Wayan Guest House

Everything was absolutely wonderful. A family-run guest house, very traditional accommodation, exceptionally kind hosts, the most comfortable pillows we slept on during our trip. Breakfast was delicious.

Chambres ne correspondant pas du tout à la réservation. Nous avons été placé du côté famille et non hôtel. Par conséquent, pas de vue jardin, pas de couette, pas de mobilier extérieur, pas d'étendoir ( contrairement aux autres chambres)

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Beste banana pancakes in Bali. Zeer goed gelegen: centraal maar toch behoorlijk rustig. Gezellige binnentuin.

Afhankelijk van welke kamer je had was de badkamer in orde of niet (weinig warm water en geur). Weinig tot geen douchegel aanwezig. We verbleven er 3 nachten en de handdoeken werden niet ververst.

Przyjemne miejsce (architektura typowo indonezyjska), bardzo blisko cetrum, przy jednej z głównych ulic - pomimo bliskości, nie słychać dźwięków ulicy. Pokój przestronny, szafki na ubrania, wygodne, duże łóżko, toaletka, łazienka z prysznicem i gorącą wodą. Dobre śniadania, aczkolwiek mogłyby być bardziej obfite. Wystarczający sygnał WiFi. Blisko do najważniejszych obiektów Ubud, sklepów, restauracji, pralni. Właściciele organizują transport.

Można troszkę odświeżyć łazienkę (toaletę) i wyszorować umywalkę. Nie wpływa to jednak na ocenę końcową.

El baño podría ser un poco más cómodo, porque la ducha está sobre el sanitario sin separación. Algo que creo es común en Indonesia

The room is very spacious, it has AC and is clean. The staff is very polite and they serve good breakfast and good coffee. Very close to the main street, market place and a lot of restaurants near by.

There was no hot water but I found this very common in Bali. It really did not bother me but I am mentioning it as a warning for other travellers.

The Guest House is in a street really close to some amazing shops, restaurants, parallel streets and the main road which lead to a lot of attractions like the art market. The room was good, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The garden is absolutely stunning and I was also very happy with the breakfast. You can choose from different options and get fresh fruit and - if you want - juice as well. You could book a taxi or an excursion there too, which I didn't because I was only staying for 2 nights.

The only thing, but it was maybe a bit my fault, was that when I arrived at 10 p.m. (from the airport) I didn't know how to check-in, I didn't know where my room was and I didn't see anyone around. I also tried to write a message and call the number provided here, but I didn't reach anyone. Another person helped me to find one of the owners. I would recommend you to inform the hotel if you arrive a bit later in the evening.

Buena ubicación, excelente desayuno, la joven recepcionista es muy amable. Además rentan motos, lo que es muy bueno si quieres recorrer la isla por cuenta propia. Excelente relación precio-calidad.

Breakfast served was basic but good, with a fresh fruit platter, a main course from selection in menu, (various kinds of eggs with toast, noodles, and coffee or tea). Additionally, fruit juices can also be ordered (not included in breakfast provided). The guest house was beautiful though, with lush greens and birds chirping in the morning. It really depends on what one is looking for in an accomodation. If not fussy about room cleanliness or facilities, this will be a great place to stay.

The room is sparse, and the spot next to the ceiling light in our bathroom was leaking when it rained. There's also no TV set in room. No cleaning service was provided.

Goede locatie, fijne gastvrouwen. Heerlijk ontbijt. Ruime kamer en de faciliteiten zijn prima voor het geld dat je betaalt. Het is erg leuk om in een authentiek Balinees hofje te verblijven!

Een paar maanden vantevoren had ik het verzoek gedaan voor een kamer met klamboe, tegen alle muggen in Ubud. Ze hadden laten weten dat dit mogelijk was, maar bij aankomst bleek dat er geen kamer met klamboe was. Die moet je dus zelf meenemen, als je rustig wil slapen.

部屋は清潔で、スタッフの方は優しいです！ ロケーションも良く、近くの通りに大体なんでもあります。 寝るだけなら充分すぎるくらいでした。 ただ、通り沿いにあるのでテラスでゆっくりしたい人にとっては少し騒がしいかもしれません！ 朝ごはんも選べてとても美味しかったです！ シャンプーとボディソープが付いています🙆‍♀️

Room 4 was spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in Ubud center and close to shops. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful.

The bathroom could use a bit more cleaning, especially the shower head.

The facilities and the helpful and kind staff. You will have a comfortable and authentic local accommodation. The inner yard creates a relaxing and nice experience.

Tout était parfait. La famille qui gère le homestay est attentionnée et d’une gentillesse vraiment incroyable, ils sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. L’emplacement est assez central dans Ubud, dans une rue animée en journée avec de nombreux restos et boutiques et devient calme à la nuit tombée. Ils proposent la location de scooter directement sur place pour 80K et les petits déjeuners sont simples mais très bons et copieux.

Die Gastgeberin Ana und ihre Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Das inkludierte Frühstück ist sehr lecker und frisch! Die Zimmer waren größtenteils sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt um etwas Abstand zum Ubud Lärm zu haben und trotzdem Zentrumsnähe zu haben. Und wurde bei verschiedenen Aktivitäten geholfen, z.b Tickets für den Kecak Tanz organisiert, Empfehlung von preiswerten Spa und Silver Class (beides direkt in der Nachbarschaft!) und Empfehlungen für Warungs mit indonesischem Essen (keine Pizza/Burger).

Kleine weniger schlimme Sachen: Die Bettwäsche war leider sehr dreckig (vermutlich gewaschen, aber viele große Blutflecken) Nach dem Wechsel besser, nur noch leicht fleckig. Wir wollten einen Raum mit Mosquitosnetz, das haben wir zuvor auch extra per Nachricht abgeklärt. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mittgeteilt, dass sie nur ein Zimmer mit Netz haben und das leider schon vergeben ist.

Perfect location in Ubud. A lots of restaurants are very close. Monkey forest and Ubud palace also very close. If you are a backpacker, maybe its a perfect choice.

Mooie kamer, rustgevende tuin. Vriendelijke gastvrije host zorgt voor een fijn verblijf. Er is een privé chauffeur te regelen die je in een dag langs alle gewenste plekken kan brengen. (rijstvelden, tempels, watervallen) Een massage bij Ayuna Spa was ook heel relaxed.

Voor digitaal betalen worden 3% extra kosten in rekening gebracht.

The breakfast was great!! Clean and relaxing atmosphere. It was the first night in Bali, so I felt very comfortable. The owner lady was so kind and friendly:) Thank you for picking me up in the airport even it's late night. The location is also perfect. Would like to come back again!

Die Lage war sehr gut! Man war schnell mitten im Geschehen. Gute Lokale direkt vor der Haustüre. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Das Doppelzimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern: kein Fenster, kein Himmelbett, sehr dunkel und direkt an der Straße gelegen, sodass es morgens und abends sehr laut war. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde mir erklärt, dass ich versehentlich ein falsches Zimmer bekommen hätte, da das Guesthouse überbucht sei. Daraufhin erhielt ich ein anderes Zimmer, das jedoch gar nicht zum Wayan Guesthouse gehörte – was mir verschwiegen wurde. Dort war das Frühstück ungenießbar, das Geschirr schmutzig und das Zimmer unsauber. Zudem wurde nach dem Bettenmachen vergessen, die Tür wieder abzuschließen und stattdessen weit offen stehen gelassen. Schließlich zog ich zurück in das zunächst falsch zugewiesene Zimmer im Wayan Guesthouse, da dies noch das geringere Übel war.

Séjour très agréable ! Très bien situé dans ubud et pourtant très calme ! Passé le tumulte de la rue c est un petit jardin tranquille qui vous attend, cela fait vraiment du bien. Les hotes sont disponibles et très arrangeant et les petits déj excellents ! Je recommande vivement. Une des meilleures guesthouses de bali ! Merci à eux !

Très bon emplacement, et bon rapport qualité-prix. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et nous les remercions. La chambre est confortable et le petit déjeuner est bon. De nombreux restaurants à proximité.

1) Bungalow was spacious and very well equipped considering the price. 2) The family who runs the guest house is very nice, welcoming and willing to help with anything. They helped us make many travel arrangements around Ubud, which made our stay a lot more enjoyable. 3) We liked breakfast and its variety every day. 4) Convenient location in walking distance to all key attractions in the city, yet in a quiet side street away from the hustle and noise of the main street. I would definitely stay again during my next trip to Ubud.

Humidity could be smelled in the room no matter what we did to remove it.

Good location, I could easily find parking spot for my car on the street. Clean although modest. Breakfast was excellent always coming with fresh fruit salad.

Muy limpio, el trato con el personal super simpáticos y agradables. El patio y el desayuno son espectaculares. Dentro del ruido de fuera, es como entrar en un oasis. Super autentico!

El único pero, fue que la ducha no funcionaba el agua caliente.

발리 가족이 운영하는 전형적인 숙소로 깨끗하고 편안한 곳이었어요. 간단한 조식도 맛있고, 스쿠터 대여도 가능해서 즐겁게 발리 여행했어요.

전혀 아쉬운 점은 없었어요.

The host, Anna, is a very friendly and approachable person. Our stay was very homely with delicious breakfast every morning, even an early breakfast request was fulfilled. The rooms were immensely clean.

住了三晚，性价比很高，可以租摩托车有很多活动可以预定，离yoga barn步行十分钟左右。早餐很丰盛美味，在房间外面的小桌子边看庭院的风景边看书看电影用餐，格外惬意啊啊啊！下次来乌布还会再来的！房东一家人都很和善，peace&love～

Lovely traditional guest house in a great spot. Everything was very clean, our room was tidied each day, the breakfast was lovely, the family very kind and friendly, the AC was strong, the shower was powerful and hot. Lots of great restaurants and sights within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!

Super zentrale Lage in Ubud, sodass man zu Fuß einiges Unternehmen kann. Die Zimmer waren sauber und mit AC und einem Gerät gegen Mücken ausgestattet . Das Frühstück war lecker und die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Anfrage haben wir unser Frühstück eine Stunde früher bekommen. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und empfehlen es für einen Aufenthalt in Ubud ☺️

Sehr nette und ruhige Unterkunft mitten im Trubel der Stadt. Wie eine kleine Oase. Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Alles da, gutes Frühstück, günstige Scooter zum mieten, verschiedene Angebote für Ausflüge, Restaurants, Massage etc. direkt vor der Tür.

Sehr im Zentrum von Ubud gelegen und doch ruhig. Man hörte im Zimmer die Strasse kaum und alles war Fussläufig zu erreichen. Z.B der Markt oder auch der Monkey Forest. Frühstück konnte ausgewählt werden, zwischen Pancakes, Omelett, Rührei mit Toast, Fried Noodles. Einen Früchteteller sowie Kaffe/Tee war inkl. Die Säfte waren mit einer zusätzlichen Gebühr von 15k bestellbar.

The place was beautiful. Gardens were lovely and well maintained. Very peaceful. The hosts were lovely people. Anna was lovely!

The shower water was lukewarm warm… would have liked if hotter.

Friendly and Cosy environment. Not too far from the city centre - walking distance. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the energy was peaceful, and the family was very welcoming. I ended up staying for 4 nights, and I would have stayed an extra one, but it was fully booked.

My stay was absolutely incredible. The place is gorgeous, like a little oasis, yet extremely central. Their breakfast is incredible! I felt like I was on a luxury stay, I couldn’t believe I was paying so little for that. Their staff is super kind and thoughtful
