The power cord for the induction cooker has severely degraded insulation, exposing live wiring and posing a direct fire and shock risk. Additionally, the electric kettle leaks completely from its base, creating an electrical safety hazard. The HVAC air filter is heavily clogged and requires immediate replacement to prevent airflow contamination. Furthermore, the mattress protector beneath the bed sheet was stained with visible fluids and stray hair, necessitating a complete replacement. The flooring beneath the beds, room corners, and table surfaces have accumulated significant dust and debris, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Please address these safety and sanitary deficiencies immediately or arrange for an alternative room assignment.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Mit unserem ersten Zimmer waren wir nicht zufrieden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten bestellt, es war nur eines. Aber das Schlimmste war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht ging. Und jetzt das Gute. Wir sind in ein neues Zimmer gezogen , dort hat alles funktioniert. Der Mann vom Roomservice hat uns sogar geholfen bein Umziehen.

Der Fön war mit einem europäischen Stecker, was nicht zum Zimmer gepasst hat.

They have 4 lift , but only ONE IS FUCTIONING. during the day of checked out, i have to carry all my bags and use the stairs instead since i had been waiting for the lify all most 30 minutes, it was so tiring since my room is on the 4th floor and the stairs are also confusing. Theres also a few more guest that also wanted to checked out also follow us due too long waiting.

No clear instructions were given ahead before arrival. After asking only send us video on parking etc. Even that video also lead us to the wrong lift entrance that we cannot enter without access card.

Permandangan bangunan hotel yang tak siap tiada kemudahan penapis air atau mendapatkan bekalan minuman yang mudah, ketiadaan pemanas air, bilik tiada botol air mineral langsung, sabun mandi tak ditambah, serta bilik berbau. Kebersihan agak mengecewakan, tiada arahan atau panduan lokasi diberikan untuk mendaftar masuk apabila sampai di lokasi hotel, telah membuang masa serta lewat untuk ke tempat yang ingin di kunjungi dengan temu janji terpaksa dibatalkan atas sebab kelewatan daftar masuk serta kak akses yang bermasalah tidak boleh scan kerana sarungnya yang rosak. Reviewed Jul 7, 2025I took a 2 bedroom suite. The space was ok. Appartment is clean and has full kitchen equipments but we didn’t use it.
The location is far from restaurants and attractions. There is a downstairs grocery which is open till 2 am. For food you have to order and pick up from B3 drop off location. We were hoping to find some nearby markets or restaurants.
