Have to go to second floor with staircase. We are elderer woman cant afford to go with staircase. Need soundproff because night time so noisy with sound car n motorbike

The rooms looked almost exactly like the pictures so It was within our expectations, and everything was mediocre.

The air conditioner in our room barely worked, it wasn't cooling at all, when we informed the staff, they told us that they had sent staff members to check it out and that it works fine with no issues and they told us to wait for 10 mins for it to start getting cold. We waited the whole night and it really didn't get cold, the fans were also set to a pretty low speed so the stay wasn't very satisfying. The room and especially the bathroom also had a musty smell that wouldn't go away.

Very pretty and spacious room and bathroom. Water refill. Shared balkony. Near the night market. AC and big fan.

Room - the room is clean. location - near tourist attraction (concubine lane, gerbang malam, pasar karat) toilet - clean, water heater, water pressure high, provide a common body wash) facilities - door lock & only guest can enter (safety) water dispenser, kettle, tea and sugar worth money? of course!

La chambre était très confortable, propre et joliment décorée. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'ambiance des lieux. Les indications pour trouver l'hébergement étaient également très claires et détaillées, ce qui a facilité notre arrivée.

Le principal point négatif est la proximité immédiate de la route. Le bruit de la circulation est très présent, au point de donner l'impression de dormir au bord de la chaussée. Malheureusement, cela m'a empêchée de bien dormir.

First time book stay ada 2 toilet hehe tapi best tak berebut. Ada water heater. Tak berkeladak. Semua tiptop siap ada hair dryer & iron dalam bilik. Plug point banyak, siap sediakan extension. Hotel mahal pun plug point tak banyak macam tu. Good job owner. Ada water dispenser hot/cold & kena pergi tingkat 1. Tapi ok je. Bilik sesuai untuk 4-6orang. 4orang just nice. Tilam queen + 2 single.

Kalau pergi dengan kids, make sure pintu sentiasa di tutup sebab tangga tu agak tinggi & curam. This room at roof top/level 3.

The staff was good and friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child at RM123, which I do not consider cheap for the facilities provided. Upon arrival, I was given a room on the rooftop, something that was not mentioned during the booking process. The room had a strong unpleasant odour and was in poor condition. When I requested a room change, I was moved to a room in another building. Unfortunately, the replacement room was extremely small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was located outside the room, and although it had a shower, it was not convenient, especially since I was travelling with my young daughter. The room was so cramped that there was hardly any space to move around or place our belongings comfortably. In addition, if we needed drinking water or any assistance, we had to go all the way down to the ground floor. Overall, this was a very poor experience and did not match my expectations based on the price paid. I regret booking this hotel and would advise future guests not to rely solely on ratings when making a reservation.

But the problem is. If u go with yr infant 0-3 y. U cant sleep on the weekend. Sampah masyarakat like mat rempit and mat kereta. They will rem rem like wanna race at traffic light near the hotel. 2-3am standard they will rem rem like ass

The location was good but it was on back lane. The drains there were really stinky. At night the motorcylist were racing. Making Such loud noise till the wee hours.

Bed is clean and pillow hardness is just right. There is a ceiling fan on top of the air-con in the room. There are hand-wash and bath gel provided.

I am fine without a TV in the room. But what let me down was the low water pressure in the toilet shower. It made bathing and washing a very unpleasant experience. With the hot and humid weather in Ipoh, taking 2 or more showers a day after every outing is a norm. The access into the room and through the main gate with the room card key was glitchy. I had to struggle to unlock the doors every time. These 2 pain points are enough to make me not to come back again.

Der Check-In erfolgte kontaktlos. Die Infos dazu und auch andere Kommunikation funktionierte hervorragend und sehr schnell über Whatsapp. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Die Lage war gut mit Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe.

It was quite far from concubine lane and ktm. The room was at rooftop so it might not suitable for elderly.

L'endroit est idéalement bien placé. L'arrivée se fait en autonomie mais les instructions sont très simples. Literie confortable. Climatisation ok

La douche est particulière, sombre et pas super pratique. Le ménage pourrait être un peu miuex fait (chjeveux sur le tapis de bain).

Penat sikit naik tangga especially the one at the roof, the stairs quite scary as someone who are scared of height..

- Tiada staf di tempat penginapan tapi boleh berhubung melalui whatsapp atau dm, dan staf memang balas dengan segera. - Bilik selesa dan bersih. Bilik air/tandas juga selesa dan bersih. - Tak jauh dari kedai2 makan jadi nak jalan kaki cari tempat makan pun senang.

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable, which was sufficient for a short stay.

The bathroom layout was quite impractical, as the shower was positioned very close to the toilet, leaving limited space to move around. The location was a bit further from the old town than I initially realised, around a 15-minute walk. That said, there are still restaurants nearby.

This hotel does not come w breakfast, but ample shops nearby for food.

It would be nice to have a tv in the room. I dont quite like that the hotel entrance is on the inner road ( corridor ) instead of facing the main road.

Very nice central location in Ipoh. Nicely renovated old shophouse charm. Very clean. Fast and hassle free self check-in.

Its near to the main street and the sound insulation is poor. You can hear loud traffic at night.
