ماشاءالله شقق نظيفه و مرتبه و أنيقه و المطبخ واسع يصلح للعوائل اللي تحب طبخ البيت . و فيه مكان للعزبه و أدوات الطبخ لذلك اخذنا راحتنا بالطبخ و كذلك الثلاجه ممتاز تبريدها . و فيه شبك مخصص للبصل و الخضار .. قدرنا نرتب كأننا في بيتنا و لاكأنه مطبخ سفر + غرف النوم مريحه .. و الطاقم رائع متعاون و فيه بقالة جنب الشقق على طول ، نشتري منها كل اللي نحتاجه للطبخ و السناكات و المشروبات ، كذلك يوجد مغسلة ملابس قريبه و بائع فواكه . و قريبه جدا الى حديقة جبل احد يحتاج نروح للحرم بالسيارة طبعا .. و بإذن الله راح نحجز الرحلة الجايه عندهم

اعجبتني بنسبة 100% و لا يوجد أي ملاحظات أبدا

شقة جدا جدا ممتازة ومريحة وواسع ونظيفه حقيقة الله يبارك له في ماله لصاحبها

It’s spacious. But old building

It’s messed up low quality furniture and slow and smallest lift to go upstairs

Overall, building cleanliness, space of the apartment and initial cleanliness was good.

1. No toiletries kept in the apartment. 2. Furniture and other accessories were too old. 3. No sufficient parking space, only open parking on the street is there where your car doesn’t seem save.

Apartments were a good size.

Very outdated apartments. This place needs serious refurbishment. The manager didn't even say hello when we arrived and was just interested in taking the payment. The personnel asked me for money/tip when we just arrived. The air cons were very old and rattling all night. No offer to clean the apartments was made. The day before checkout I messaged the manager that I needed help with luggage for checkout the next morning. The next morning the personnel or manager didn't reply to my messages so I had to bring all luggage to the taxi myself. Finally someone arrived offering to help 30 minutes after the checkout time. The location is far from the haram. I was told it was 18 minutes walk or 4 minutes in a taxi which was not true. We had to pay for taxis daily. The apartments did not feel clean and everything was old. There is no 24 hour desk as stated and no reception desk at all. Sorry but I do no recommend anyone to stay here.

My mother like this Apartment... she could comfortably see Madinah for 5 days and spend good night and rest well at this Appartment.

ازعاج بسبب المكان ماتقدر تنوم فعليًا دفعت حق اربع ايام وخرجت من اليوم الاول رحت مكان ثاني

Jag älskade läget, alltså området som boendet ligger. Man kunde hitta allt i närheten. Man kunde också promenera till profeten scw och det tog kanske max 20 min om det inte va mindre.

Cleaniness

The apartment was big and comfortable. The check in was smooth and the staff helpful. A bit of a longer walking distance to Masjid al-Nabawi, but the bus stops very near the property and drops near the mosque and also some shop centers near by.

We found some things under the couch which made me doubt it was cleaned under it

Tesise gece varmamıza rağmen bizi karşılayıp odamıza çıkarttılar , isteklerimize hemen dönüş yaptılar, güleryüzlü güzel karşıladıkları için tüm personele teşekkür ediyoruz.. 5 kişi 1 çocukla gitmiştik Rabia ya 10~ 15 riyale taksi ile varabilirsiniz

Location, staff very helpful and hostile, spacious, washing machine.

Carpet was very dirty, dining table chairs were dirty and broken. The price wasn't worth it. If this location could improve the hygiene and their furniture it would be one of the best serviced apartments in Medinah.

When so many hotels near to Haram were too expensive, this is the best option as it is only a 10 minute taxi away. Located in a totally non tourist non pilgrim area so it's away from all the hustle and bustle. Good food deliveries, nearby grocery store also. Rooms were huge it is a suite with one room with a king size bed and another with 4 single Beds. And easy to access site for Uber. It is close by mount Uhud. Do not expect Hotel style services, more like a boutique setup. Suites have hot water , microwave and kettle

The rooms are very spacious, and the apartment is clean.

The mattresses were somewhat firm, and the blankets were not of high quality, as they caused some electrostatic charges. Other than that, everything was fine.

We've never stayed in a worse hotel in our lives. The beds are hard, the smell is terrible. The tiles on the walls are peeling everywhere. We had a three-night reservation, but we didn't stay the third night, we checked out. They pushed us to pay by cash. Not recommended to stay at all who wants take rest. This is even just one star hotel, not theee how they have.

الغرف واسعة مرتبة والاثاث جديد ونظيف رائحة الغرفة كانت جدا حلوة عند الاستلام الاطلالة جدا رائعة على جبال المدينة تأخرنا بتسجيل الخروج وكانو جدا متعاونين ابو سمير وابو محمد قمة في الاحترام والشهامة مر عدة مواقف طارئة بخصوص حاجتنا للمواصلات لمناطق مختلفة خلال اقامتنا واحتجنا لمساعدة وكانو نعم الرجال

Very spacious apartment with sofas and two rooms ,one double bed and one with 4 single beds ..had spacious kitchen and clean bathroom with washing machine available.value to money..hotel staff and reception were very friendly and accommodating.right next to hotel there is mini mart available 24 hrs..and two close by cafe with Arabic food mostly

Little bit far from Al haram, but foods are very convenience because its nearby. Room are big., staff are good.

no towel and hair blower, there is hair in my bed looks like they didn't do laundry for bed sheet.

The place is a renovated apartment building and it looks nice from inside than outside. The place was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was big and it had a microwave and hotplate. There is a grocery store right next to the hotel which makes it convenient. The person at the reception was flexible and nice. The ACs are window-type and not split which I didn't find it as a problem since I'm used to it.

The place was easy to be reached from Masjid Al-Nabawi (almost 5-10 Minutes on car). But a little long way to go from the hotel to Masjid (more than 10 Min) due to the one-way roads. There isn't underground/ shaded parking. But, there are parking slots Infront which usually will be available.

Space was good

Washroom was not furbished according to the demand of suite, the washroom was dirty, old fashion, poor lavatory system, improper functioning shower, changed after request, Muslim shower broken hanging hook and can not be slow down the pressure due to stuck adjustable nob. Internet signals poor due to installation of router over the main entrance door of suite out side, that should be installed inside the suite to get better signals. No sign board on the building showing suites names for the riders to get easy access. Everything has to be asked for use like iron, iron stand, crockery, cleaning, cleaning done once on request in four nights stay, no change of sheets, no online payment machine etc.

Difficult for qareem locate the precise locatuon because the suite name identical

One wash basin should be out side the bath room, there is only one wash basin available inside the bath room. Hotel management should make one wash basin, or sink for cleaning purpose.

Location was easily accessible.

- Foul Smell in the flat - Bad Elevator, the door didn't open on 4 floor. The lift went down again. At least it did open on ground so we walked all the way to 4 with people suffering from knee pain.

Hospitality

it is good value for money for family if it is large 5-6members to spend more days, but don't expect any professional star hotel type expectations as you got a good space with basic living facility from a private owned furnished apartment with a shop downstairs to buy groceries , free parking

locality , ambience and distance from haram is more than 30+ min walk, no intercom in romms, no towels in bathroom, no hooks in bathroom to hang clothes

The apartment was spacious and very clean, exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location is excellent—it's not too far from Masjid Nabawi, just a 10 riyal taxi ride or a 20-minute walk if you prefer. There are several restaurants nearby and a grocery store conveniently located right beside the building. The owner was kind and very helpful, even recommending an excellent guide for exploring Madinah at a great price. Overall, a fantastic stay!
