυμα, ήσυχο, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Η οικοδέσποινα ηταν ευγενέστατη, άμεση στην επικοινωνία και πολύ εξυπηρετική. Μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πραγματικά άνετα. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Μπορεί να είναι η καλύτερη τοποθεσία στον Πειραιά! Είχε παρα πολύ καλή τιμή. Είναι ακριβως μπροστά στη Μαρίνα Ζέας. Όλα δίπλά σου!Καφες φουρνοι μινι και σουπερ μαρκετ. Με το λεωφορειο 904 που περναει απο την απέναντι στάση πας στο Μετρό σε 10 λεπτα. Οι πορτες της εισοδου και του δωματιου ειναι ασφαλείας. Το μονο που ακουσαμε ηταν η βροχη αλλιως εχει πολυ ησυχια στο σπιτι. Το στρωμα τι να πω ισως ο πιο ξεκουραστος υπνος. Η Υβόννη είναι πολύ γλυκιά οικοδέσποινα και σε κά νει να νιώσεις αμέσως άνετα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!

The bathroom sink is extremely small, and despite its size, 2 off-centre taps lead to it, with the result that every time a lot of water is used, it spills onto the bathroom floor.

Κλείσαμε το Marina Zeas Seaside Studio-MarinaQ για 4 βράδια στον Πειραιά, με σκοπό να παρευρεθούμε σε γάμο φίλου μας. Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία ήταν από τις χειρότερες που έχουμε ζήσει σε κατάλυμα. Αρχικά, οι παροχές που αναφέρονταν στην περιγραφή δεν υπήρχαν. Δεν υπήρχε καφετιέρα, ούτε παντόφλες, ούτε προϊόντα περιποίησης, ούτε μπανιέρα ή υδρομασάζ, ούτε καν θυρίδα ασφαλείας, όπως διαφημιζόταν. Προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε τηλεφωνικά, αλλά ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν απαντούσε την ώρα του check-in. Μας κάλεσε πίσω περίπου 15 λεπτά αργότερα. Μπαίνοντας στο διαμέρισμα, θελήσαμε να χαλαρώσουμε πίνοντας έναν καφέ, όπως ανέφεραν οι παροχές, αλλά δεν υπήρχε καφετιέρα. Αποφασίσαμε να κάνουμε ένα ντους και προς έκπληξή μας, οι πετσέτες βρωμούσαν ιδρώτα. Μετά το μπάνιο αναγκαστήκαμε να ξανακάνουμε ντους γιατί η μυρωδιά ήταν έντονα δυσάρεστη. Όταν επικοινωνήσαμε για να το αναφέρουμε μας ενημέρωσε ότι είχε χαλάσει η καφετιέρα, η απάντηση της ιδιοκτήτριας ήταν προκλητική: «Αν δεν σας αρέσει, να φύγετε.» Η συμπεριφορά της ήταν απαράδεκτη και επιθετική, ξεκίνησε και μου έστελνε μνμ στο προσωπικό κινητό και την προέτρεψα να κάνει χρήση της επικοινωνίας που διαθέτει το booking για να καταγραφούν κάτι το οποίο δεν έκανε. Λίγο αργότερα λάβαμε μήνυμα μέσω Booking ότι μπορούσαμε να ακυρώσουμε χωρίς χρέωση εντός 48 ωρών, αλλά επειδή βρισκόμασταν ήδη στον γάμο, δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα να επιστρέψουμε άμεσα. Όταν ζητήσαμε την επιβεβαίωση ακύρωσης σε λιγότερο από 12ωρες δηλαδή την επόμενη το πρωί και αφού είχαμε προθεσμία 48 ώρες όπως έλεγε το μυνημα από το booking, μας την αρνήθηκαν. Προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με το Booking, χωρίς αποτέλεσμα. Το μπάνιο ήταν ελάχιστα λειτουργικό, με νιπτήρα που έσταζε νερό και τόσο μικρό χώρο που μετά βίας μπορούσες να κινηθείς. Η ντουζιέρα ήταν τόσο στενή που κάθε φορά πλημμύριζε όλο το μπάνιο. Μπανιέρα δεν υπήρχε, παρά την αναγραφή της στις παροχές.

Cause, practical and very convenient for local amenities. The host is a lovely lady who is extremely helpful and ensures 100% satisfaction. The studio was in an immaculate condition, she was always available to answer any questions and went out of her way to help me in the middle of the night. Well done and keep up the good work.

The property is very dull, not much natural light Nowhere to relax, except in the bedroom NoWhere to relax and enjoy your meal No available balcony to use Electric socket was dangerous -informed proprietor Toilet flush came off the wall nobody came to repair it-still hanging off the wall Shower was leaking Nobody explained where the boiler was and how to get hot water Wi-Fi passcode was only sent the day before we were leaving. Was not shown the apartment by the proprietor also told that we could check in after one hour but a few hours past before we had to contact them again to which we were told that the keys were left at our kiosk.

Super endroit, Cosi comme on aime avec tout le confort dont on a besoin quand on voyage. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi.

The location is absolutely perfect to walk around with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the beautiful harbourfront.

The wifi was not working well and the air conditioning was not cold either making it quite difficult to sleep at night in the summer heat.

Amazing location, lots of coffee shops, bakeries, grocery shops. Plenty of restaurants with various selection of good. Great spot for travelling around main land and walkable distance to Pireaus Port to get to islands.

Good bed, clean place, nice host, aircondition, 30 minute walk to the ferries.

The location for my visit to Zea Marina was excellent

The bed is comfortable, and the host was responsive and communicative.

The apartment itself is quite dark and lacks a proper seating area — aside from the bed and a couple of high kitchen stools, which are not comfortable for relaxing. The bathroom was the biggest downside. It’s nearly impossible to stand directly under the shower due to a concrete structure that blocks the way. As a result, you have to move to the edge of the shower to bathe, and since the shower door doesn’t fully enclose the space, much of the bathroom floor ends up soaked. The hot water also ran out quickly. We had to contact the host to find out how to resolve this, and only then were we told to turn on the water heater manually. While that improved the situation, we believe this should have been clearly communicated in advance. Additionally, the bathroom sink is extremely small — barely suitable for washing hands, and impractical for brushing teeth or washing your face. We ended up using the kitchen sink instead.

The location is excellent. It's a nicely furnished, cozy place with nice decoration details. The host is super helpful and polite.

The bed is odd; I felt like sleeping downward. I guess it's easy to fix. The washbasin is too small, and I would recommend installing a slightly larger one.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very conveniently positioned in the marina area.

Parking was very hard to find, but that’s the same in any city.

Close to the port and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Safe and secure.

good location, a small apartment

no balcony, no way to get to sit outside, feels a bit like a detention cell. the cabin doors in the kitchen not fixed, the lampshades are too low- we kept hitting them all over the place.

During our stay at Marina Zeas Seaside Studio we had a situation where the electricity went out. Yvonne was on the phone and solved the whole problem right away. She provided us with alternative accommodation for one night, which she paid for until the problem was resolved. The next day we could return to the accommodation when everything was fine with the electricity. Her approach to the situation was calm, awesome and fast :)

We were only renting it for a day whilst getting off a cruise ship and waiting for a late flight. It served the purpose very well. We had a bit of difficulty gaining access to start with but the owner went above and beyond to ensure we had early access. The gentleman who owned the bakery next door was a really good help storing our luggage.

The apartment is in good and safe location, close the beach, the marina, the bus stop for bus 904. Yvonni is a wonderful host. She told me all important information about supermarkets around the apartment, taxi in Pireaus. I'm grateful that the host was interested during my stay to see if everything was okay, which I perceive as an added value. It was the reviews of other guests that confirmed me to book this accommodation. Now I know it was a great decision. Yvonni thank you very much for everything.

This place was a great small apartment for our stay while waiting to board our ship. It has everything you need. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent. It is a great location for walking to shopping, stores, and restaurants. The hostess is the sweetest lady. She was so accommodating even when we had to make last-minute adjustments to our reservation. She was responsive and flexible. It is a tiny apt. I wouldn't recommend more than 2 people for a stay, but she has other lofts that would be fitting for any more than that.

The walls were relatively thin so you could hear people talking through them.

The studio's size, while ideal for creating a snug ambience, might feel a bit limiting for an extended stay or guests seeking more spacious accommodations. In conclusion, Marina Zeas Seaside Studio-Marina is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a short stay of around two nights in a location that offers both charm and convenience. It's a place where the festive spirit is palpable, and hospitality is given with a warm, personal touch. My rating: is 4/5.

What's not to like?

The location was fantastic, easy access to many local supermarkets. Easy to catch taxi and convenient.

Good size kitchen, could use a few more utensils. Bathroom was okay, hot water. They could have had a broom to sweep the floor..

A Fantastic location walking easy for Akti Miouli the super yacht moorings..The apartment was easy to enter and use elevator to level 1. Self contained and tastefully furnished..coffee machine small kitchen... comfortable bed...the bathroom has a shower with natural tiles and a seat like a hammam

The place is very clean and cozy. Perfect location for our purpose of stay. We needed an overnight stay, shower and flexibility in timing. Our host was unbelievably kind and helpful.

The only thing I could think of was the windows, but again it wasn't bothering us at all.

Yvonni was fantastic, she was so lovely and helpful. The unit was clean, modern and comfortable and in a great location.
