Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Room was a very high standard and very clean. Very nice large bathroom and comfortable bed. Considering the location is right on the beach (and the party area in the evening) it was very quiet. Staff seem very uncomfortable using English, which is fine, but caused some miscommunication at check-in. Close to metro station and all kinds of convenience shops, restaurants, coffee shops and of course, the beach. Go to nearby Joseph cocktail bar for bespoke cocktails!
Requesting to check in even 30min earlier, we were asked to pay an additional fee. We chose to wait, obviously.

The staff was not friendly at all. I asked the staff to call a taxi for me during the check-out since I could not find a taxi from an app and she refused to help. She also showed no intention to help me with other ways to get a taxi. Her attitude was so cold!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026뷰가 정말 좋습니다. 광안대교가 한눈에 멋지게 들어오는 위치에 있습니다. 주변 편의시설도 많고 좋아요. 샤워부스, 욕조, 변기, 세면대가 각각 분리되어 있어 좋습니다. 베개가 너무 높지 않아서 좋았습니다.
전반적으로 청결 및 시설 등에서 조금씩 아쉽습니다. 화장실 세면대에 누가 쓴 치실이 그대로 남아있었어요. 세면대는 배수가 안 좋아서 물이 매번 천천히 내려갔어요. 어메니티 비누는 성분이 안좋은지 하루 썼더니 손바닥이랑 손가락이 하얗게 일어났어요. 냉장고 문은 활짝 열려있었고요. 변기는 엉덩이가 아픈 형태입니다. 에어컨 작동 소리가 너무 크고, 자동으로 켜졌다가 꺼졌다가 해서 한밤중에 더웠다가 추웠다가 해서 깼어요. 바깥 오토바이 소음이 잘 들려요.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2025Hotelli on aivan Gwangallin rannalla, busseja lähtee läheltä ja metrolle pystyi kävellä mukavasti ison matkalaukun kanssa. Sijainti on siis erinomainen! Hotelli oli mielestäni oikein tyylikäs ja käytävillä oli miellyttävä tuoksu (huone hajuton). Viiden yön yöpymiseen ei sisältynyt huoneen siivousta, mutta sain joka päivä puhtaita pyyhkeitä (ja yhtenä päivänä kävi siivoajakin aiemmin sanotusta huolimatta, joten se oli ekstraa). Vastaanottovirkailijoiden englanti oli riittävää, joskin he käyttivät välillä kääntäjää tukena. En kokenut tätä ongelmaksi, työntekijät olivat mukavia ja avuliaita! Huone oli kaikin puolin hyvä ja äänieristys toimi. Sain nukuttua mukavasti. Maisema isoista ikkunoista oli upea!

Reviewed Apr 14, 2025The hotel is located directly at Gwangalli Beach. It takes some time to get there from the main train station, but I found it to be the perfect starting point of my excursions through Busan. The front desk agents were professionaly friendly. The room was big and the bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and shower. Everything was clean and I had a nice rest for one night. You can leave your luggage in the lobby after checking-out (without charge), which was really helpful. I would even say the hotelroom had the european standard of a 4* Hotel! It was a pleasant stay and I wish to come again the next time I am visiting Busan.

Early check in should be available. Others in family group had very young child who needed a warm room to wash up and rest. It was too cold outside. Having to pack or purchase shampoo & soap is not good. USB C charging ports are needed.

You have to buy shampoo, body wasl etc in small size tubed for cheap of 3000 Korean Won from the front desk. It should be included for sake of keeping the hotel bed sheets clean too.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2024This hotel was literally overlooking the Gwangalli beach and if you had the seaside room you could see the bridge- amazing view … Walking distance from the metro line and the hotel looked fairly new. Room service every day. This hotel has a gym and is close to seafront restaurants and bars.
I couldn’t pay with my visa which I used to pay everywhere else in S. Korea throughout my trip so I had to go get cash instead. I found black hair in my bathtub, on my towel and on my bed which really made me feel uncomfortable 😣
