Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The only good thing about this hotel was its location. It is really near to Haram, TAM Cafe, and other shops and cafes nearby. Overall, the hotel was terrible. The beds were small, the room had a bad smell, and it was dirty. There were no windows and no view. There was also too much noise, and you cannot sleep properly. You can even hear sounds from the next room, so there is no soundproofing at all. The price was good, but I would only recommend staying here if you are travelling solo or with a group of friends. I was with my family, and booking this hotel was actually a mistake for me.
The service of hotel was terrible, rooms were small, dirty and full of noise. Beds were too small as well and uncomfortable. I was with family and hardly can sleep in the room.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026I was very satisfied with my stay at Haya Hotel. The facilities were good, the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Saeed, whom I would particularly like to appreciate for his excellent service. The location is also very convenient and close to Masjid an-Nabawi, and the price was very reasonable.
Overall, I was very satisfied and had no major complaints. One improvement would be to provide a microwave oven, either in the room or in a common area, so guests can easily warm up their food.
