Pour le prix et le « standing » 5 étoiles je ne recommande pas, odeurs désagréables dans la suite, literie pas à la hauteur du tout, linge de lit bouloché, oreillers pas confortable, c’était vraiment passable mais limite limite.

This charming hotel is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood in Tunis with easy access to everything. The beach, historical Carthage sites, the Medina, and the airport are all within a quick 20-minute taxi ride, and convenient amenities like a mall and supermarket are right nearby. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a 3-bedroom suite to a spacious 4-bedroom duplex. The included breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options every morning. The restaurant staff were wonderfully attentive, and having a dedicated chef on hand to prepare fresh, custom omelettes and crêpes made breakfast a highlight of each day. A special mention must go to Marwa at reception, who truly made our stay memorable. Always welcoming and professional with a warm smile on her face, she resolved any questions we had remarkably fast. She went out of her way to help us arrange local activities and gave fantastic personalised recommendations on places to visit. She is truly an asset to Adam Hotel.

While advertised as a 5-star hotel, the property does not currently meet that standard. It may have been a 5-star venue when it first opened, but a noticeable lack of ongoing maintenance lets it down—for instance, there was a completely broken window, frame and all, left sitting on the floor of the staircase landing, which was dangerous for families and guests staying there who needed to use the staircase for emergency access. ​Additionally, we faced two significant issues during our stay regarding power supply. Tunis experienced daily power disruptions due to extreme heat reaching up to 45°C, and the hotel’s backup generator was not powerful enough to maintain full electricity and air conditioning across the property. During one outage, the air conditioning in our apartment completely shut down. While the issue was eventually resolved after speaking firmly with the manager at reception, it disrupted our comfort and should not happen at this price point.

Hôtel au top avec un surclassement en surprise.

If you are looking for a real 5-star hotel, this is not your place. I was surprised that this hotel has 9.2/10 as a review better even than Four seasons and Movinpick. However, the staff ask you upon check out to give them a 10/10 review, this explains the high review and this is also a not proffesnional thing from a 5-star hotel. Honestly, the hotel itself is not bad but it's not a real 5 stars. You don't feel the luxury of 5 stars. First, we took the suite that has 3 bedrooms. the suite is really big which is a bonus but there are no 5-star touches at all. also, the pictures in booking do not meet the real picture when you stay in it. The bedsheet was old. the towels were old and small, and you do not feel that the place is clean 10/10 to be honest. Other than that, the location was perfect and the staff are very good.

Séjour exceptionnel à l’Hôtel Adam ! Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la très agréable surprise d’être surclassés, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus mémorable. La chambre avec piscine privée sur le balcon était tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le confort est au rendez-vous et la décoration, avec son superbe mobilier italien de designer, apporte une touche d’élégance et de raffinement. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux. Les restaurants de l’hôtel proposent une cuisine de grande qualité, avec des plats excellents et un service irréprochable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine intérieure et l’espace balnéo, parfaits pour se détendre dans un cadre luxueux. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Very disappointing experience. The room was not well maintained, the service was poor, and the overall stay did not meet expectations. Definitely not worth the price. I hope the management improves the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

Location is good, staff is friendly, cleanness is noticeable.

The hotel is listed as five stars but is more appropriately a 2-3 star. The hotel upgraded my room to a suite for free, however this did not improve the quality of my stay.

It was a great accommodation , nice place and very clean , even the stuff were very kind especially Mr.zahar in the front office .

Le personnel était sympathique et le petit déjeuner correct. Mis à part cela, pas grand chose.

La chambre est grande mais la cuisine ne sert à rien. Aucun ustensile n'est fourni. La salle de bain est médiocre pour cette gamme d’hôtel. Une baignoire avec un panneau mal réglé. Impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder la salle de bain. Simple vitrage aux fenêtres ce qui fait que l'on entend très bien les bruits de la route en contre bas et les rodéos urbains la nuit. Les infrastructures de l’hôtel sont largement en dessous des attentes. Le spa n'était pas actif, la piscine ne semblait même pas réellement propre. Il faut amener votre propre serviette pour aller dans le spa (donc aller-retour à la chambre). La salle de sport doit faire 9m² (3 machines en tout). Je n'ai pas testé les restaurants de l’hôtel mais ils n'avaient pas l'air bien rempli.

Bad experience with the TV in the room, couldn’t watch the TV. The technician came fixed something but didn’t lost to long . For 2 days I only watched Tab for 1 hr. That was bad setup

Le service et le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel. Du petit-déjeuner aux soins de massage au spa, tout le personnel a été aux petits soins. L’emplacement proche de l’aéroport, de Tunis, mais aussi de la Goulette, nous avons pu nous rendre partout en taxi assez rapidement.

Le lit était un peu dur.

We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite! The staff was kind and welcoming. The location is very close to the airport, making it easy to catch our flight.

While the room and furniture appeared to be high-end, the stay was unfortunately quite impractical. Despite having a large, well-equipped kitchen, there were no cooking essentials like pots, pans, knives, or forks. Additionally, the beautiful bathtub on the open balcony only had cold water. Breakfast was not ready by 8:00 AM, and the food quality didn't match the photos online. If this was due to Ramadan, we would have appreciated being informed at check-in so we could manage our expectations. That said, a big thank you to the restaurant staff who worked hard to serve us while they were fasting.

A truly experience from the moment of arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the reception was warm and professional. Services were well-organized and delivered with high quality. The hotel features beautiful interior designs, very spacious suites, and elegant, comfortable furniture. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended, and I would gladly return again. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality and excellent service.

أقمت في عدة فنادق على مستوى العالم، وكانت رائعة ولكن منذُ وصولي لفندق ADAM Hotel Suites ، حيث الفخامة وحسن الاستقبال والترحيب خصوصاً من الأخت (مروى) بارك الله فيها ، التي اعادت مفهوم الاستقبال والضيافة في الفنادق كونها تسعى جاهدة إلى الغاء جميع مايكدر صفو الساكن مما يجعله يشعر انه في منزله، لم يكن دورها مجرد إنهاء إجراءات الدخول، بل كانت حاضرًة بروحها الإيجابية وتعاونها الصادق، حيث تم ترقية الجناح للمستوى الأعلى وكانت إطلالة على البحيرة قمة في الخيال، هذا النوع من التعامل يعكس صورة مشرّفة للفندق ويترك انطباعًا لا يُنسى لدى الضيوف. كل الشكر والتقدير لكم، متمنين لكم دوام التوفيق والنجاح
