The Tribute Hotel

I would like to commend Sheila, who professionally handled our reservation with positive attitude and a pleasant smile. A very nice hotel with an open lobby, good variety of delicious buffet breakfast, lots of parking, big rooms and comfortable beds that can fit two people, a bathtub, gym, pool, outstanding service and very helpful staff from check in, kitchen, security, concierge, and housekeeping. I ordered two whole blueberry cheesecakes that were carefully wrapped inside a big box and individually.

Everything was well taken cared of from guest luggage or bags to parking your car. Nothing that I noticed to complain about. The front desk Sheila and Angelica, assisted us with our reservation without any hesitation. Great job and keep up the great work! The hotel truly stand with its name “Tribute”. Not very popular hotel, but deserves an award!

The room was big and newish. Reception staff were helpful and security personnel very attentive.

The whole building smelled when I checked in. I heard they were having sewage issues, so the lobby to my room on the 10th floor smelled like sewage. Had to request air freshener. Also, on one occasion I found a very large cockroach in my bathroom. I wondered how it got on my floor when I was far away from the street. Had to call housekeeping to get rid of the roach and asked for towel replacements. Let's talk about breakfast. Limited selection, and quality is poor. At this point I would not recommend the breakfast buffet they have. I hope they improve this offering to match the good room quality and staff professionalism. The gym needs proper mats.

There is just one day that a foul smell on the Hallway on the 7th floor that i didnt like.

There’s this “sewerage” smell in the hallway leading to the elevator and same smell in the toilet/bath of our room.

Saw it in bookings and try to check, it has good location, reasonable price and new hotel! Also i had good Vietnamese soup in their restaurant. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent service!

The staff on reception were very helpful and courteous. The cleaning staff and guys on the main door always spoke and were very welcoming. The room was big and clean. The location was great close to many restaurants, bars and shops.

The AC in the room didn't seem very effective and even on a low temperature and high fan speed, didn't cool tge room effectively. The management of the hotel were very inflexable. I asked to leave a large suitcase at the hotel for a few days before my stay, as I was going to be out of Manila for 4 days and didn't want to take the large case. There were so many questions about tjis back and forth thst I decided to make alternative arrangements with my prior accommodatuon. Also, I had mistakenly booked the wrong check out date, due to my flight being over two days, so I wanted to reduce this by one day, to 4 rather than 5. This I explained at check in. The lady on reception was very helpful in trying to accommadate that, but management needed to agree this. I was told they could do this an on tjis occasion they wouldn't charge me an additional fee. Why would I be charged an additional fee for reducing days. I asked if there wasn't goi g to be any refund for the day, just to leave the booking as it was. The staff in the hotel were let down by poor management of situations like the two I encountered. A more accommodating hotel, would have resulted in a better experience.

The Wi-fi is hit and miss, mostly miss. The hotel gets a bit noisy on the weekends. Overall, we were pretty happy with our stay, however.

Restaurants are nearby! Buffet breakfast is just okay since it's just a budget friendly hotel.

It's really hard to contact the front desk staff. Phone keeps on ringing no one is answering our calls during our stay. My daughter needs to go there to inform them about the safety deposit box which is both not working since I booked two rooms for two nights.

Everything! It was very comfortable. Big room. We stayed for 8 days. And everything was perfect.

Breakfast. I wish there were just regular slices of bread, you know the square ones. Vegetarians have no options, my wife could only eat egg and some pastries. Also there is no shower cap in the room. But these are just a minor issue.

They honored our special request to put a "Happy Birthday" greeting in the room. It was a lovely surprise, nicely presented, and made the celebration feel special. Thank you!

We arrived about an hour later than our scheduled check-in. Despite the delay, one of our rooms still wasn't ready and we were made to wait an additional hour. The front desk staff were polite but the long wait was inconvenient and disrupted our plans. For the price, I expected better coordination—hope management improves their room readiness and communication.

It was more upmarket than my usual hotel. I only stayed 1 night to see what Quezon city was like . Very comfortable.

Of all the hotels we’ve been for the past years, Tribute Hotel is considered as one of the best hotel. The comfortability, ambiance, esp the food are best we can recommend to others!!!! Staff muito atencioso e prestável. Condições no quarto eram boas em geral. A casa de banho é que poderia ter um upgrade.

Pouca diversidade no pequeno almoço. Barulho nos corredores bastante cedo ou de noite.

breakfast is expensive but not alot of choices. hope they also let the kids for free breakfast knowing kids are not really a biggie eater. improved their information about kid accomadations rate. just bit dissappointed that I need to pay for the breakfast of my niblings 7 and 9 years old.

El hotel está en una zona buena donde hay muchos restaurantes para comer. La habitación es amplia y el televisor ofrece una buena variedad de aplicaciones. El Wi-Fi funciona bien. El aire acondicionado de la habitación es bueno. El personal en general es amable y respetuoso.

En los pasillos hace mucho calor debería de haber aire acondicionado por las zonas comunes. Dentro del ascensor se pierde el Wi-Fi. Solicité dos almohadas el día que llegué y no me la facilitaron la segunda almohada, padezco de hernia de hiato y necesito estar recostado hacia arriba. El día de la llegada el señor de recesión me informó que debería de dejar yo un depósito de treinta euros por persona y noche. Éramos tres personas. Obviamente me negué, el depósito prácticamente superaba el importe total de la estancia que iba a mojar permanecer allí. Lo vi excesivo. En el desayuno eché de menos poder tomar un café con leche en condiciones. En un recipiente estaba el café caliente y en otro recipiente estaba la leche fría, al final me tenía que tomar el café con leche templado en vez de tomarlo caliente. También se echaba de menos unas buenas rebanadas de pan integral para meternos en la tostadora y echarles un chorreón de aceite de oliva virgen. El resto del desayuno estaba bien aunque no había mucha variedad lo que había estaba bueno y de calidad.
