I had a genuinely excellent stay at Heavenly Home Inn in Nuwara Eliya. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after exploring the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is peaceful and convenient, with easy access to the town while still offering a quiet atmosphere. The hospitality was outstanding, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Heavenly Home Inn to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya. It offers great value for money, excellent service, and a warm, homely experience. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a place more than a room. separated entrance with dining room, living room and balcony where you can unwind at evening. The owner is a very friendly and helpful lady. A little touch such as more hanging hooks in the bathroom and mosquito net will help to make it perfect stay.

This is a very beautiful house. You can see a beautiful view of the lake. The landlady is kind and polite. She also gave us a lot of travel advice, which was very good.

The lady running the place is super sweet, helpful and genuinely caring. She even texted me one day, when I was out later than foreseen, to ask if everything was ok. They also gave me the option of which room I wanted to be in. The property & garden look really quaint *from the outside* and are well kept. The location is also good, in between city center (20min walk) & the lake (15min).

I believe this place has had its best years. The walls in my room had clear signs of moist (mold?) and the dark red carpet flooring was completely run down in certain places. I was reluctant to walk on the carpet barefoot. Good to know is that this place is on the back of a carnival area with music playing every night until 10pm and the barking of the stray dogs in the area woke me up several times the first night.

Everything! It felt like I was home. The host made us feel welcome from the get go. She saw to it that we all friends could stay together, had all the necessities whenever needed, and have some delicious snacks at the place. The entire floor was straight outta Pinterest, perfectly colour coded, packed with essentials and fun activities like carrom and keyboard! All of this packed with the sweetest host ever made this our favourite stay in Sri Lanka. Definitely staying here again if I come back !

We had a wonderful stay at Heavenly Inn during our family trip to Nuwara Eliya. The property was well-arranged with a clean and attractive environment. There was adequate parking space which made it very convenient for us. We stayed in a spacious family room with 3 comfortable beds, which was perfect for us and our kids. The staff was welcoming and offered great hospitality throughout our stay. Overall, it was peaceful, tidy, and offered great value for money. I didn't like, that I forgot to return the key.

I had a lovely stay in Nuwara Eliya. The location is perfect – within walking distance to Gregory Lake and Nuwara Eliya Lake. It’s easy to go out using PickMe or other transport. Very convenient! The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. There was a microwave available to heat food, and the TV worked well. It's great value for money. The owner is young, kind, and always smiling – very friendly and helpful. The place is surrounded by nature and beautiful flowers, which made the stay peaceful and relaxing. I loved seeing the flowers – it would be even nicer to have more in the future! There was hot water available for bathing. It takes a little time to heat up, but it works well. I suggest adding an electric kettle for extra convenience in the future. Overall, a great place to stay in Nuwara Eliya. I highly recommend it and will definitely come again. ❤

It was only a short distance away from the main attractions. And the place was very peaceful. You could walk to those places within three or four minutes.

Really good stay. Even on foot, you can go to places to see. Food and drinks are very delicious. The owner is very kind. The Staff treated me very well. The environment is also beautiful.
