Tutto perfetto, cibo abbondante, 2 bar sulla spiaggia, un poolbar, una gelateria, una pasticceria, angolo gözleme, praticamente trovavi dappertutto da mangiare e da bere… intrattenimento durante il giorno e serale con spettacoli e dj set…ci è piaciuto tantissimo! Il personale veramente attento e disponibile!

The hotel was very nice, but I will not come back. The buffet was big, and the staff was kind and helpful. It's clean, and the rooms are big, but unfortunately very loud at night. Their shows are great, and the pool was spacious and warm. There are waiters almost everywhere. I didn't see the disco, and I didn't spend much time in the bar. We only went there once to smoke Shisha, and the vibe was ok, but obviously very loud. Although the people who were there to party, looked like they were having a great time. We tried two of their ala carte restaurants, seafood and italian, and they were exceptional. The pavillion is also fine, you are treated really well by the waiter, but considering the price, it was very windy, and there isn't really any privacy or other special reason to get it. The whole hotel was very clean, and had a great atmosphere all around. My biggest regret though, is that they make it impossible to get a taxi. They will not call one for you, and if the taxis around you know that you're staying here, they won't take you to avoid trouble. The same with uber. You'll have to use their own vip car rental service, if you want to go anywhere. In the end, it's a nice hotel for the price, but not my first pick.

Nice hotel with an amazing view on the beach. The pool was clean and the service is excellent. I like it so much and highly recommended. Also the spa is very nice.

Het pier aan de beach kon je heerlijk rusten. Veel activiteiten in de avond. Grote zwembaden en erg mooi hotel. Het eten was niet super uitgebreid. Verder een top hotel. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Tot volgend jaar!

Die Ausstattung in den Zimmern sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen sehr hellhörig und das Bad mit der Badewanne hat mir nicht gefallen

Hotel is verouderd. Kamers komen niet in de buurt van een 5* hotel. Badkuip bladert van binnen af en de tegels/voegen mogen echt wel grondig gereinigd worden. Dit was niet voor niets een van de weinige hotels die last minuten nog kamers beschikbaar had.

Zeer teleurstellend verblijf. Wij verbleven hier 4 nachten met onze baby. De eerste kamer was vies en slecht onderhouden: zwarte schimmel in de douche, oude gele gordijnen en een slecht werkende airco die ontzettend veel lawaai maakte. In de suite bleef het ongeveer 27 graden, waardoor onze baby ’s nachts bezweet wakker werd. Hiervan hebben wij video’s. Ook buiten viel de hygiëne tegen: vieze ligbedden, veel vogelpoep en zelfs drinken in een vies glas. Het hotel noemt zichzelf babyvriendelijk, maar het kinderbuffet vonden wij absoluut niet geschikt voor een baby en toen wij babyvoeding van buiten wilden bestellen werd er niet meegedacht. Daarnaast vroegen ze ongeveer €40 voor vervoer over 7 km en kregen wij van een lokale taxichauffeur te horen dat hij Spice Hotel-gasten niet mocht meenemen (!!!). Het ergste ontdekten wij op de dag van vertrek: onze kamerdeur kon zonder keycard worden geopend. Ook hiervan hebben wij video. Het babybedje was daarnaast kapot. De schoonmaak- en restaurantmedewerkers deden hun best, maar receptie vonden wij onvriendelijk en totaal niet oplossingsgericht. Voor ons absoluut geen 5-sterrenhotel en zeker geen aanrader voor gezinnen met een baby.

We really enjoyed our time here. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thanks to the staff for being so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only major downside was the mosquitoes in the garden view rooms. It was the main issue of our stay and quite annoying. If you choose this room category, make sure to bring some mosquito repellent!

100% HONEST REVIEW I WISHED I READ BEFORE BOOKING The Olympic pool was nice many people couldn’t find it or didn’t know about it therefore it was empty for the whole day and quiet The water in pool is quite nice and warm Air conditioner worked perfectly I recommend the garden view as you can see sunsets and it’s very quiet on that side My Fiancée had a birthday and hotel arranged cake and wine in the room which was nice Overall staff workers at the buffet were really nice.

HOWEVER, we will not be returning because: 1. If you’re a non-smoker - good luck escaping that! EVERYWHERE there are smokers, I personally don’t smoke but after this stay I feel like I’ve smoked at least a package of cigarettes - smokers everywhere- bars, sea, pool even freaking amphitheater, there’s literally no signs whatsoever that smoking is prohibited, people will smoke next to their and others children - that’s just mad. 2. Everywhere you go you’re greeted in Russian, and they automatically assume you know Russian. For some that might not be an issue, but for some countries it’s sensitive. Even if I know Russian and have nothing against the language I would prefer if they tried to greet at least in English or Turkish. 3. Food - when you walk in there’s so many options but the quality, gosh, wished it was better…and I’m not a picky eater. Wished there was more seafood. 4. Food schedules - very unclear in each place different timing than the one you’ve received from Guest Service 5. ⁠the smell in the 2nd floors hallway was crazy and unbearable. Truly disgusting smell. 7. Activity list they provide, looks nice on the paper. In reality volleyball starts late, or no one even comes at all. Paddle board you need to pre-book which was nowhere mentioned at all. 8. ⁠seemed like water slides were not working majority of the time and all the time it was - water technical problems. 9. ⁠Old looking room, that was the most disappointing, because pictures…well not the same at all, veerry used rooms with a lot of imperfections. Needs some serious renovation, there’s damage everywhere around. 10. ⁠cleaning didn’t change sheets - you could feel the sand on a “freshly changed” sheet. 11. Entertainment in the amphitheater could be nicer, not mini disco every day

Kedves emberek, hatalmas ételválaszték, rengeteg program, szuper esti előadások. Minden tökéletes volt! Nagyon figyeltek, hogy mindenki jól érezze magát. A klíma is jól működött a szobákban. Minden nap volt takarítás és tiszta törölközőt kaptunk. A konditerem egy átlag szállodához képest sokkal jobban felszerelt volt. Este jöttünk haza, de maradhattunk a szállodában, és ehettünk, fürödhettünk is.

⚠️ ATTENTION AVANT DE RÉSERVER LE SPICE HOTEL ! Je viens de passer les pires vacances de ma vie dans cet hôtel, pour près de 4 000 € la semaine. Nous avons été victimes d’une grave intoxication alimentaire après avoir mangé au buffet de l’hôtel. L’hygiène nous a vraiment choqués : des personnes mangeaient dans la piscine commune et il y avait même de la nourriture dans l’eau. Concernant le ménage, la femme de ménage faisait uniquement les lits et le sol n’était même pas nettoyé correctement. Le personnel était également désagréable et très lent. Nous avons aussi eu des problèmes de climatisation et d’électricité pendant tout le séjour : la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement et les lumières n’arrêtaient pas de disjoncter. 🚕 Attention également aux taxis ! Si vous séjournez au Spice Hotel et que vous souhaitez aller à Belek ou au Land of Legends, les taxis classiques refusent de vous prendre. Vous êtes pratiquement obligés de passer par le taxi proposé par le service de location de voitures de l’hôtel, avec des tarifs beaucoup plus élevés qu’un taxi classique. ⚠️ Et concernant le médecin de l’hôtel : nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience. Après notre intoxication alimentaire, nous avons demandé à être pris en charge. Le médecin nous a réclamé 150 €, sans même nous avoir examinés physiquement. Une ordonnance nous a été faite à distance, sans consultation réelle. Pour un hôtel à 4 000 € la semaine, je trouve cela totalement inadmissible. Les boissons sont également servies à la machine et ne correspondent pas à ce qu’on peut attendre d’un hôtel de ce standing. Honnêtement, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Entre l’hygiène, la nourriture, les problèmes techniques, le personnel, les taxis et la prise en charge médicale, nous avons été extrêmement déçus. Réfléchissez bien avant de réserver. Pour nous, ce séjour a été une énorme déception.

Der Kartenleser für Hotelzimmer hat meistens nicht richtig funktioniert. Der einzige Friseursalon im Untergeschoss des Hotels ist nicht zu empfehlen. Er war gegenüber seiner Mitarbeiterin auch wegen kleinen Fehler zu aggressiv gewesen. Haarschnitt war auch nicht dementsprechend was wir eigentlich wollten.

Massive selection of breakfast, pastry and others. Staff was very kind, they were looking to fulfill all our wishes. We got upgraded on check-in, also as dinner was finishing when we arrived we were offered to eat and check-in later. Animators, bar staff and all were kind! A la carte restaurants, beach bar, pool bar, ice cream... everything you can wish for.

I had a wonderful experience at Spice Hotel! The hotel was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to (Yarynka) from the animation team. She was incredibly friendly, energetic, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm really made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Spice Hotel, for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

The air conditioner is not working properly in the room.

Оплатили номер с видом на море, дали только боковой обзор 🫠 зачем спрашивается переплачивать было.. так же грубость персонала портит напрочь весь отдых.

Fantasztikus ételek, gyönyörű látvány, imádtuk a szálloda orientális stílusát és a csodálatos beltéri helyeket. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet is. Az egész ottlétünk csodálatos volt.

Az esti DJ produkció iszonyatosan hangos volt, füldugón keresztül is minden este hallottuk. Jó lenne, ha a hangszigetelés jobban meg lenne oldva, vagy kevésbé lenne hangos a zene. Hiányoltuk a vegán/laktózmentes tej opciókat a kávézásnál.

Хорошая кухня, приветливый персонал, великолепный пляж с огромным количеством лежанок и зонтов. В период пребывания совершенно расслаблен, так как все необходимое доступно в любое время. Приятно удивлена оперативности решения любых возникших технических проблем. Удаленность всех развлекательных мероприятий в любое время суток обеспечивало тишину и прекрасный сон. Спасибо за великолепный отдых!

The swim-up room was absolutely worth it! It was right next to the pool, which was very convenient, and there were very few people around, so it almost felt like having a private pool. The pool itself is huge, very clean, and there is a lifeguard until the afternoon. The restaurant offers a great variety of food, and everything was really delicious. The beach was also wonderful and very clean. Overall, the whole hotel complex has a fun, relaxing atmosphere and is especially great for families.

At first, we felt that the air conditioning in the room was not strong enough. However, after leaving it running for a while, the room cooled down quickly and stayed pleasantly cool throughout our stay. So overall, we were very happy with everything.

The staff never smiled, maybe it’s against company policy 🤷🏼‍♂️ guest relations were not interested in helping with issues the selection of beers was ONE I think the rating of 8.2 is a typo and should have been 2.8, I visit Turkey regularly and have never experienced staff who behave this way.

Niets we komen aan en gaven via Booking.com aan dat we wilden boeken voor 4 personen 2 kinderen 2 volwassen. Dan ga je er vanuit als je kleine kinderen hebt dat je kamers naast elkaar zijn of ten minste op 1 afdeling maar helaas de kamer van onze kinderen waren gewoon op een andere zijde en die van ons op een andere zijde. Wij hebben geboekt omdat het gemiddelde van dit hotel op 8.1 stond maar zeer teleurstellend dit hotel verdiend niet eens een 6.0 hygiëne is ver te zoeken hotel is oud en niet bijgehouden faciliteiten zeer slecht entertainment iedere dag dico en het zelfde nooit meer naar dit hotel en ik raad het niemand aan.

Tamamen rezalet otel 2008 de nasil ise oyle kalmis. Girisde vale yok arabayi kendin bosaltmak ve park etmek zorundasin. Odaniz hazir degil dediler tam 1.45 dk bekledikten sonra oda temizlenmemisti bile. Klimalar yetersiz calismiyor. Ilgi alaka sifir. Yemekler sınırlı. Havuzlar temiz değil. Ultra al linculisive otelde neredeyse yemek haric hersey parayla. Odalarda yalitim yok ve sabah kadar insanlarin kavgasini dinleyebiliyorsunuz. Otelin valesi arabaniz 1,5saattir kapinin onunde dedi benden otopark ucreti istedi. Bu oteli kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Fotograflari gorup sakın kanmayın berbat ötesi bir otel !!

През първите два дни климатикът в едната стая от Family room не изстудяваше, което си беше проблем през август. Трябваше многократно да искаме да се отстрани повредата, за да се случат нещата. Но разочарованието ни не е резултат единствено от повредата в климатика. Още при настаняването забравиха да ни дадат карти за плажните кърпи, трябваше да ходим да си ги искаме. Сградата е хубава, но доста стара и това си личи навсякъде. Високата цена въобще не отговаря на качеството на предлаганата услуга. Анимацията е изключително слаба, шоу програмите са посредствени и не всяка вечер, напитките са разредени (кола, студен чай, алкохолът в коктейлите не се усеща). Липсваше храна за диабетици/без глутен/ информация за алергени/ предложенията за вегани в продължение на цяла седмица бяха боб и картофи. Нямаше десерти без захар. Часовете за хранене са странни, получава се така, че между 16-19 ч (ако пристигате късно) и между 21:30-23:00 ч (когато е най-приятно да вечеряш навън) няма къде да хапнеш. Няма да останете гладни, но няма и да получите 5 звездно обслужване. Зоната за сладоледи и гофрети винаги плуваше във вода, факт е, че повечето хора излизаха от басейна, за да си вземат сладките неща, но ако не си бил в басейна, пак се мокриш целия, защото никой не подсушава. Да не говорим, че е опасно да не се подхлъзнеш, по пода имаше размазани сладоледи и плодове. В зоната 16+ на плажа имаше малки деца и никой не съблюдаваше спазването на това условие. Имаше и счупени шезлонги, а скарите бяха стари, с извадени греди и за престоя ни там не видях нито един път някой да измете пясъка от тях. Чаши и чинии се въргаляха в пясъка, много рядко някой ги събираше, а липсваше маса, на която да поставиш използваните съдове. Като цяло мениджмънтът на хотела не е на ниво, базата е стара и не се инвестира в освежаването й. Самоорганизираните туристи, резервирали през букинг, не са на почит. Хотелът си разчита и обгрижва организираните туристи.

Zimmer waren ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. . Minibar inkl. mit Soft und Bier. Strand war sauber und am Pool gab es immer Liegen. Verschiedene Optionen für Kaffe/Tee, Eis und Kuchen, an verschieden Standorten im Hotel.

Safe leider zu klein um Laptop, oder Ipad (Pro) unter zu bringen, Essen, leider auf Dauer zu wenig variabel. Insbesondere das Kindermenü war jeden Tag das Gleiche.

This was the worst hotel experience of my entire vacation. Spice Hotel & Spa does not deserve its advertised five-star rating and is absolutely not worth the price. The property is old, the rooms and common areas are heavily worn, and judging by their condition, the hotel has not undergone proper renovation for a very long time. It looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. The most appalling part, however, was the way guests were treated. During my stay, the staff gave me incorrect information on three separate occasions, which caused me approximately $120 in additional expenses. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and trying to resolve the situation, the employees avoided responsibility and acted as though the guest was to blame. The situation with the massage payment was especially outrageous. Apple Pay was not working at the hotel, so the staff made me process the payment through the car rental desk with an additional 20% charge. They offered no reasonable alternative. Even worse, I was not allowed to leave the hotel until I paid the increased amount. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one claiming to be a five-star resort. I was particularly shocked by the rude and arrogant behavior of İbrahim Can Kişi, the Assistant Front Office Manager. Instead of calmly investigating the issue and helping a guest, he spoke to me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. He offered no acceptable solution and only made the conflict worse. My check-out took approximately one hour. During that time, around five other guests approached the guest service desk with complaints. As far as I could observe, not a single one of their complaints was resolved. Guests walked away dissatisfied while the staff continued to show complete indifference. This made it clear that my experience was not an isolated incident—the hotel appears to have a systemic service problem.

Weinig dagelijkse variatie in het eten. Heel veel zelfde avondeten. Werk bijvoorbeeld met thema’s. Maandag thema mexico. Dus mexicaans eten, dinsdag thema turks, dus turkse eten enzovoort. Klant contact mag best wel minder vaak bellen naar de kamer.

A recepción név szerint fogadtak minket (éjjel érkeztünk). Pár perc alatt megkaptuk a szobakártyákat az orange family rooms szárnyba, ami a főépület mellett található. Két külön szobánk volt a gyerekekkel (3+2 ágyasak), de egy közös előszobával, aminek zárható volt az ajtaja, így könnyű volt az átjárás a két szoba között. Az ételek ízletesek és bőségesek voltak. Italt a pincérektől lehetett kérni. Kint és bent is lehetett étkezni. 2 nagy medencéje van a hotelnek, az egyik melegebb vízű. Egyáltalán nem volt tömeg. Délben és 15 órakor programok a medence egy részén (vízitorna, vízilabda). 1 db gumis vízicsúszda van, plusz kb 4-5 db inkább gyerekeknek való csúszda. A tengerpart közel van, apró kavicsos-homokos a vízpart. Napközben a 4-12 éves gyerekeknek programok vannak. Esténként előadások az amfiteátrumban. Belek városa 25 perc sétára van.

We booked this hotel expecting a genuine 5-star experience, especially after paying £4,500 for our holiday. Unfortunately, it fell far short of that standard and was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that this hotel is nowhere near the 5-star standard it advertises. Our room had no functioning air conditioning, despite this being advertised. We also had ants in our room on multiple occasions throughout our stay. Even after reporting the issue and housekeeping attending, the ants kept returning. Ants were also visible in other areas of the hotel, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and pest control. The room itself was tired, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of refurbishment. The beds and mattresses were heavily worn and uncomfortable, and the bath had simply been painted over, with the paint peeling away. There were also signs of mould and poor maintenance throughout the room, making it feel as though problems had been covered up rather than properly repaired. Cleanliness across the hotel was disappointing. We saw dirty nappies left in public areas, and every day there were mattresses, vacuum cleaners, rubbish bags, and housekeeping equipment left outside our room and along the corridors. This is not what anyone expects from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. To make matters worse, there was a persistent water leak onto our balcony, creating a slip hazard, and the “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean Room” buttons on our door didn’t work. This meant we had to try and find housekeeping ourselves, despite the language barrier. Customer service was another major disappointment. Staff were often rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. There were consistently long queues for food and drinks, and after waiting, we were still spoken to discourteously.

Alleen de wifi aan de begane grond kon beter en het pobleem kon helaas niet opgelost worden wifi was ene keer wel en na een paar minuten niet beschikbaar Rondom hotel en strans wel beschikbaar wel 1 van de top hotels waar we verbleven hebben en zeker een aanrader vooral villa gedeelte Eigen zwembad en ruime parkeergelegenheden

The hotel is in a good location, with the main shopping area around a 20-minute walk away. The hotel itself was spotless throughout our stay, our room maintained to a very high standard. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were all very friendly, polite, and hardworking, and they always greeted us with a smile. The cocktails were also excellent, with a great selection available throughout the day.

The biggest disappointment was the food. The main buffet restaurant served a very limited selection, and it was largely the same food every day. It seemed to cater mainly to Russian guests, with very little variety for everyone else. The snack bars around the resort were also disappointing. Instead of helping yourself, you have to order from a small menu, and the choices were again very limited and repetitive. The hotel has three à la carte restaurants, but all of them require an additional charge. In all the all-inclusive hotels I’ve stayed in, I’ve always been able to use at least one à la carte restaurant during my stay without paying extra, so this was very disappointing and not what I expected from an ultra all-inclusive resort. The customer service was even more disappointing. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel weeks in advance to request a room with a large double bed and a sofa bed. The hotel confirmed this request, but when we arrived, we were given a room with two single beds and what felt like one of the worst rooms in the hotel. When I raised this with reception, the initial response was simply that we could push the two single beds together, which was not an acceptable solution. After we refused, we were told we could move rooms the following day. At around 3pm the next day, we were given another room, but there was no electricity. Reception gave me five different key cards, but none of them solved the problem. After making four separate trips back to reception, I was eventually told that a technician had looked at it but couldn’t fix the issue and that an electrician would now be needed. At this point, I asked to be moved to another room because we simply wanted to unpack and start enjoying our holiday. I was told there were no other rooms available, despite previously being asked if I wanted to pay extra for an upgraded room. I explained that, given all the inconvenience, upgrading us would have been a reasonable gesture of goodwill.

Was uns an der Unterkunft besonders gefallen hat, waren die grosszügigen Zimmer mit einer Minibar, die täglich aufgefüllt wurde. Die Küche und das Essen waren ausgezeichnet – sehr abwechslungsreich und geschmackvoll. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Umgang mit der Zöliakie meiner Tochter. Jeden Morgen wurde für sie frisches glutenfreies Brot oder glutenfreie Pancakes zubereitet. Ausserdem waren alle Speisen klar gekennzeichnet, sodass sofort ersichtlich war, ob sie Gluten enthalten oder nicht. Ein grosses Lob an das gesamte Küchenpersonal – der Service war einfach top!

Was uns weniger gefallen hat, ist, dass das Hotel mittlerweile deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und aus unserer Sicht eine umfassende Renovierung von A bis Z benötigt. Auch das Abendprogramm hat uns im Vergleich zu unserem Aufenthalt vor 7–8 Jahren enttäuscht. Damals gab es deutlich mehr abwechslungsreiche Shows im Amphitheater. Heute besteht das Unterhaltungsprogramm hauptsächlich aus Live-Musik und einer Outdoor-Disco, was wir als weniger vielfältig und unterhaltsam empfunden haben.

Excellent service provided by staff. Very friendly and helpful. Guest relations used to call almost everyday to check if everything was ok. Had a problem with the AC and sent someone immediately to fix it. Many activities and events throughout the day, both for adults and children. Pools are beautiful and not crowded. Aqua park slides are fun too. Food was good.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect the beautiful beach, delicious food, clean rooms, and friendly staff made our vacation unforgettable. The animation team did a fantastic job every single day, making sure there was always something fun to do. The evening entertainment was one of the best parts of our holiday. We had so much fun on the dance floor every night, enjoying the music, shows, games, and activities. The atmosphere was always lively and full of positive energy. A very special thank you to Katya. She is incredibly friendly, energetic, and always smiling. She made every activity enjoyable and made everyone feel welcome. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude truly made our vacation even more memorable. Thank you, Katya, for all the wonderful memories! We will definitely come back again!

Stayed here for 2 weeks recently with my wife and 4 year old son! We’re from the UK so hope this review is useful for Brits as I’ve noticed there isn’t many reviews of this type for the hotel. The hotel really is fantastic, absolutely huge pools and right next to the sandy beach. I was a little concerned about the air conditioning before I travelled as have seen a lot of reviews saying it wasn’t great, on arrival it did seem a little warmer than I’d like so asked guest relations to get it checked out, after this it was superb and a great relief from the red hot temperatures outside! The room itself was brilliant, we had a king size bed and our son a decent size single. Bathroom was nice although we had to fill the bath using the shower head as for some reason the pressure was extremely low out of the bath tap, everything else in the bathroom was fine though. Free minibar is great! We were on the first floor looking out over the Villas. Our cleaning lady was fantastic throughout our stay!!!! The food in the restaurant was very nice and always something we liked, a lot of rice and fresh meats. Don’t miss the great kebabs outside the restaurant! The kids section is also great! We used the Beach Restaurant a few times and also found the food here to be very good, particularly the Cheese Burger and Chips which you order through a QR code. Special mention to the pool side ice cream which is amazing! Have to say that every member of staff we saw throughout the whole complex were brilliant and super hard working, especially the ones that are around the pool and outside bars who had to deal with the intense heat. There is also a very good shop for all your needs. All in all a fantastic holiday in a brilliant hotel.

I had a wonderful time! The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, and Yusuf, our server, took great care of us. The entertainment was really fun, as were the activities! Room. I liked the design of the room. It didnt look sterile, as in some hotels. It looked very cosy and the lights by the bed side added charm in the evenings. It had a fridge with cold drinks. The only thing i didnt like - is air conditioner which was central and was set to 25 degrees, which wasnt comortable. I believe it should be 23 degrees as a maximum. Staff was very friendly and in the evenings the drinks were serverd very quickly, which is unusual. I would say that food was great and i really enjoyed fish alaCart restaurant. though the variety of meat wasnt great - Id prefer to have more choice of lamb dishes. I liked that i was able to change my beach towel anytime, during my previous holidays it made me a bit stressed, as you need to stick to the certain time frame to do so. Beach bars ran out of non-lactose milk often, though they usually had soya, coconut or oats milk, but I prefer normal milk, just non-lactose option. I liked that hotel main building is large and there are a lot of space and Casablanca bar with the sofas and huge balcony is amazing! I recommended your hotel for my friend and her family will be staying with you in September this year, i believe this is the best recomendation :)

The only big thing that i didnt like - is that people ara allowed to smoke everywhere. This is a big minus for me. I want to smell nice things, such as sea, or food, but not the smoke. Smokers should have a couple of designated separate areas in the hotel, as it is done in many countries already. smoking shouldnt be allowed at the beach, in the restaurants, etc - in all social areas.

Не полное понимание - что такое gluten free. Но это почти везде в Турции. Каждый раз приходилось коммуницировать с шеф поваром напрямую и они готовили специально для нас.

Отличный отель! Большая красивая территория, очень много зелени, большие бассейны, очень вкусная и разнообразная еда, уборка в номерах каждый день, мини бар в комнатах пополняется регулярно. Mixed stay at the Spice Hotel Belek. We are currently still guests at the hotel as we write this. The infrastructure is generally intact, though in places it feels a bit worn or not perfectly clean — possibly we've been spoiled by other 5-star properties. Staff: Attentive and friendly, e.g. in the lobby making coffee — genuinely excellent. Pool: Outstanding. Beach: The showers are quite worn down — some caution is needed here, as there's a real slip/fall risk. The sunbeds are also dated. Food: Clearly the highlight of the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were consistently very good. Service – this is where serious problems arise: At check-in, both the door card and the room's power did not work. After calling reception, we were told a technician would come. After waiting 30 minutes with no update, we called again and were told to pick up new cards at the lobby. That card also failed to work at first, requiring a third attempt. Simply not what you'd expect from a 5-star property. Far more serious: our 6-month-old baby is exclusively breastfed, meaning the mother's milk needs to be kept properly refrigerated. The in-room fridge does not cool sufficiently. We reported this to reception around four times — without any resolution. Several portions of milk had to be thrown away because reliable cooling wasn't possible. For a hotel of this category to fail to respond to such a basic need involving a baby is unacceptable. Summary: The pool, the food, and the attitude of the staff are genuinely convincing. However, the repeated service failures — above all the unresolved fridge issue affecting our baby's milk — significantly overshadowed the stay. We hope hotel management sees this while we are still here and reaches out to resolve it.

Плохой вай фай! Не работают кондиционеры в фитнес зале, и музыка до 24 часов! Это конечно шок. В других отелях, до 23 часов. Ведь приезжают семьи,с детьми. Если бы было до 23 ч было бы супер!

Hotel ziet er van de buitenkant prachtig uit. Echter binnen is het minder modern. Kamers en badkamer is aan onderhoud toe. Veel keuze aan eten, maar qau smaak viel het echt tegen. Zwembad mag ook vaker schoongemaakt worden. Bediening bij de zwembaden mag ook meer aandacht aan gegeven worden. Lig je daar de hele middag komen ze maar 1x vragen of je wat te drinken lust of gaan we het zelf halen. Zee is prachtig en schoon!

Bij aankomst wilde ik wat kleding wassen in de badkuip. Deze was met chloor schoongemaakt. De geur rook je al bij binnenkomst. Eerst badkuip grondig gespoeld met water. Helaas toch kleding weg moeten gooien doordat er chloorvlekken opkwamen (zie foto’s).Dit heb ik aangegeven bij de schoonmaak en klantenservice. Niks aan prijs of iets anders aangeboden ter tegemoetkoming. Echt schandalig. We hebben met mijn man een massage genomen. Dit was het fijnste moment van ons verblijf. Ze hadden deze cadeau mogen geven. Ook dit bedrag bij uitcheck betaald. Erg jammer en zonde van ons geld. Eten smaakte totaal niet. Als goede eters en mensen die verstand hebben van echte Turkse keuken zullen mij begrijpen. Borden half leeg gegeten.

Very good kitchen, food was wide and really good, tasty. Burgers on the beach are bomb. Stuff is very polite and helpful. Big thank you to the waitress (night bar during shows and Dj performances, waitress for tables with paid sofa sitting) for help when my girlfriend felt really bad and she gave her really helpful pills. Night shows 50:50 some very nice, some ok. Late check out was big help too especially as I said my girlfriend get sick and stuff let us stay untill 13:00 in our room even that hotel was fully or almost fully booked.

Hotel needs some renovation for sure especially air-conditioning system and refrigirator. We had with our friends 2 room, one was ok, other one not so good. A lot of people were complaining about it too so when I hear aswers I just let it go. Paid sofa siting for night shows are I would say really overpriced. We paid for All inclusive and then extra charge 150-200 eur for this? Even Titanic Belek doesn't charged that much and hotel is higher class, but you don't have to take it. Beach chairs are far from the sea (turtle nests zone) some. Pier at sea got some but you have to be early bird to get them. What I really did not like was no iron in the room. You have to order this service and then they charge you for it, terrible because if you need your dress for night you have to order it in the morning otherwise no chance, service awailable from 8-14 (may be 16) only.

Плохой вай-фай, и плохо работают кондиционеры, особенно в фитнес зале, вообще не работают.и ещё если номер на море, то шумные дискотеки до 24 часов а иногда и позже, это мешает детям спать. Как нам сказали работники отеля берите вид не на море(((. До 23х бы музыка как в других отелях, было бы комфортно!

Guests can only leave the hotel on foot. Taxis are not allowed to pick up guests at the hotel due to the hotel’s management, which was confirmed to us by local taxi companies. The air conditioning in our room never worked, even though we reported the issue several times. Unfortunately, it was never fixed during our stay.

Nothing, extremely disappointing. It states it’s an ultra all inclusive but other than breakfast or dinner time there is hardly anything available to eat. They’ll have a little table of cupcakes and fruit and waffles. Didn’t even eat any meals at the restaurant we had to drive to land of legend everyday just to eat.

Staff were so rude and unpleasant. Especially at the front reception desk. I didn’t catch his name but we were served by a guy. So rude when I told him I’m not happy he simply said to bad. After complaining multiple times about my room and aircon hardly working they simply said if you want something better pay for it. Didn’t help at all. Waste of my money. We came from Australia to try this hotel and was a waste of our time and money. It’s so outdated and old and dirty. Hated it. Also at night they have live shows and they’ll make you stand the whole time and if you want to sit you have to pay for a VIP table.

She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was always clean and well taken care of. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.
