Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Letti comodi e camere abbastanza silenziose di notte nonostante l'albergo sia su una strada frequentata soprattutto da motociclisti. Colazione abbondante e varia tra dolce e salato. Ristorante buono e ottimi vini e prezzi giusti per la qualità delle pietanze con il giusto sconto per coloro che alloggiano in albergo. Camerieri e responsabili di sala affabili accoglienti e professionali e preparati. Ottimo per recarsi al passo dello Stelvio.
Assenza di un armadio giusto per accogliere 2 persone ( c'era un mobiletto aperto appendiabiti).Alcuni dettagli (che non collimano con le tariffe solite , ma noi abbiamo usufruito di una tariffa scontata su booking ) come la polvere depositata sotto il ripiano della scrivania ,percui avendovi riposto 2 zainetti li abbiamo tirati fuori, con enorme sorpresa ,letteralmente impolverati ( mentre il ripiano in alto dell'appendiabiti al contrario era pulito).

If it rains, we need to go through the roads for the breakfast. If it was mentioned / visible during booking, that was a different thing. The staff told, as the rent was low, that is understandable.

Bathroom showers are overflowing the water and very difficult to make shower . And the break fast was very poor on the day we stayed there.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Personal amabil și vederea din cameră dimineața. Superb răsăritul. Ne-a dat o cameră mai mare pentru ca hotelul era parțial rezervat fără costuri suplimentare ceea ce este de apreciat.
La baie curățenia trebuie făcută mai bine. Micul dejun este slab calitativ. În schimb, am apreciat ca ne-a pregătit ceva cald pentru fete

La localización es un poco lejana al centro o pueblo. El desayuno también bastante escaso. Con ese nivel de restaurante y comida, me esperaba mucho más del desayuno: faltaba comida caliente.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026We werden super enthousiast ontvangen door de ober. Een Italiaan die Nederlands verstond en ook praatte omdat hij 10 jaar lang in Utrecht heeft gewerkt. Zijn passie voor zijn vak was uniek. Hij verzorgde voor ons het diner en zijn uitleg bij de gangen was het extra sausje voor de smaak.
Jammer dat het lastig was om een schaduwplek voor de auto te vinden. Maar het lukte ons om achter het hotel een plekje te vinden waar we mochten staan. Super!

Es wurde bis spät in die Nacht laute Musik gespielt. Es dürfe eine Party gewesen sein. Ist wahrscheinlich nicht jeden Tag, ich hatte einfach Pech

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Alle mensen waren erg vriendelijk en voorkomend. Ik mocht m'n fiets in het kantoor zetten! De kamer was uitstekend, de badkamer ook. De wijnen waren erg goed en het eten was voortreffelijke! Leuk om van lokale specialiteiten te kunnen genieten!
Het internet was niet zo sterk. Het ontbijtbuffet mag wat mij betreft minder taart en zoetigheid en meer kaas en volkorenbrood bevatten.

Pusryčiai. Labai mažai buvo paserviruoti, o darbuotoja, nepastebėdavo, jog reikia papildyti, bus rodžiau pirštu į tuščias lėkštes, kurių ir taip buvo tik trys. Kiaušiniai buvo padėti nevirti, o išsivirti nebuvo kur.

Nous avions une chambre dans un bâtiment annexe un bâtiment remis a neuf mais pas encore terminé. La chambre très bien pensée confortable rien à dire mais le balcon pas nettoyer impossible de sortir car très sale et l'accès du bâtiment pas terminé non plus. Dommage. Patrick

Everyone at the hotel was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive—from the reception staff to the restaurant team, chefs, and housekeeping personnel. The hotel offers beautiful views and a very pleasant atmosphere. We also had dinner at the hotel on several occasions and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The meals were delicious, and the prices were very reasonable for the level of service and quality provided. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center, this was not an issue for us as we were traveling by car. In fact, for travelers planning to take the Bernina Express and explore the region by car, this hotel is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again in the future.
