Мы останавливались в Hotel Black Pearl с 31.08 по 01.09 и в целом остались очень довольны пребыванием. 🛏 Номер Номер был довольно комфортным и уютным. Он небольшой, но для двух человек размещение вполне подходящее. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: кофе, чай и вода, электрический чайник, сейф, шкаф для вещей, Wi-Fi и удобные спальные места. Ванная комната также хорошо оборудована: в душе предоставляются гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер, есть чистые полотенца и фен. 📍 Расположение и развлечения Отель находится на достаточно оживлённой и насыщенной улице, где расположено множество магазинов — от украшений и одежды до различных сладостей и других товаров. В пешей доступности можно найти парк, несколько известных мечетей, а также пройти к набережной, где приятно прогуляться, полюбоваться морем и выпить ароматный кофе с выпечкой. Также отель предлагает своим гостям поездки на круизном лайнере — можно выбрать дневной или вечерний круиз. Цены показались нам вполне приемлемыми. Отель организует трансфер до лайнера и обратно после завершения поездки, что очень удобно. Если же вы хотите самостоятельно выбрать круиз, на набережной также достаточно много предложений. Там можно найти разные варианты поездок и узнать подробности о программах и мероприятиях, которые проходят во время круиза. 🔐 Безопасность В отеле используется электронная ключ-карта, поэтому посторонние люди не смогут попасть в ваш номер без доступа к ключу. Что касается безопасности на улицах и в различных заведениях, советую быть внимательными. Не стоит сразу соглашаться на различные предложения от местных жителей и продавцов — лучше самостоятельно перепроверять информацию о местах, которые вы хотите посетить. Также рекомендую иметь под рукой переводчик или хотя бы знать базовый английский язык, поскольку языковой барьер иногда может создавать сложности. И отдельный совет — внимательно относитесь к деньгам и покупкам.

The location is very central and the staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is very good.

The family room requires maintenance. The floor is seriously damaged because of a leaking airconditioning (you need to put towels on the floor so as not to hear the dripping). The bathroom has cracked tiles and the grouting is old and dirty. The toilet seat is loose. There are no bedside lamps and the sheets have holes. Furthermore, we got three towels for a family of five. Our room was on the street side of the building. If you are a light sleeper, you will be bothered by the noise of the tram.

Great location, super kind and helpful staff, fine breakfast. It is a good option for Istanbul and good value for money.

Trams just behind the windows (despite double-glazed windows mind that if you sleep lightly). Generally clean but some places could be cleaner (e.g. corners in the shower, aircon, curtains). Our room was quite old and not what you typically get and expect from 9-10 rating (maybe other rooms are better).

Ottima posizione nel cuore di Sultanahmet. Stanza luminosa e arieggiata. Presenza condizionatore. Staff super friendly e disponibile: portato valigie in stanza, comunicato con driver per drop-off e pick-up per aiutarci, fornito tappi per le orecchie e mediato con lavoratori notturni per cercare di ridurre rumori. Colazione abbondante, orientata al salato più che al dolce. Pulizia impeccabile.

Scale ripide per arrivare in stanza, no ascensore. Bagno cieco senza finestra. Bassa insonorizzazione: rumori notturni causati da tram e da lavori in corso purtroppo hanno reso le notti un po' insonni. Struttura un po' datata, ma compensata dal fattore umano cha fa di tutto per aiutarti. Giudizio complessivo non può che essere positivo.

Super śniadania, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. W pokoju było czysto i codziennie o tę czystość dbano. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja.

Żeby dojść do windy w naszej części hotelu, trzeba było przejść przez wąski korytarz i schody, co z większą walizką lub dla osób z ograniczoną ruchomością może być uciążliwe. Z klimatyzacji trochę kapało.

Absoluta falta de aislamiento acústico. Había obras por la noche en la calle donde se ubica el hotel y el nivel de sonoridad en la habitación era altísimo. Igualmente se escuchaba el paso del tranvía por la calle del hotel.

В номере было абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Персонал невероятно приветливый и добродушный, всегда готовый помочь по любому вопросу. Отдельная благодарность сотруднице отеля (к сожалению, не запомнили имя) — спасибо за вашу заботу и отзывчивость! ​Завтраки очень порадовали: вкусные, сытные и разнообразные. ​Локация — просто 10 из 10. Отель расположен в самом центре, в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей: Голубой мечети (Султанахмет), Святой Софии (Ая-София) и других интересных мест. Рядом находится вся необходимая инфраструктура: множество кафе, ресторанов, продуктовых и других магазинов. Location отлично подходит как для поездок с семьей, так и с друзьями. ​Также отель любезно организовал для нас трансфер. Нас встретили и отвезли обратно в аэропорт на комфортабельном и просторном Mercedes Sprinter — хватило места и для всех пассажиров, и для багажа. ​Мы остались очень довольны поездкой, всё прошло просто супер! Обязательно вернемся снова и рекомендуем этот отель всем!

La amabilidad del personal sin duda lo mejor. Es un hotel con todo lo necesario para un viaje de turismo, muy bien ubicado y con un desayuno muy variado! Nuestra habitación muy amplia, tuve una incidencia con el agua caliente que se solucionó de forma rápida y eficaz.

Очень понравился отель и персонал! Отель расположен в непосредственной близости от большинства достопримечательностей, так что можно дойти пешком до Большой Софии, Голубой мечети и др. Очень заботливый персонал, почти все говорят по-русски, что тоже приятно :) Помогли нам с трансфером от и до аэропорта, дали в дорогу бутерброды, так как мы не успевали на завтрак. Спасибо, ребята! Прекрасные разнообразные завтраки каждый день, чистота, в номере не слышно соседей, вид из окна - всё было здорово! Мы обязательно остановимся там же, если вернёмся в Стамбул. Очень рекомендую!

Letti purtroppo molto scomodi. Albergo vecchiotto. Colazione sufficente.

No es mi primera estadía en este hotel y volvería a elegirlo por varias razones. La ubicación es excelente. Se puede llegar a pie a distintos puntos turísticos tales como Santa Sofía, Mezquita Azul y la cisterna Basílica. La parada del tranvía N°1 se encuentra a pocos metros. También cerca está la costanera Eminönü desde donde salen los barcos por el Bósforo. Las instalaciones del hotel son cómodos, todo limpio. El servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas es diario. En la habitación hay heladera y una tetera. Te dejan agua, té y café. También puedes pedir a cualquier hora té o café en el lobby del hotel. El desayuno es abundante y variado. Quiero destacar el excelente servicio del personal. Todos los empleados son muy amables, hospitalarios y dispuestos a ayudar. Especialmente quiero agradecerles a Arslan y Anvar por su hospitalidad y calidez humana.

Las cortinas no son muy gruesas y entra bastante luz por la mañana. Teniendo en cuenta que en verano amanece a las 5, es algo incómodo.

La situación es magnífica y el personal excelente

Tiene algún aspecto mejorable, como todo en la vida, pero en general muy bien

Номер соответствует фото, комфортно разместились 4 взрослых и двое детей. Расположен очень удобно, рядом исторический центр, остановка трамвая, множество точек питания. Уборка, смена полотенец ежедневно, клали чай, кофе, бутылки с водой. Есть лифт, завтрак - шведский стол. Замечательный персонал, готовы помочь по всем вопросам! Организовали нам трансферы и все время были на связи. А особенно хочу поблагодарить Ирину - нашу палочку-выручалочку! Человек с душой относится к своей работе, благодаря ей наше путешествие стало еще приятнее.

The staff were really friendly and provided everything we needed. The room was clean and serviced daily. There was no noise or disturbing sound. The hotel itself is in a good location.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, cerca de los puntos más importantes a conocer en la ciudad: Santa Sofía, Basílica Cisterna, Mezquita Azul a 5 minutos a pie. Bares, restaurantes, roof tops, vida activa todo el día, pero muy cómodo para dormir. La proporción de calidad, precio y condiciones de estadía, fue perfecta. El personal, sobre todo Irina y Ertan en la recepción, fueron fabulosos; gentiles en la atención y en la organización de nuestros días. Sin duda, volveremos

Quizás, por decir algo, los cinco escalones que hay que subir para llegar al ascensor; de resto, nada que observar.

Постоянная ежедневная замена белья, все необходимое для чая были предоставлены. Мы довольны отелем..

Staff were brilliant, strange for them to try and sell tours as you book in, but no major problem. The room was a decent size and comfortable with Air Con, but no bedside light, so unable to read at night when in bed. Cleaned daily and free water provided, but they should move the bed and fridge occasionally and clean under there as was very dusty when I dropped something under the bed. Continental Breakfast spread with was extensive. Would certainly recommend the hotel.

Die Lage ist großartig. Direkt vorm Hotel fährt die Straßenbahn, aber es auch alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Fünfbettzimmer. Es wurde täglich gereinigt, die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch sehr groß. Trotzdem das Zimmer auf die Einkaufsstraße ausgerichtet war, war es in der Nacht sehr ruhig.

L'atenció del personal de recepció és excepcional, i compensa moltes altres coses. Ens van ajudar molt en un trasllat de retorn (que no havíem contractat amb ells). La ubicació és molt bona però no pot arribar taxi a la porta i, a més, no ho recomano perquè els tais triguem més a apropar-te que si ho fas caminant

L'hotel és una mica vell, i el lloc d'esmorzar no és gaire còmode. Un dia no sortia aigua calenta i van dir que era problema general (obres al carrer)

Personal äusserst freundlich & hilfsbereit. Da unser Flug erst am Abend war, durften wir die Koffer noch den ganzen Tag im Hotel lassen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Bettwäsche und Badtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt und die Minibar (Wasser, Kaffee, Tee) wurde ebenfalls täglich aufgefüllt. Als 4 köpfige Familie hatten wir die ganze Etage samt grosser Terrasse für uns. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants direkt vor der Tür.

Jednoznacne personal - od uvodneho privitania s tureckym cajom a dzusom pre deti, cez priebeznu vysoko usluznu a promptnu starostlivost, milu komunikaciu s detmi, cez ochotu riesit vsetky bezne potreby hosti bol pristup ludi z hotela na velmi osobnej, ludskej a profi urovni. Taky pristup sme nezazili ani v omnoho drahsich hoteloch v inych destinaciach. Ked sme si cez hotel zaplatili transfer na letisko, a transfer napr. po hodine cakania nayse nedosiel, ihned to riesili a zaplatili nam taxik, ktory stal viac nez sme platili hotelu za povodny transfer. Hotel nam v podstate plne zabezpecil vodu - pitny rezim na cely pobyt. Poloha bola v uplnom centre, asi 10 minut peso od hlavnych atrakcii ako Hagia Sofia, modra mesita, Basilika cistern, Gulhane parku a tiez v pesej dostupnosti na bazare ci do pristavu pri Galatskom moste. Asi pol minuty chodze od elektricky T1. Vyhodou tohto ubytovania boli aj ivh prijatelne storno podmienky, zvlast,, ked cestujete s detmi. Izba 601 - priestranna, s terasou, toaletne potreby, kupelna s wc ciste, idealne pre 4 clennu rodinu. Za nas vynikajuci pomer cena / hodnota.

Jedinym mensim negativom bolo, ze parketova podlaha v izbe nebola najcistejsia, t.j. mohla byt priebezne vysavana/mopnuta, ale vzhladom na ochotu pesonalu, keby sme ich o to osobitne ziadali, urcite by to zariadili.... Taktiez lozko nachadzajuce sa v zadnej casti miestnosti bolo umiestnne pri okne, cez ktore bolo dost pocut vzduchotechniku na streche budovy. Urcite vsak nic, co bh nebolo prezitelne.

Voor deze prijs was het echt top, beter hadden we het niet kunnen verwachten. Alles was perfect geregeld, met duidelijke informatie over de buurt, hulp bij taxi en openbaar vervoer en zelfs advies over de wisselkoers. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. De locatie is ideaal en vlakbij de tram, dus perfect om de omgeving te verkennen. Het ontbijt is wat eenvoudig, maar gezien hoe goed de rest is, stoort dat eigenlijk helemaal niet.

Location was exceptional. The family room we stayed in was quite spacious with a balcony.

La atención de todo el personal fue maravillosa, muy atentos y amables. El desayuno era espectacular, con un montón de opciones. La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de Santa Sofía.

Simplemente que hay que subir un pequeño tramo de escaleras para llegar al ascensor, pero nada realmente importante.

This was my second stay in Hotel Black Pearl/Tulip. The hotel has perfect location very close to the main attractions. Side entrance to Gülhane park is just across the street. We really enjoyed our family trip. Breakfast was delicious with enough choices. Comfortable beds and spacious room. We stayed in the family room in upper floor. Staff was very welcoming and very helpful. Especially Iryna. We surely will come back to Istanbul and stay in this hotel again.

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen en het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De tramhalte ligt op slechts enkele meters van het hotel, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel en praktisch maakt. We komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug.

La ubicación es inmejorable para visitar la ciudad. El personal fue realmente agradable y atento. El traslado al aeropuerto nos resultó comodísimo. Relación calidad precio muy buena .

Everything was great - from first interaction with hotel about transfer till the day we left: location is amazing, big room was more than enough for 4 people, breakfast buffet had everything you’ll need to start the day. Special thank you to the administrator Irina, she’s very welcoming and friendly, and made our stay feel like home.

Very nice hotel! The location was perfect, close to Agia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand bazar and Galata bridge. The stuff was very kind and helpful. We come back definitely!

La proximité des lieux touristiques est un véritable atout. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement 5 à 10 minutes à pied des mosquées Sainte-Sophie et Mosquée bleue, ainsi que du quartier d’Eminönü. Une ligne de tramway se trouve juste à côté de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. De nombreux restaurants se situent au pied de l’établissement et dans les rues avoisinantes, ainsi que des boutiques. La propreté des chambres est irréprochable : le ménage est effectué quotidiennement, avec changement des serviettes et ajout de bouteilles d’eau. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et attentionné. Ils ont su répondre à toutes nos attentes. Nous avons rencontré un souci dans la première chambre lors de la première nuit, et ils n’ont pas hésité à nous en proposer une autre immédiatement. Nous avons également eu un problème avec un chauffeur de taxi, et le manager est intervenu sans hésiter pour régler la situation. Pour notre départ à 4h du matin, le personnel nous a même préparé des sacs à emporter contenant un jus, un sandwich et une pomme, une attention particulièrement appréciable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Je recommande vivement et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter. ⭐️

La première nuit, nous avons eu une chambre côté route/tram, ce qui était assez bruyant. Heureusement, le personnel a rapidement su nous proposer une autre chambre. La salle de bain mériterait une petite rénovation.. Au petit-déjeuner, comme celui-ci se situe dans le hall, il faisait un peu froid. Ce ne sont vraiment que des détails qui n’ont en rien gâché notre séjour , nous avons passé 4 jours incroyables grâce à la gentillesse et au professionnalisme du personnel.

El alojamiento no era el Hotel que yo contraté, Black pearl era el Black Tulip , un anexo al otro hotel , más pequeño pero muy limpio ( agradecerlo al personal) y muy acogedor y silencioso ; se descansaba de 10 por lo que decidimos no poner ninguna reclamación al respecto.

Quizás echamos en falta tostadora y pan normal y tomate y aceite y algo más de dulces “europeos” como croissants y tostadas en desayuno. También la accesibilidad por las escaleras muy pinas de la entrada. Todo mejora con las recomendaciones de Irina , muy atenta y simpática y que te explica todo fenomenal. Gracias también a Ertan y Enver que nos atendieron muy amables.

Great stay at Hotel Black PearlHotel Black Pearl Four friends and I spent last weekend in Istanbul and we could not have chosen a better hotel for our stay. Charming place, great location close to the most popular landmarks of Istanbul, reachable on foot. Just a short walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern, with many other historical sites nearby. Plenty of shops and restaurants around with delicious food to match any taste. Which is very practical, while waiting for the transfer you can have a quick lunch or make a last- minute jump to the next street to buy souvenirs. The room was large, spacious, with comfortable beds and a fridge, carefully cleaned every day, daily fresh towels and fresh bottle of water for each of us. Every morning, breakfast was very rich, fresh, delicious, and varied. From the moment we arrived at Hotel Black Pearl, we felt truly welcomed. The receptionist charmed us with his politeness, willingness to help and kindness. The staff took great care of us the whole time, they really went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed, so we really felt like princesses :). Special thanks to Furkan. He was incredibly kind and helpful, last day he assisting us with tour booking and airport transfer, because we had incomplete information from our agency. He kindly called and arranged everything for us, saving us the stress of the last day. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Black Pearl for going above and beyond to make our trip one we’ll always remember.
