Beautiful Flat Next to Karlskirche

The flat was large, clean and well maitained in an excellent location.

A couple of small things like: I had to ask for the wifi password and the hairdryer did not work.

Top Lage!! Schöner Wiener Altbaustil!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was convenient, and the property had a peaceful atmosphere.

One thing to note is that this place values quietness very highly. Guests should be mindful of noise, especially after 10 PM. Our group is from Asia, and we are used to having late dinners and chatting together in the evenings, so it took a little adjustment for us. We always tried our best to respect the rules and apologize if we caused any disturbance. The only downside for our group was the bedding. The pillows and mattresses were not very comfortable for us, and all four of us experienced neck pain and poor sleep during our stay. Some of us also had muscle cramps during the night. Of course, this may depend on personal preference, but it was something we all noticed.

We loved how convenient the location was. We were close to everything we wanted to do. This might be a weird one but the mattresses were also incredibly comfortable. Everyone in our group was obsessed with them. After a long day of walking around it was like sleeping in a cloud.

We enjoyed everything. No complaints

2 grandes chambres avec bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée. Très calme et cadre très agréable.

Wonderful flat, spacious and comfortable. In a great location. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nothing

Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne, czysto, blisko centrum, niedaleko parking wielopoziomowy, zmywarka, pralka.

Location is fantastic, so close to the great Karlskirche and Karlsplatz (Metro). The apartment itself is awesome. The elevator became handy as I travel with my mother who is 85. I really enjoyed my stay!

The main entrance door make too much noise when opening and closing, may annoy the residents of the building.

Location, cleanliness, convenience facilities, everything was determined.

Large common living room with wonderfully large bedrooms. Location was close to so much and also the metro. Clean and bright!

Pillows on the bed were so big we struggled to sleep the first night. BUT to our surprise there were alternate pillows in the armoire which were perfect for the balance of our visit.

Nice stay and convenient location

Large clean flat, location is good, safe neighbourhood, it has everything you need

It’s an older building with high ceilings, and the apartment got a little cold, don’t forget slippers, if you don’t like cold feet :-)

The location and the building

Not enough shower gel we had to buy

The flat is amazing. Well located in a superb neighborhood with amazing light. It is very spacious an the building itself, although big is very silent. 2 separate bedrooms with maximum privacy and high ceilings. A nice detail, is that the toilet is in a different compartment than the shower, which is very nice whenn you travel with friends. All the communication was done properly, several times, before the arrival and the instructions were clear, easy and precise. I would repeat the stay in this flat with no problem at all.

Lots of entrance instructions and codes provided which all worked during our stay. Two decent size bedrooms was perfect for 2 couples. Beautiful decor and entrance foyer. Great to have a lift in the building.

The pillows were not so comfortable and the spares didn’t have pillow cases, nor did the spare duvet. Seating in the living room could be more comfortable too - we were 4 adults and two of the chairs weren’t great for prolonged sitting.

The apartment was quite spacious and the location was near our points of interest. The host was responsive to our messaging and provided guidance during our stay in Vienna.

Everything was good.

Beautifully designed, central location,, and well equipped.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was very hot when we were there but we were ok with the fans provided - there’s no air conditioning but that was good for me because I detest air conditioning.

The apartment was really nice, very spacious comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to everything.

The apartment is big, bright and very clean, in real life looks even better than in the photos. It has everything you need including the washer, dryer and Nespresso machine. The location is great, just 15 minutes walk from the MuseumsQuartier. The beds are very comfortable. Next time we are in Vienna I would like to stay in this apartment again.

The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance to many major attractions and supermarkets. Recently renovated, it features simple, elegant furnishings and is very clean. The kitchen is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. There is an inexpensive garage just a 2-minute walk away (8-9 euros/day), but we opted to park on the street, which is easy to find nearby and is free during weekends.

However, the kitchen hood is not working, and only four small vials of shampoo-body wash were provided for a family of four adults for three days. When we politely asked if more shampoo was available, the host responded with a stern message about following apartment rules, which was bizarre.

Internet is neither reliable nor fast. There should be a router placed directly in the apartment or upgrade it. Very weak and not good for folks who must have internet access for business.

Perfect apartment for family, vacation, work, business. The first sight of love to Vienna starts with this apartment. Its a big apartment about 80-100m, the ceiling is about 3m high (maybe even more) It was super clean. The design is simple but very stylish, I really liked it. I would say it’s smart apartment, love this kind of homes. To switch on/off light you don’t need to go to another room - from your bed room you can switch off light in the living room. In the bedroom there are three different types of lights. If you switch off the light in the bathroom the washing machine automatically stopes working which was good for me. I didn’t worry about washing if we would like to go out somewhere. Everything was perfectly clean: from the floor to the beddings, towels There were some shower gels in the bathroom Kitchen is perfectly equipped and the washing/ dishes kit was prepared The owner also let us use coffee and some other stuff in the kitchen There is a electric pot for the tea! And coffee machine And! The apartment was super warm We visited Vienna At Christmas season so it was quite cold outside And we are warm lovers (I even brought small electric heaters- I have never used them in that apartment. Everything was just perfectly enough

Everything was perfect

The appartment has a perfect location and parking next to the building (at a very good price). It is very clean, large and fully equiped. Very confortable beds, great common space , all you need. The communication was very good and useful, we got great support and all the information we need. Hope to come back soon!

Location of this flat is great, its very close to the centre, you can easily reach it by tube or walking. Amenities around the flat are excellent too, there are few supermarkets, plus very good street market with lots of different shops to visit. The only thing you have to think of its that many shops are closed on Sunday, so think ahead :) Flat is located 2 minutes of walking from secure car park, which offers reasonable daily charge for parking. We loved the beds, very comfy with nice and big pillows which I loved. You can find anything you can possibly need in the flat while visiting Vienna, I don't think however that anyone would spend too much time inside, when there are so many interesting places to see and explore (take comfy shoes). The whole flat does have very calming and cosy feeling, place where you can relax after long day of exploring and if I am ever back in Vienna I would love to stay there again. Considering the location the whole place was quieter than I have expected, it did take a little getting used to of street noises the first night, but it wasn't too bothersome.

Location was excellent with tram and underground stops as well as being able to walk into the centre. Very quiet residential area with a few bars/restaurants and supermarkets near by. The beds were huge and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need.

The sofa in the lounge area wasn’t very comfortable. The apartment could benefit from some fans for the in the bedrooms as it was very hot when we were there.

The apartment is very beautiful, big and clean, nicely decorated. It is perfect for 4 people, having 2 bedrooms with 2 kingsize beds, and a big living room. The location is great, close to Karlskirche churh, which is a gorgeous building. In front of the church is a plaza where a lot of people gather and is a very nice place to spend your evenings. The city center is 15 min away by foot and the apartment is very close to public transport (subway, tram). The neighborhood is very calm so you can’t make a lot of noise. The hosts gave very clear instructions and were friendly. Highly recommend this place.
