The staff at the restaurant were great. Great service with a smile and good food.

The room itself was fine, but there was an HVAC vent ride outside the window which was making a how long noise all the time. So getting some sleep was hard. The WiFi totally sucks - it was pretty much úseles - i complained about it to the front desk who said they’ll send someone to look at it, but no one shower up. The front desk in general was of no use - I asked for a ride to the airport and they couldn’t arrange it, i asked for sightseeing transportation and they couldn’t arrange it. They couldn’t even give me change for my bills. Just useless overall. Better to spend your money elsewhere.

Check-in at the front desk was quick and smooth. It took just a few minutes. After a long day, their friendly and efficient service was such a refreshing change.

The food and the selection were great. It was just slightly on the spicier side.

The hotel staff themselves were pleasant, but unfortunately my experience with the owner/manager was extremely poor, and I would strongly recommend that other travellers think twice before staying here. When I asked the hotel about onward travel to Shimla, the owner offered his own driver rather than recommending an independent taxi service. The price was extremely high. The hotel knew that I had no working data connection and therefore could not easily compare prices or arrange an alternative. I subsequently checked Uber and found that the hotel had charged approximately INR 4,000 more per leg of the journey, even after accounting for tolls and state taxes. Unfortunately, things became much worse. When we arrived in Shimla, the driver told me that he had nowhere to stay and asked if I could pay for a hotel room for him. He had driven a long way and had been a pleasant person, so I agreed. I also bought him food and drinks during the journey because I was concerned that he was not being properly provided for. I informed the hotel manager about this the following day and assumed that, at the very least, these circumstances might be taken into account when agreeing the price of my onward journey to Delhi. Instead, the manager became extremely aggressive, shouting at me on the telephone and telling me that I should not have "interfered", while saying that his staff "sleep in their cars". The most concerning incident happened during the journey to Delhi. While we were in a remote mountainous area, the manager called his driver and instructed him to stop and hand the phone to me. He told me that I had to agree immediately to pay a substantially increased fare or get out of the taxi. He knew that I was travelling alone, had all my luggage with me, had no data connection and was in the middle of a remote area.

Continuing... I gave him two opportunities to reconsider and negotiate a fair fare, but he refused. There were further problems on arrival in Delhi. At around 11:50pm, the driver informed me that he did not have the correct documentation to drive into Delhi — something neither the driver nor the manager had mentioned before the journey. This resulted in around an hour's detour through the suburbs to the home of the driver's friend, where we waited for approximately 30 minutes. I was then asked to make a further payment to the friend's house. To be clear, the driver himself was a nice person and I have no particular criticism of him. My issue is with the hotel management and the way the transportation was arranged and subsequently handled. As a solo traveller, I found the owner's conduct particularly troubling. I felt that he took advantage of the fact that I was unfamiliar with the area, had no data connection and was dependent on the transportation arranged by his hotel. There are plenty of hotels where you can arrange a taxi at a fair and transparent price without being

Had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and the overall ambience was perfect.

Vi havde flere uheldige oplevelser. Personalet ved poolen havde mere travlt med at kigge på telefonerne end at hjælpe gæsterne og gøre deres arbejde. Vi betalte for laundry service, men måtte selv sent dagen efter ringe for at få tøjet igen, som skulle være klar klokken 9:00 men først var klar 23:30, jeg er ikke sikker på om jeg havde modtaget det hvis ikke jeg havde kontaktet receptionen, som i øvrigt var meget kortfattet og blev ved med at ligge hurtigt på så jeg skulle ringe igen og igen for at forstå om tøjet var klar. Til sidst havde vi en dårlig oplevelse til morgenmads buffeten. Da vi var færdige med at spise, blev vi bedt om at udfylde et spørgeskema. Vi besvarede det ærligt, men fordi vi havde svaret average til maden, som ikke var dårlig men heller ikke noget specielt, løb en af tjenerne efter os og tilkaldte mere personale, og de ville vide hvad vores begrundelse var for svaret og virkede uforstående overfor vores svar. Vi syntes begge at det virkede meget uprofessionelt og ubelejligt at reagere på denne måde, og havde næsten ikke lyst til at vende tilbage næste morgen.

Toilets are a bit dated and dingy We had 3 rooms on single occupancy and all the toilets wouldn’t flush properly The house keeping came to clean the room, the cleaning rag was dirty and they used a plunger which spread toilet water everywhere and wasn’t cleaned properly The housekeeping team did take this on board and cleaned the entire area with antibacterial spray etc. Deepak was very attentive and great from the housekeeping team!

We were very disappointed by the stay, major issue is due to electricity tripping , there were too much tripping of electricity throught the day, which worsend thru the night with more than 40+ trippings which made the stay very very uncomfortable No one sleeped properly , its totally wasted . With such pricing of rooms they were unable to provide proper power backup..

We also asked for refund but no responseon that also, they r least bothered about customer satisfaction ...& comfort

The staff was nice and friendly.

The front desk treated us as ordinary and put us in smoking rooms which had a tin sheet as the view through the back initially... However, they had better rooms and switched our rooms. But the new room had a strong sewage smells. I was uncomfortable and checked out a day earlier losing money. Actually it was a horrible experience for me.

I loved everything about this hotel. The room was gorgeous, the view wonderful. I had a few problems with onward travel and the reception staff were brilliant at trying to help sort it out. The dining room staff were exceptional - every single one of them. We missed them after we left!

I liked everything but if I was going to nitpick it would be that the swimming pool was freezing. It didn't stop me swimming though! They could do with more sunbeds and umbrellas!

Counter staff were not respectful of their guests in line and were serving those who were trying to ignore the line and just walk in. This were the locals. And when I confronted with the staff, the other guest started to argue and shout at me. His wife also came from somewhere to argue and fight with me yelling at the top of her voice and the manager and counter staff kept standing and staring. No actions were taken to de escalate the situation.

Except the hotel room was of decent size, nothing was to be appreciated and served with sub-standard service quality.

Housekeeping service was pathetic and so did the front desk staff. Lack of co-ordination between front desk and house keeping team in the hotel. 1) Water heater plug was not fitting in the socket 2) No arrangement of the universal adaptor to the guest (even after asking front desk of it). Guest had no choice but to buy one from the market 3) Bathroom drainage area was broken and not properly plastered (looking so ugly) 4) Toilet seat was loosely fit (misaligned) 5) Lack of adequate food items at breakfast buffet

The air conditioning quality is 10/10. The services they provide (e.g., water rafting, massage, gym facility) was exceptional.

The smell of the toilet was terrible at times. When we told the staff there was a smell, they came and sorted it out straight away.

Arrangement of local transport could be better, as going around Rishikesh is highly challenging

Food was delicious. We had dinner and breakfast there. Choices and preparation was good. Location is very easy to access as it's on badrinath highway, and walkable distance from famous laxman jhoola ( 1km). Rooftop bar was good place to chillout in a pleasant weather. Bartender was a young boy from Rajasthan and good to talk too .Spa was good but can be improved.

Water pressure and temperature in bathroom was medium. Whole night there were some ding ding sound from AC, may be voltage issue etc and no proper cooling, inspite of complaining about the same to reception.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to all the major landmarks of Rishikesh. The Citrus restraurant is really nice. I loves the dinner options there. The food tasted amazing. Staff very nice and helpful.

The room quality especially bed wasnt comfortable to the expected standard.

I had to put my breakfast plate back when i was informed that my breakfast was not included , i had to return a fully loaded plate, even though even mid range hotels coasting between 3000/- to 4000/- typically offer complimentary breakfast, whereas v had paid 11100/- per day. It was a deeply painful and shameful incident in our lives in HOTEL

Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable during my stay. The condition and cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. There were visible stains, an unpleasant smell, and overall the room did not feel well maintained. It was also very noisy, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, some aspects of the service did not feel transparent, for example when arranging transportation. Overall, the experience did not feel relaxing or in line with what I expected.
