Whilst the rate was low, the hotel has a sneaky way of increasing your rate in the name of a deposit. They claim your towel is stained and then don't refund your deposit. Very unprofessional. As a loyal booking.com patron I have travelled to many countries and stayed in way more luxurious resorts. Even if an item were damaged you pay for the damaged item, not the entire deposit. I will never ever use this hotel again to anyone. The rate is a lure for them to later seek a higher amount from you

Przy wymeldowaniu pani chciała od razu biec na górę żeby sprawdzić czy nic nie zostało zepsute przez nas tzn gości blokując przy tym wymeldowanie i ograniczając czas check outu

Aircond pon function well & sejuk! Location strategic dekat dengan town dalam 2KM & tenang je malam tak bising sebab hotel ni bukan tengah2 bandar. Satu lagi sebab bilik ni takda tingkap so tak dengar suara luar.Yang paling best adalah ada paip air utk muslim ambil air wudhuk, jarang sangat hotel ada ni.arah kiblat pon ada dalam bilik & sejadah disediakan.

Ada sehelai rambut di atas katil satu lagi. Tak pasti sama ada tukar cadar atau tak katil satu lagi tu.

There isn’t much to it as in there is no breakfast and we stayed for two nights… there was no housekeeping to change our towels and clean our room.

其实里车站没有那么近，想要带着行李箱步行过去的慎重，因为步行道不是很宽，还有盲道，拖着行李箱不好走。 另外12:30左右提前Checkin，被告知需要收取手续费1小时20马币，2小时一共40马币加上税10马币，共计50马币。。。。没有拿到发票所以我不清楚是真的有这样的制度还是什么

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Colney Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is still quite new and located in the town centre, with fairly easy access to many interesting places nearby. It may not be within walking distance to everywhere, but for those without transport, it is still convenient as Grab is easy to get and most places are not too far away. The service was good overall, and I would especially like to compliment Vanisha at the reception counter for her excellent service. She was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly return.

La habitación es como se ve en las imágenes. Moderna y funcional. Salvo por no tener un refrigerador (había uno en la recepción), tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Era una habitación interna, sin ventanas y silenciosa.

El aspecto negativo es la ubicación. Aunque cerca de la estación de trenes, no se accede fácilmente. Hay que hacer u tramo por el costado de un puente y luego otras cuadras adicionales. No es parte ni de la ciudad vieja ni de la nueva. Se puede manejar el acceso usando Grab, que no es costoso.

L’hôtel était confortable et les chambres bien équipées. Le personnel à l’accueil etait très accueillant et au top !

La chambre étant petite (mais suffisante) et sans fenêtre, attention au risque de claustrophobie.

Hôtel propre avec une odeur agréable à tout moment de la journée. Le monsieur à l’accueil très accueillant et très attentionné !

L’emplacement de cet hôtel n’est malheureusement pas à son avantage, la rue est délabrée et sale… Il est assez loin du centre ville, il faut prévoir un grab (peu coûteux pour se déplacer donc point positif)

隔音其實不太好 聽得到隔壁房間的打呼聲 但如果沒有太多人住就還好 飯店的地點離車站有點距離 附近也沒有什麼生活機能 都需要叫Grab出入

Excellent location as a stop over going from Singapore to Cameron Highlands - short 5 minute walk to Ipoh train station The man working being the front desk was super friendly and helpful with directing us to the station as well! Cold drinking water provided

The rooms are a little tired and basic, and the AC was very noisy

It’s located in a terrible area that is not safe for women. It lacks any walk ways. I would not recommend staying in this area with your wife/ spouse. The hotel also has weird rule.

Quiet location, ample parking, generally clean, easy to drive to F&B spots, the pillow and bed were to my preference/liking.

The bleach smell on the bath towel is quite strong, probably more softener would help.

The local area was a fit rundown, however it's a short walk to the station via an underpass opposite the temple.

Works for a one or two night stay, but just know it's not super walkable to Ipoh's main attractions.

Location on the map looks close to the train station, but in reality is a 20 minute walk or a 15 minute drive. The sheets didn't feel particularly clean, the hallway could get noisy, and the lock on the door didn't feel super secure.

L'hôtel paraît neuf ou entièrement rénové. On peut y accéder a partir de la gare,mais il faut sortir a l'arrière de la gare. Un tunnel,un peu glauque permet de passer sous les voies. La sortie se fait fasse a un joli temple indien,prendre à gauche et longer les voies,l'hôtel est dans la rue parallèle. Hôtel très propre et confortable,bien équipé.

Room was clean and comfortable for the price, in a quiet area with a convenience store across the road (not 24/7).

The bridge next to the hotel that leads to town is currently under repair - so it was not possible to walk from the hotel to Ipoh town this way - the other way to town does not have anywhere to safely walk and would take a considerable amount of time. If you are wanting to walk to town, best to stay elsewhere, or wait until the bridge is fixed (unsure when) or use Grab (that works well in the city). The shower does not have a curtain so it makes the entire toilet area wet when you run the shower, small bathroom

The location wasn't stellar and there was a homeless man touching my car when I was checking out.

The receptionist were super friendly and comforting. The room was also spacious and clean. Will repeat to stay here next time :)

The reason we stay there is because they have a private carpark. Staff is polite and helpful.

It was near the city centre of Ipoh and accessible by car or Grab. Miss Vicky was so attentive and helpful throughout my stay there. Loved the quiet ambience since the bridge beside the hotel was temporarily closed for construction. Recommended 👍🏼

Basic hotel without breakfast provided. Had a decent indian shop accross the road to the hotel. I was told if book online is normally more expensive than booking directly.

I had such a great stay at Case Colney Hotel in Ipoh! The staff were incredibly friendly way more than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised that the TV even had Netflix and YouTube; I thought it would just be normal channels! The bed was really comfortable, and staying here for 2 nights was totally worth it. The location is also super convenient, very close to Ipoh town. Yes, it’s an Indian area, but honestly everyone there was so warm and welcoming. There’s even a mart right across the hotel where you can get any essentials you might need during your stay! Overall, highly recommend. Amazing hospitality and a very comfortable stay!
