Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit Blick auf das Meer und einem traumhaften Sonnenuntergang von der kleinen Terrasse aus. Morgens direkt mit den Schildkröten zu schnorcheln war ein unvergessenes Erlebnis. Die Lage war TOP Dinge, die ich erfragt habe wurden direkt geregelt 👍

Baustelle direkt nebenan … einfach Pech gehabt. Obwohl ich am Anfang nach verfügbaren Frühstück gefragt habe wurde dann nicht weiter darauf eingegangen oder nachgefragt.

Wonderful beach hotel in Siquijor. Fantastic seafront location with stunning sea views and amazing sunsets. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Staff are polite, helpful and welcoming. Great food at the restaurant and direct beach access for snorkeling. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere for a perfect island getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Almare Guest house. Marco, Kimmi and family were very friendly and helpful and we were even invited to join them for dinner one night, which was very kind of them. There’s some great snorkelling right by the property too.

L’emplacement est magique, on peut voir les tortues depuis l’hébergement sans même aller dans l’eau, snorkeling agréable car seul. De plus les hôtes sont géniaux, gentils et accueillants.

The environment and the ownerd were great and very helpful and accommodating. Having Tulog beach so close was great and the wildlife you get to see right in your backyard was too good.

There was no aircon in the room but the fans did the job well enough so no complaints.

The property is located in a very convenient location, close to restaurants and other establishments in the area. It's tucked a few meters away from the main road, so you still get a peaceful experience during the stay. Our room was very comfortable. We slept well during our stay and had breakfast on the balcony to a breezy, sunny view of the ocean.

Nothing much, really. The place is great for its value. Maybe that there were rooms that were airconditioned but ours wasn't, but it's not a big issue. It was still comfortable.

The place is beautiful and on the cliff overlooking the sea. Best place for catching up with turtles!! The people the are so kind and helpful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kind generosity and hospitality, like we are part of the family.The location was outstanding with a breathtaking sunset and a few steps from some of the best snorkeling of our trip (free snorkeling gear). It has very laid back vibe with only four rooms and an open air restaurant space.

We loved everything and would love to return.

After turning off the main road and navigating a bumpy dirt path, the hotel opens up to a stunning, breathtaking view. You can go snorkeling just by walking down the cliffside steps. It has a wonderful family atmosphere, and the owner and their family are amazing. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Tout était superbe. Séjourner à Allard Guest House à sublimé notre découverte de l’île de Siquijor. Le lieu au bord d’un spot d’observation de tortues, la gentillesse du personnel et des propriétaires, une chambre confortable… tout y est. On a passé un merveilleux moment dans ce lieu, qui restera sans aucun doute, la meilleure expérience de notre séjour.

La guest house está en medio de la naturaleza, lo que lo hace perfecto para desconectar. Tiene una pequeña escalera desde la que puedes tirarte directamente al mar para bucear, lo cual es una experiencia increíble. Además, te prestan máscara de snorkel gratis, un detalle que se agradece mucho. Las vistas son espectaculares y el personal es muy atento y familiar, te hacen sentir como en casa.

Sería recomendable añadir un armario o algún pequeño mueble donde poder apoyar y guardar la ropa, ya que el espacio de almacenamiento es algo limitado.

Tout !! Un havre de paix et de gentillesse. Emplacement exceptionnel Les personnes adorables, bienveillants . Tout était simple . je me suis sentie comme chez moi . Chambre dans un petit logement tout mignon en front de mer et accès direct pour nager avec les tortues. J’ai adoré !!!! Coucher de soleil incroyable. Ils louent des scooter aussi , bien pratique pour se déplacer sur l’île qui est safe et quiet. Idéal pour le scoot . Je me suis régalée. Sur place petit déjeuner possible et boissons. Je les quitte une larme à l’œil .

Thank you to all at Almare for your incredible hospitality. We really enjoyed your good company, beautiful sunsets and the fantastic snorkelling with stunning coral and variety of fish. During our stay the whole island suffered a rare power cut which lasted days. However, unlike many other properties, Almare continued to be a calm oasis. A generator was used to keep everything running, which was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

The location of the property was perfect for us, quiet and with beautiful views of the gardens and the sea from our balcony and direct access to amazing snorkelling with the marine sanctuary of Tubod only 100 m away. Our snorkelling experiences were amazing, great corals, and variety of fish plus many encounters with giant turtles and huge schools of mackerel. The owner and staff at the guest house were very welcoming, and kind and went out of their way to help us. They provide free snorkelling equipment , motorbikes for rent and a lovely relaxed atmosphere which resulted in a perfect stay for us. Thank you so much Almare guesthouse !

The owners wife who is the chef was away during our stay so only the bar was open ( great for chilled beers) however it wasn’t a problem as there are lots of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and an amazing massage parlour ( highly recommended)

On a tout aimé ! La chambre, la localisation, le fait de pouvoir nager matin et soir avec des tortues 😃 et surtout la gentillesse et la bienveillance de Rualt, Kemie et Marco. On devait y rester 6 nuits et nous avons prolongé. On recommande à 1000%, c’est sûr on y reviendra !

Perfect little gem really worth its rating, in front of the ocean with a direct access to some really cool snorkeling spots! We were randomly invited in a little party the managers organized for themselves and felt very welcome. The huts are cute and the sunsets from there are stunning. It’s also close to most things to do on the south coast. +this little Frenchie puppy added a bit to the house too! :)

Rooms are perhaps a bit basic but ok to local standards and you could hear the AC from the other hut next door (we had the fan one).

I'm shy so I'm sorry I couldn't get along with the guests very well. However, the facilities were clean and the ocean view was great. I had a great time in Siquijor.

We loved our stay! Location was great, and the room and facilities were lovely! You can snorkel right at the front and they supply all the equipment for free to guests! They also arranged pick up and drop off to the port and they have scooters to rent! Everything you need is here. The staff and owners are all very lovely and make you feel super welcomed! And theres a very cute puppy running around!

Lived here for 10 days - serene, beautiful place with some great snorkelling upfront and most kind & lovely hosts. They take the guests out snorkelling and also invited me to a BBQ (and pasta) they were having for their family and took us partying later. This hospitality was unlike anything I’ve experience before and truly made me feel at home in Siquijor. This is a highly recommended place for your stay! Las vistas al mar son increibles y la paz que se respira invita a no irse nunca de ahí, pero hay que destacar por encima de todo la hospitalidad de Marco, Rualt, Capitan tortuga, y el resto de amigos y familiares con los que coincidimos. Haber compartido con ellos una noche de cervezas o una salida de snorkel es, sin ninguna duda, nuestro mejor recuerdo de filipinas.

Pese a que me encontré una araña en mi habitación que corría como un demonio y del tamaño de una libreta A5, y de que nua, un cachorro recién acogido que pululaba por allí, no paraba de morderme los tobillos, la verdad es que nada. Volvería siempre.

Logement au delà de nos attentes, un cadre idyllique et des hôtes incroyables. Accès direct à l'océan pour aller voir les tortues avec équipement de snorkeling prêté, possibilité de profiter des repas à petit prix (nous avons notamment pris des petits déjeuners et des apéros directement dans le bar du logement), très bonne ambiance. C'était l'endroit idéal pour faire les activités alentours, mais également se reposer.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le logement est simple mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La mer est accessible au bout du logement, et nous y avons vu des dizaines de tortues dans l’eau et depuis le rivage, et même une raie. Les employés de la Guest House sont très sympas, c’était soirée tous les jours avec bières et fléchettes. Une belle ambiance conviviale !

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue excelente de principio a fin. Desde el primer momento nos sorprendió la familiaridad del lugar y la atención tan cercana de todo el equipo. Lo que hace la experiencia aún más especial es la ubicación privilegiada frente al mar: se pueden ver tortugas y disfrutar de un snorkel. El hotel mismo te presta el equipo necesario, y si lo deseas incluso te acompañan en la experiencia, lo cual aporta mucha seguridad y confianza. Un lugar único, cuidado con cariño, perfecto para quienes buscan naturaleza y trato humano excepcional. Sin duda, un sitio al que volveríamos sin pensarlo.

바다와 일몰이 숨 막힐 정도로 예쁜 곳이예요. 에어컨이 없는 1층 방에 머물렀는데 낮엔 거의 숙소에 있지 않아서 덥진 않았어요. 숙소 내에 식당에서는 파스타나 맥주 등의 음식을 주문할 수 있는데 이탈리안 사장님이 요리한 페스토파스타는 진짜 제 인생 최고의 파스타였어요!!! 아침식사도 훌륭했고요. 숙소 스텝인 Kimmy도 매우 친근하고 필요한 도움을 많이 줬어요. 그리고 Kimmy와 함께한 다이빙도 너무 좋았구요. 정말 친절하고 적극적으로 바다를 안내해주었고 숨은 거북이들을 얼마나 잘 찾는지 감탄했어요. 숙소 들어오는 길이 어둡지만 혼자 다녀도 무섭진 않았어요. 다만 입구가 헷갈리는데 (구글맵은 도움이 안됩니다.) 한번 찾고나면 그 뒤로는 헤매지 않을 거예요. 가까운데 세탁소 (Britney's)도 있어서 이용했는데 대만족이었어요. 안쪽이라 찾긴 힘들어도 소음없이 조용합니다. 낭만적이고 편안한 숙소에서 행복하게 여행했어요. 모두 다시 만날 수 있길 바래요.

창문이 밖에서 잘 보이는 방향이라 문을 열어둘 수 없어서 환기를 못하는게 답답했어요. 그리고 에어컨이 없어서 그런지 조금 눅눅하긴해요. 그럼에도 불구하고 저는 산후안에 가면 이곳에 다시 갈거예요.

Un vrai coup de cœur pour cette guesthouse ! Les chambres sont impeccables, confortables et d’une propreté irréprochable avec une vue à couper le souffle, avec en prime la valse des tortues. L’accueil de Marco et sa femme est tout simplement exceptionnel : chaleureux, authentique, on se sent comme à la maison. Mention spéciale pour les pâtes maison, un vrai régal ! Et que dire des sorties snorkeling avec Kemi… des moments inoubliables, entre tortues (mention spéciale à la reine Geogina), coraux colorés et eaux cristallines. Une adresse à ne pas manquer !

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s just sad that I was not able to enjoy my stay that much, not because of the property, but because of the typhoon. If I were to go back in the island, I would stay here again. Thank you for keeping us safe during the bad weather.

It’s on the cliff and facing the ocean. The rooms were built with native AMAKAN which adds to the island life vibes.

There is no bidet and the water pressure for the shower was very weak.

The property is conveniently located near all major tourist attractions in Siquijor and close to the city. It’s very accessible and saves a lot of travel time. They also offer motorbike rentals, which makes it easier for guests to explore their planned destinations.

The property has a nice view of the sea. It was perfect for snorkeling and to see a lot of turtles. The staff even came with us to guide us. Another good thing was that we could rent a scooter there. The location was also good and we really enjoyed our stay!

The wifi didn’t really work in the room, but it worked outside.

Great location, with access to ocean right of the back of the guest house, which we were so lucky to see turtles with the guidance of Kimmy, one of the staff members, we were able to lend snorkelling free of charge which was great, the guest house offers a great location for affordable restaurant and mini markets to get water and snacks.

Bathroom was a small wet room, which we struggled to get dry throughout our trip due to the humidity. Due to no fault of the guest house it’s self we had some power cuts on the island on our last night, however this meant the room became very hot due to not being able to use the fan.

Location-wise, I’d only recommend to those with motorbikes as it’s far away from the main town where the restos and bars are. Trikes will charge you 300php or so for a single trip to town so it’s spenny.

I like how hospitable the staff were and we experienced snorkeling because the beachfront is a very good spot for diving. Saw a lot of fishes and some turtle. Amazing!

From time to time there's a brownout, which is beyond their control. But above all it's all good, we'll be back.

BEST resort I have ever been In all Philippines. They have a place with turtles and you can swin with them. Amazing cats (specially cron Cron). Hosts are super nice and we enjoyed a LOT, we went out with them to the nigh club. Incredible sunsets from our room Will repeat for sure
