Месторасположение хорошее. От Ленд оф легендс недалеко на машине, но адрес на картах отличается - лучше запросить метку. В целом,на одну ночь подойдёт. Есть стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска, сушилка.

При заезде перед носом машины стали закрывать ворота с недовольными лицами, потом открыли. При общении хозяин (администратор) был необоснованно раздражён. Когда спросили, точно ли есть вошинг машин в апартаментах, решил поумничать и стиральную машину обозначил как лондри. Якобы вошинг машин для уборки. Я Вас разочарую - вошинг машин это вошинг машин. Фото представляют апартаменты лучше,чем есть. Мебель и ванная комната уставшая. В ванной нет даже мыла. На столе стояла хлебница с конкретно грязной салфеткой, на кухне грязная тряпка и истёртая губка.

Noisy ground floor apartment next to the road, very noisy air conditioning

We had a wonderful 9-night stay at Assos Apart Belek. What made the biggest difference for us was the hospitality of the owners - they are genuinely warm, welcoming and always ready to help. We felt very comfortable there from the first day. The apartment was spacious, clean and very practical for a longer family stay. Having a proper kitchen and washing machine was especially useful, and the air conditioning worked well during the hot August days. The pool and the surrounding area were also very pleasant and well maintained. The location worked very well for us too - Belek centre, restaurants and shops are within easy reach, while the property itself feels calm and relaxed. After staying for almost two weeks, it felt much more personal and comfortable than staying in a typical hotel. Many thanks to the hosts for their kindness and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very nice apartment. Mr Tahseen is very nice person. He was there at night time when we arrive and gave me all instructions. Even he took one of my suit case with us. Only one thing was a little bit tiring that we were on 4th floor and up and down. No lift. that would be great. But overall was good experience with family. 10 minutes walk to Belek town center.

All was good. Wifi can be a bit better, However MR Tahseen provided me different passwords for different places around the apartment block.

Extremely clean, both inside and outside. Very well maintained. The apartment is well equipped with all home comforts. From dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, etc. Perfect for a families. The apartment owner is always available in person or on phone for any queries, Shops and restaurants are a short distance walk, the owner even drove me to do a quick supermarket shopping on the we arrived. Excellent guy. He also recommended a good taxi driver with reasonable rates.

We had a fantastic time staying at this lovely apartment! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation. The kids absolutely loved the pool, but the biggest highlight of our trip was the resident cats. One of them actually gave birth to five adorable babies while we were staying there! The kids had the absolute best time watching and playing with the kittens. It made our stay incredibly special and unforgettable. Highly recommended for families!

Gazda a fost extrem de primitoare, amabilă și atentă, făcându-ne să ne simțim bineveniți încă din primul moment. Apartamentul este foarte spațios, curat și îngrijit, cu trei camere, ideale pentru o familie sau un grup. Totul a fost impecabil, de la curățenie și dotări până la confortul oferit. Un mare plus îl reprezintă cele trei aparate de aer condiționat, câte unul pentru fiecare cameră, lucru foarte important în zilele călduroase. Se vede că proprietarii acordă atenție detaliilor și își doresc ca oaspeții să se simtă cât mai bine. Am găsit tot ce aveam nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil și relaxant. Recomandăm cu toată încrederea această cazare și cu siguranță vom reveni! ❤️🏡✨

Комфорт и условия проживания, полностью оборудованные всем апартаменты. Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал, готовый по возможности отреагировать на пожелания и решить возникающие вопросы. Тахсим и Юлия - очень хорошие и обаятельные люди.

Единственный недостаток - это отдаленность от пляжа и высокие цены на такси, чтобы добраться до этого пляжа., Однако данный недостаток не принижает общую высокую оценку апартаментов!

Appartement très récent, en très bon état presque neuf et beaucoup de place. On vit très agréablement et on peut cuisiner sur place si désiré, tout comme faire une lessive si nécessaire. La piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir. Bien insonorisé. Le patron est très sympa et nous a donné des bon conseils. Le parking sécurisé pour la voiture.

Шикарные апартаменты! Уютные, чистейшие, просторные, два удобных балкона, уютная и большая кухня-гостиная. Все необходимая для жизни техника. Расположение в тихом и уютном месте, были на машине - парковка на территории, всегда было место, а ключ от ворот выдали при заселении. И, конечно, самое главное - гостеприимные, вежливые и отзывчивые владельцы:) Огромное спасибо вам за наш отпуск! P.s. пальмы на территории прекрасны

Отличные апартаменты! Встречающаяся сторона Тахсин и Юлия очень отзывчивые и гостеприимные люди, помогут в любом вопросе! В апартаментах есть абсолютно все для проживания и отличного отдыха, бассейн чистый и достаточно глубокий, есть небольшой бассейн для детей. В общем рекомендую, если у вас нет автомобиля, то до ближайшего пляжа добираться около 3 км.

The apartment was very spacious, with two bedrooms, two balconies, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The rooms were clean, bedsheets and towels included and clean. The beds are very comfortable, so are the sofas and armchairs. The main tourist street is within walking distance, and the Land of Legends amusement park is a 10-minute ride away. The hosts are welcoming. FYI, the facility does not provide shower gel or shampoo, and trash take-out is on you.

The apartment needs renovation. There are vivid traces of mold scattered around the master bedroom wall. The bedside tables' doors in the small bedroom are malfunctioning and one its handles is dangerously broken with a sharp edge sticking out, it's truly a miracle that no one got hurt. The doors are old and heavy and make a lot of noise whenever they get shut by the draft (and the door stoppers that were lying on the apartment floors don't really do much to stop it). Having paid 90 EUR+ per night, I'd expect the hosts to take better care of the property.

المكان اقل مما توقعت ( احس استعجل يوم حجزته) الشقق جدا بسيطه وعاديه مع الاسف واجهنا مشكله في التكييف. طلبت اصلاح التكييف. لمده يومين كان ما في تجاوب. يقول المكيف كويس انتم ما تعرفونه. اليوم الاخير اعترف ان المكيف مو كويس بس تأخرنا

Good location - close to shops, etc., but quiet at the same time. Everything is very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped, with many things being neatly organised. Washing machine. Can see mountains. Very hospitable general manager (owner?). Many orange trees with free oranges within the place. Kittens! ))

Construction site spoils the view in western direction. Shower is a little bit small for a big man with wide showlders (it's doable though).

Очень приятные хозяева и обслуживающий персонал. Апартаменты просторные, чистые, кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Постель чистая , с приятным ароматом. Кровати с очень удобными матрасами. Есть большой бассейн с чистой водой, с лежаками, окружен цветущими розами. На территории растут апельсиновые деревья, хозяева разрешили срывать апельсины, очень сочные, сладкие. Аромат цветущих апельсинов во дворе, на балконах, особенно вечером. Очень удобное расположение апартаментов, близко к центру города, рядом много супермаркетов. Мы остались очень довольны. The room and the location

Lovely apartment as advertised. Tahsin and Julia are wonderful caring hosts, who want their guests to have an enjoyable vacation. We arrived by hire car. The car park is secure on site and protected by an electronic gate. We were given a key fob to access the car park as and when we needed. Tahsin has his office located at the side of the car park, so he is always available for a chat or quick hello as you come and go. Julia took us to our room. We had requested a higher floor and we stayed in Room B12, which had great views with the added bonus of getting the early morning sun on one side of the apartment and the afternoon sun on the other side. There were two balconies, but we did not use them as it was too cool during our stay in January. Tahsin arranged for a large 19litre bottle of water with a pump attachment for all our fresh water needs. When empty these were replaced at a cost of 150 Turkish Lira. Ours lasted on average about 5 days before we needed to replace them. Tahsin arranged the replacement bottles to be delivered to our door - great service. The WiFi was high speed and worked very well all the time we were streaming films and watching live sport. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots pans and everything you need to cook meals. The gas hob and electric oven worked perfectly. The lounge area, dining area and bedrooms were all very comfortable. The bathroom has a power shower with continuous hot water and is also fitted out with a washing machine if you need to do laundry. The centre of Belek is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment. We used several of the local supermarkets including, Bim, Carrefour and Migros - they all have a great selection of food/drinks. If you enjoy visiting historical sites there are plenty to choose from within a short drive from Belek. In particular, we loved Aspendos, Syllion, Perge and Side. We would also recommend a trip to the Koprulu Canyon - all of them stunning.

Our only negative comment is the smoking of other guests in the stairwell. The rooms are no smoking, so many people stand in the stairwell and smoke there, which results in the smoke fumes getting into other apartments. Being non smokers we were mindful to keep all doors in our apartment closed during the day and night to stop the smell of smoke getting into our bedroom or lounge area.

Exceptional stay! Assos Apartment is perfect for families. The apartment has a very spacious living room, comfortable sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom bed was extremely comfortable, and having a washing machine and drying rack was very convenient. Towels, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid were provided, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, plates, bowls, kettles, and cleaning supplies. Everything we needed was available. Although a few small parts of the towel rack and shower head were slightly loose, this did not affect our stay at all.

Please note that body wash, shampoo, and laundry detergent are not provided, so guests should bring their own.

Хозяин написал сообщение, но не отменил бронирование. В итоге, когда я поздно вечером приехал в гостиницу, то меня просто не заселились. При этом поддержка booking.com ничем не помогла и никак не компенсировать.

Tek beğenmediğimiz kısım asansör olmaması , 4. Katta kalıyorduk ve bu bizi küçük çocuklarla eşyalarla hayli zorladı.

We were welcomed nicely by Selma, she was so nice to us, she helped us with taxis, places to go and even food. We definitely stay here again and will recommend to other friends. Our daughters enjoyed playing with the kittens and cats! The manager was also nice to us. Its a place to be very close to the community center, taxis around, shops and restaurants around. Swimming pool is always clean and not packed at all.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war super. Sehr viel Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe. Großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Alle Räume groß genug für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. 2 Balkons. Gemütlich. Wäscheleine und Wäscheständer vorhanden. Waschmaschine in der Wohneinheit, Trockner im Flur zwischen den Etagen. Der Pool und die Liegen wurden täglich gereinigt. (Handtücher musste man selber dabei haben.)Das Grundstück war gepflegt.

Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück war sehr voll. Zuerst hatten wir keinen Schlüssel für die Einfahrt und der Besitzer war über die Nummer bei Booking nicht erreichbar (Das Telefon klingelte in der Rezeption, was uns nichts nutzte, wenn sie nicht besetzt ist.) Es gab in der Wohneinheit für 4 Personen und 5 Tage Aufenthalt nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier und wir mussten zeitnah Toilettenpapier kaufen. Die kleinste Packung hatte aber 12 Rollen. Es gab auch nur für den ersten Tag 2 Wasserflaschen und das Trinkwasser musste aus dem Supermarkt in 900m Entfernung geholt werden. (Ohne Auto kaum machbar.)

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and were very satisfied. Many thanks to the apartment host and his wife Yulia. The apartment was very clean, with all the necessary appliances, a washing machine, good air conditioning, plenty of kitchenware, clean dishes, and fresh bed linen, everything you need! The territory was well maintained, beautiful, and clean, with a nice pool. All our requests were always fulfilled very quickly. The hosts were always responsive, friendly, and ready to help. Shops are just about 7–10 minutes away on foot, very close. We would love to come back again! 😊

Location is 10 -15 minute walk from centre Belek and useful well stocked shops. Pool was well maintained and open at all reasonable times. Owner is a decent man .

Belek is comparatively expensive location I don't think that given the price we paid the facilities and the owners flexibility there were any reasonable grounds for complaint. Initially we were shown a ground floor unit but had expected a balcony with something to look at. Some clients might well prefer the ground floor unit ( stairs ) but we had expected upper floor unit. Owner was understanding and flexible and switched us to upper floor . In truth the only thing I didn't like was the ice cream crook in the Belek centre square who relieved my wife of $45 for 3 ice creams. BEWARE this Super Mario moustachioed crook!! Nothing to do with the accommodation.

Отличные и просторные аппартаменты. 2 шикарных балкона. Все необходимое есть для проживания. Отличный хозяин. Человеческое оношение к гостям, привез и отвез в аропорт Анталия. Взяли у него сразу авто в аренду, рекомендую !

Очень спокойный и тихий комплекс - хорошая звукоизоляция. Всегда чистый бассейн. Удобное расположение. Рядом с центром Белека. Недалеко от магазинов и кафе. А вот на пляж надо брать такси. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое. И посудомоечная машина, и стиральная. Всё в опрятном и рабочем состоянии. 2 балкона в номере. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал.

Нужно самим выносить мусор. И он не на территории комплекса. Пока были в апартаментах - тоже сами убирались. Химию тоже сами покупали.

It was an excellent stay, the apartment was very clean & comfortable 10/10 but it's need an elevator we stay in the fourth floor and no elevator it was a little bit defecult

Spotless apartment, just as shown in photos, around 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Owner/manager was very friendly and helpful and we loved the pool.

Only a very minor quibble - the twin room could have done with some darker curtains, but aside from that, everything was great.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Naczynia w kuchni, deska do prasowania, pralka, lodówka, tv, klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Duża powierzchnia, balkon z suszarką na odzież. Czysto. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Dobra komunikacja po angielsku i dostępność w razie potrzeby. Do centrum kilka minut spacerem. Blisko do sklepów i restauracji. Polecam!

The property had everything we needed, very clean and well equipped. Loved the pool very quiet and relaxing. Close to restaurants and shopping- we were attending an event at the Gloria Sports Arena and this was a 15 minute walk. Staff could not be more accommodating- nothing was too much trouble.

What a great apartment. Nicely decorated with air con and free WiFi. The grounds and pool are beautifully kept. Less than 10 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The owner Tahsin was so friendly and accomodating even printing off our boarding passed which we had not realised we needed. Highly recommend.
