Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce logement. L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable, spacieux, lumineux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est très confortable et les équipements sont modernes. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de tous commerces et notre hôte a été extrêmement disponible et aux petits soins. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Много удобен апартамент с две спални,всекидневна, оборудвана кухня, баня с тоалетна, отделна тоалетна и тераса. Спалните и всекидневна са с климатици. Апартамента е на тиха улица, близо до ресторанти, магазини и търговски център с Карфур. Домакинята е много любезна и внимателна! Позволи ни да напуснем апартамента малко по-късно заради полета ни.

El alojamiento era muy bonito y acogedor, perfecto para ir en familia o con amigos.

Located at very nice area - new part of the city with many restaurants and shopping options. The apartment is newly renovated and the host is really nice and supportive.

Note that the second bathroom is WC only, no shower.

Świetna lokalizacja, dużo przestrzeni, bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką, była bardzo pomocna.

Property was strategically located in the middle between old Medina and new modern district of Marrakech. Walking distance to both. Flat was very clean and modern with all essential at your disposal.

Very good location, a very clean apartment, comfortable and exceptionally modern. The host was truly welcoming, helpful, and supportive with everything we needed during our stay. Check-out was at 11 a.m., but she let us leave later so we could pack our things without any rush. I highly recommend it.

La posizione era molto buona per raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse e la sera uscire senza utilizzare i taxi.

The apartment is good furnished. The beds are comfortable. The location is safety, close to the central part of Marrakech new part.

The property address is difficult for first time finding. There is a difference between the pointed official address in Booking and the actual one. The WiFi connection in the aparment needs of frequent restarting.

Location was perfect - central but off the main busy road

The apartment was situated in a safe quarter, in a quiet street, but very close to a busy boulevard where you can find anything you need - restaurants, eateries, shops, etc. There is large Carrefour, a shop for alcohol and numerous other shops very near the apartment. The apartment was beautifully furnished, with a big leaving room and well equpped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The were air conditioners in each room and it was very useful. Mina is an amazing host, very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend!

Segunda vez que nos alojamos, ideal para quienes prefieren alojarse fuera de la Medina. Todo estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. Su ubicación es céntrica, segura y de fácil acceso, cerca de cafeterías, tiendas y centros comerciales. Una opción altamente recomendable por su confort, limpieza.

Bel appartement spacieux dans le quartier de Gueliz, propre et dans une rue calme tout proche de la plupart des lieux touristique. Amina une dame très charmante et reactive. J adorais y séjourner a nouveau lors de ma prochaine visite à Marrakech. Merci pour ce moment inoubliable.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet appartement avec mes parents âgés et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche de toutes les commodités, et surtout d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout était parfaitement à disposition, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans manquer de rien. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est Mina. Son accueil a été remarquable : elle nous a reçus bien plus tôt que prévu, avec une grande flexibilité et beaucoup de gentillesse. Elle est restée disponible tout au long du séjour, répondant à nos questions, que ce soit sur Marrakech ou sur d’autres aspects pratiques. Son attention particulière envers mes parents m’a beaucoup touchée ; elle a su se montrer à la fois bienveillante et prévenante. Grâce à elle, notre séjour a été fluide, confortable et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation et nous recommandons vivement cet appartement, autant pour sa qualité que pour l’accueil exceptionnel de Mina.

Il n y a rien a aime dans mon séjour ni le comportement de la propriétaire avec son harcèlement 24/24 a me demander a faire des virements et appartement tres tres sale

À mon arrivée, la propriétaire m’a demandé 20 € de frais de ménage alors qu’ils étaient déjà inclus dans la facture. Elle a également réclamé un paiement par virement pour la taxe de séjour (40 €), alors que nous étions convenus de la laisser sur place. Elle a ensuite tenté d’imposer un supplément de 20 € par personne et par nuit, alors que le tarif affiché sur Booking est identique pour 2, 3 ou 4 personnes. Ce type de demande, non prévu au contrat, est totalement injustifié, en plu elle demande un virement hors booking. De plus, j’ai trouvé les draps sales à mon arrivée, et chaque matin des travaux bruyants commençaient dès 8h, ce qui n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce. L’appartement était également annoncé avec un lave-vaisselle, mais celui-ci était absent. Lorsque j’ai demandé à écourter mon séjour et à être remboursé pour les nuits restantes, on m’a simplement répondu de voir avec Booking, sans solution proposée. Cet appartement est mal entretenu, bruyant, ne correspond pas à son annonce et est géré de manière peu professionnelle. Je déconseille vivement à d’autres voyageurs.

Beautiful apartment, really spacious and clean. All amenities provided and everything worked as it should, including WiFi. Great location - walking distance to the centre but in a peaceful area. The host, Mina, is exceptionally helpful and kind. I really loved the balcony - great place to chill and get some fresh air. Highly recommend!

Geweldig verblijf! Heel erg bedankt voor het warme welkom en de fijne communicatie! We voelden ons meteen thuis. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en het verblijf was echt van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben enorm genoten en komen graag nog eens terug. Zeker een aanrader! Hartelijke groet.

nice apartment. access by door code or card. good location near gueliz square. the apartment is modern and spacious localized in a secure neighborhood. the beds are firm but very comfy. all the facilities are working. the host *Mina is super commutative and eager to help in every circumstance.

Z-House was a peaceful and spacious oasis for us in the bustling Marrakech! The apartment is super well appointed and Mina, the host, has put a lot of love, care, and details into the setup. We had everything we needed for a long weekend stay and even for a more extended stay. We loved the firm mattresses (typical of Morocco) and the spacious rain shower. It was also possible for us to do a bit of laundry before we left. The location is in the center of Gueliz and we were within waking distance to everything in the new city. Check in was straight forward with key code entry, provided on the day. Above all, Mina was super communicative and accommodating, even for our late check out due to our evening flight departure. She even helped arrange for us airport transport. And she was very patient with all of our questions and requests! We most definitely would like to return for a longer stay. Do not hesitate to book for your trip to Marrakech, you will not regret! Thank you again, Mina!

Keep in mind the street is being built up with new construction so during the daytime you will encounter construction noise. This shouldn't be an issue if you are out and about during the day.
