I requested a phone charger, and they kindly provided one for the entire duration of my stay. This was very respectful and welcoming service for any guest. Thank you, Hotel Kanzy team.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025the location of the Hotel is good where you can find restaurant, supermarket and places for shopping. the breakfast was nice and Egyptian breakfast, and the staff also where nice .
I can say the hotel need to be renovative, but still it was good experience .also it would be good to add transportation service from and to airport for people who doesn't know the country .

the air conditioning was not working, and I found some cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, I couldn’t continue my stay. Although they offered to change the room, the situation was unpleasant and uncomfortable. Sadly, it turned out to be my worst experience.
