Nous sommes restés deux jours dans cet hôtel je suis particulièrement déçu car il y avait des travaux et des bruits de perceuse à 8h du matin durant ces deux jours. Au vu du prix que nous payons je trouve ça anormal.

Pool towels were unavailable on more than one occasion. Although all Booking.com offers were for two people—with no options available for a single person—the receptionist told me I had to pay for the second person's breakfast separately from the booking; this is something I have never experienced before.

Food need to be elevated to a 5 stars hotel one Nespresso machine in the room with dirty water tank The guys at the reception weren’t very nice and when I asked for restaurant at 5pm he just said we don’t right now and didn’t even explained the timing and availability of restaurants.

Overall, the hotel is quite good for business travelers without families, as it does not have facilities for kids. The food was generally good, though not fascinating. A special thanks to the security personnel at the main entrance and the dinner restaurant staff for their wonderful hospitality.

Je vous informe que j’ai quitté l’hôtel Regebci pour Mövenpick suite à la médiocrité de cette hôtel noté par Booking.com à 8,1 vous êtes complètement out il ne mérite même pas une note de 5 pour un cinq étoiles, ça m’a coûté un notre taxi pour aller au Mövenpick que j’ai l’habitude de passer les deux derniers jours de mes vacances à Tunis à cette hôtel il est vraiment top y a rien à dire dans tout et il vaut son prix, je conseille tout le monde de le prendre.

Ça aurait été bien avec une piscine et pourtant il a de l’espace pour faire une piscine extérieur surtout avec la chaleur de l’été.

Repas bon et diversifié personnel du restaurant agréable

Chambre équivalent à 2 étoiles / serviettes manquantes / porte savon rouillé / rideau qui ne se ferme pas très déçu de l’hôtel !

Sofa and bench in the room were stained in many places. I did not expect this in such hotel . And the problem is that it was the same lats year. Also The toilet DB did not functioned correctly I asked themnto fix it. but unfortunately until the check out it was not. Plus ants...

situation parfaite proche de nombreux restaurants en bord de lac, magnifique établissement avec un personnel aux petits soins, chambre spacieuses et confortable avec balcon donnant sur le lac, petits dejs fabuleux. Piscine superbe .Je recommande !

Le Mövenpick Hotel du Lac Tunis est un très bel établissement, mais malheureusement le niveau de service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. Plusieurs prestations sont difficilement compréhensibles. Par exemple, l'accès à la salle de sport est limité de 12 h à 20 h, soit précisément aux horaires où la plupart des clients sont en déplacement et ne profitent pas de l'hôtel. Nous avions réservé deux nuits et, le jour de notre départ, nous avons été réveillés vers 9 h par un appel de la réception nous rappelant l'heure de départ. Ce manque de délicatesse est regrettable, surtout dans un établissement de standing. Les femmes de ménage sont également venues frapper à notre porte vers 18 h pour nous demander si nous étions satisfaits de la propreté de la chambre, tout en laissant clairement entendre qu'elles attendaient un pourboire. Cette attitude est très malaisante et met les clients dans une situation inconfortable. Enfin, l'expérience au salon de coiffure de l'hôtel a été particulièrement décevante. Un tarif nous a été annoncé au départ, puis, au moment du règlement, le prix demandé était près de trois fois supérieur, sans aucune explication préalable. Nous nous sommes sentis contraints de payer. C'est vraiment dommage, car l'hôtel est magnifique, mais le comportement de certains membres du personnel ne reflète absolument pas le niveau de qualité que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un établissement 5 étoiles. Je ne renouvellerai malheureusement pas cette expérience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mövenpick Gammarth Tunis, mais ce qui nous a le plus marqués est l’incroyable professionnalisme et la bienveillance de toute l’équipe. Le matin de notre départ, j’ai été victime d’une forte migraine accompagnée d’une poussée de tension artérielle, quelques heures seulement avant notre vol. Dans un moment aussi stressant, l’ensemble du personnel s’est mobilisé pour m’aider. Les responsables de la salle du petit-déjeuner m’ont préparé un thé spécialement pour moi afin de me soulager. Ensuite, le personnel de la réception ainsi que l’équipe du bar du hall ont immédiatement pris la situation en main. Ils ont contacté un médecin en urgence, sont restés à mes côtés pour s’assurer que mon état s’améliorait et l’un d’eux s’est même rendu personnellement à la pharmacie pour acheter les médicaments dont j’avais besoin. Une telle attention, une telle réactivité et une telle générosité sont extrêmement rares. Grâce à eux, j’ai pu reprendre des forces et voyager dans de bien meilleures conditions. Au-delà du confort de l’hôtel, de sa situation et de la qualité de ses installations, c’est surtout cette dimension humaine que nous retiendrons. Un immense merci à toutes les personnes qui nous ont aidés ce jour-là. Nous leur en sommes profondément reconnaissants et espérons sincèrement avoir le plaisir de revenir séjourner dans ce magnifique hôtel.

What can I say, the reception team went all out to assist me with my trip into Tunis. I had a late evening flight into Tunis and landed early morning, I informed the reception team prior to arriving and they made sure that I could get straight into my room and also organised a taxi for me upon arrival. I then went to the front desk to request a later check out and Siway (I hope I have spelt that correctly) on the desk confirmed I could have one and organised it straight away - no issues. The service by the reception has been absolutely first class and I cannot fault anything here. Well done

لم استطع الجلوس على البرندا بالليل بسبب الناموس وعدم تنوع وسادات التخت فكانت النومه مزعجه جدا

Staff isn’t the best. Got asked who I was, when entering the building security literally stopped us like we were trespassing. At the restaurant when I asked if I could get a table they replied: “za3ma bech n9ouloulek le?” Which means “so you think we’re gonna say no?” Which was quite rude. Server at restaurant dropped a dirty fork on me which stained me and walked out as if nothing happened.

The room had bed bugs and my wife was bitten and still recovering. Horrible hygiene. Separately, when we were coming back from our walk, the room had the ‘make up room’ sign. We had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on. And there were suspicious individuals outside our door. Really disappointing.

Food was exceptional.

An odd stay in all honesty. In many ways a very nice hotel, pleasant staff, and big rooms. But just little things made it different to rave about - the card machines rarely had signal. They said they accepted Amex for the rooms but then didnt on the day. I had a massage and was charged nearly double what was quoted because i asked for additional firmness, I was told it would be resolved and then no one ever contacted me. A lot of language barrier issues (but that is on me).

Je ne retourne plus à cet hôtel en tant que client fidèle le personnel fais du zèle dommage je vais uniquement à movenpick gammarth dommage très bel hôtel mais manque de savoir être mais complètement je suis désolé de dire cela
