Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Schönes Haus in altstadtnaher Lage mit viel Grün drumherum. Freundlicher Empfang, unkompliziert. Gepäck konnte problemlos stehen bleiben. Kostenloser Kaffee und Tee und Zwieback. Gemeinschaftsbäder waren in Ordnung.
Manches nicht mehr so ganz frisch. Teils unpassende Deko (Eisbärbild, weihnachts- und osterdeko im Sommer.) Teils unangenehmer Geruch. Keine Kindergetränke (nur schwarztee und Kaffee).

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Schickes Ambiente in einer alten Villa. Mitten in der Bozener Altstadt im Grünen. 3- 4 Geh-Minuten zum Zentrum, zum Bäcker, zum Cafe und zum Supermarkt. Großzügig geschittenes Apartement mit einfacher, aber guter Ausstattung. Trotz zentraler Lage super ruhige Umgebung. Perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu zweit oder kleine Familie.

Es gab keine Küche, obwohl auf den Bildern eine zu sehen war. Das ist sehr verwirrend und nicht gut gemacht. So konnte man sich nichts an Essen selber zubereiten.

Єдине, що хотілося б відзначити як гості з України: у номері висіла репродукція картини Василя Кандинського. Розумію, що це всесвітньо відомий художник, але він був росіянином, тому через війну Росії проти України було неприємно бачити в номері роботу російського митця. Сподіваюся, у майбутньому ви розглянете можливість обирати твори художників із різних країн.

Није ми се допало то што свака јединица- соба нема своје купатило. На 6 соба на спрату има 2 купатила. Дакле купатило је заједничко. У понуди на Букингу то није назначено. Такође писало је да је паркинг слободан, а заправо наплаћују 10 евра дневно. Сматрам да сам као клијент доведена у заблуду и да је однос цена - квалитет лош.

Die Atmosphäre war warm und gemütlich, das Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr gepflegt. Besonders die Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht – man merkt, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Wir konnten wunderbar entspannen und die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Die Lage ist toll, Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort. das Haus und Zimmer mit Terrasse sehr hell und freundlich - schön. Tee oder Kaffeekochen möglich.
Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist schon herausfordernd, in den Stoßzeiten schwierig reinzukommen. Keine extra-Toilette, wäre hilfreich. Es gibt zwar einen Kühlschrank aber keine Gläser, Besteck. Eine kleine Küchenzeile wäre schön z.B. zum abspülen.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Eine Oase zum Entspannen ganz in der Nähe zur Altstadt. Das Gebäude und auch Parkplätze sind in einem privaten Hinterhof ohne jeglichen Straßenlärm. Es gibt Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la estación de trenes, del funivia y de la estación de buses de Bolzano. Para llegar a la estación de Bolzano Sud solo hay que tomar un tren de 4 minutos por 2 €, nada complicado. La casa es un sueño, con vistas hermosas. Nos atendió Raúl, quien nos explicó todo con detalle. La habitación y los baños estaban limpios. Como detalle extra, en la habitación dejan tés, tostadas y mermeladas, y fuera de la habitación hay un hervidor, nevera y microondas disponibles para usar. El precio coincide con lo brindado al reservar, lo que hace que la relación calidad-precio sea muy buena. Las vistas son divinas y la experiencia en general fue excelente. Sin dudas volvería a repetir.
El alojamiento no tiene ascensor, pero no sería un motivo para no elegirlo.

My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring lovely views of the garden and the mountains in the distance. The entire villa is incredibly atmospheric, boasting beautiful surroundings, a magical garden, and a charming vintage flair. For me, the location is unbeatable. It is within walking distance of the city center, train, and bus station, and just minutes away from lively bars, cafés, and restaurants. At the same time, it remains wonderfully calm and quiet. It served me as the perfect base in Bolzano, allowing me to take day trips into nature, explore nearby towns, and ultimately fall in love with Südtirol. Finally, the staff at Villa Anita is so lovely and helpful. They made me feel completely welcome from my very first moments there. Highly recommended!

The only issue is the shared bathroom. I had reserved for 6 which meant two rooms. I was told it was a shared bathroom but I never realized i would have to share with another 3 room guests. Although i see no problem it was a surprise.

Hellhörigkeit auf der Etage. Ist halt ne alte Villa mit Charme....

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Villa Anita is in a beautiful location in a quieter part of town. We loved that we could see the mountains and hear all the birds singing in the morning! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly- they even gave us a map of the area and restaurant recommendations.
The walls were pretty thin so you could hear everything going on in the hallways from your room.

Nos recibió muy bien Pamela y nos explicó con mucho detalle y dedicación sobre el lugar y sitios para visitar en Bolzano. El problema del lugar es el frío. La calefacción está solo en los cuartos y a una temperatura insuficiente. En la cama solo había una frazada muy poco abrigada y ninguna extra. Apenas pude dormir del frío que pasé. Así que es muy recomendable para ir en verano.

La habitación estaba pegada a uno de los baños y se oye bastante, además de que el sofá cama no es cómodo. Podrían limpiar o vaciar las papeleras de los baños más a menudo, ya que al ser 2 baños para 5 habitaciones se llenan rápido.

Werd niet veel uitgelegd. Smorgens iemand uit bed moeten bellen om de poort open te krijgen om met de auto het terrein te kunnen verlaten. (Was een knop die 40 meter voor de poort verdekt opgesteld stond)
