La gérante ou la propriétaire, Phaik Chin est son prénom. C'est une fille tellement adorable ! Propreté, sécurité, chambre 102 sans fenêtre mais loin des bruits nocturnes, wifi et eau purifiée froide et chaude. Tarif raisonnable. Tout est assez propre partout. Lits confortables.

Maintenance électrique sans avertissement qui a fait que nous avons dû changé de chambre en soirée car nous n'avions plus de courant dans notre chambre 108. Heureusement que tout s'est arrangé. L' hôtel n'a rien à voir avec cet irritant inattendu. Nous devons téléphoner à un numéro Whatsapp pour signaler notre arrivée et nous n'avions pas d'internet sur nos téléphones. Cela nous a occasionné un désagrément. Nous avons internet sur un de nos téléphones depuis grâce à Phaik Chin qui nous a généreusement aidés en nous dirigeant au bon endroit.

Unfortunately you are close enough to the bars/clubs and they are very loud during the night. The room also smelt of smoke.

To be honest...we booked this place because it's the only available place at that time... No bigger room or bigger beds so I have to booked for 2 rooms for me and my sons... The first rooms, looked kinda scary with the AC not cool enough...I had to request for room change.... ...... I don't have the energy to tell everything, but it's actually not a hotel...it's more a motel OR simply a lodging where the guest stayed there as a transit before going to places...

The hotel is located behind a couple of bars/pubs, so staying there on Saturday night took its toll. We could hear the speakers humming in our room. The hotel was also right next to a very busy road, and the cars and bikes passing by were very noisy. I couldn’t sleep peacefully until 4 a.m

Good Hotel location, 2km to Ipoh Central town, 20minute drive to Meru Raya (Mydin & Amanjaya Bus Station). Aircond perfect, toilet clean. perfect, will repeat stay at here if visit Ipoh, Value for Money. perfect budget hotel for people have meeting at ipoh (hotel for sleep). cause i am short trip for 4 day, working from 8am - 10pm, hotel for me is for sleep only night time dinner have Tom Yam restaurant infront hotel. morning can take breakfast beside hotel

Walking distance to good restaurants/ bars and night market. Very helpful staff. All facilities worked well, especially the aircon. Big comfy bed. Very spacious room

it's a reasonable price. Although something not good, however it's acceptable.

The room is very nice and comfortable. The restroom is very much clean. The room wasn't really spacious but it was fine.

The restroom water is very slow. There was a lot of loud noises coming from the nightclub beacause it was facing the night club.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The AC was good and the room was clean. For us it was in a convenient enough location and the price was quite cheap. We think we got a good deal for the price.

Aircon a bit noisy, especially on dry setting. Blackout curtains let in cracks of light (common occurrence). TV only through internet, hard to navigate. Light remains on screen so had to power off.

front desk staff was friendly and attended to our complained immediately.

1. the toilet flush was faulty. however, the front desk staff did comply & repaired it immediately when we complained. 2. the room was not sound proof enough. can hear people talking and climbing up the stairs at late night 3. main door lock and lift was not available when staff was not at the front desk (even though it was past 10am). we had to carry down the heavy luggage using the steep staircase - quite dangerous 4. quite difficult to find parking as the hotel do not have its own parking space.

It was close to town and eateries.

It was dodgy, even the rooms. Ventilation is bad, I woke up to cigarette smoke smell both mornings when the hotel is actually non smoking. I think they do not have heating for the shower? not sure as water was cold anyway, i didn't think it was worth the money.

I stayed in many hotels while I was in Malaysia and Anderson hotel passed the shower test 10/10 .

After 10pm all about hotel is closed ??? Is that call a hotel ? As i know hotel need to prepare the staff to stay if anything emergency to the guest .

Quiet room although hotel is in the old town. Clean room. Easy check in and check out process. Water bottles delivered daily. Great communication with the staff via messages

Air conditioning doesn't work sometimes, feels warm at times.
