Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Schoon, modern en hygienisch van binnen mooi met lekkere bedden, Fijne douche . Het personeel is vriendelijk en alhoewel ze niet op locatie zijn reageren ze snel op berichten en lossen ze eventuele vragen zo snel mogelijk op. De locatie is top, met een supermarkt dichtbij en ook klein winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Dichtbij een bushalte. Super fijn!

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026On arrival the hotel was very welcoming and offering any assistance with our trip . The staff were professional and friendly and remembered my name always . It was a nice touch . We also liked the location.. great for getting around Oslo on the metro or for trips further out by train . We felt safe in the area . There is a gym and swimming pool nearby plus a big supermarket and some restaurants and coffee shops.

The locks for the building were not immediately available and I had to contact the property to get them, despite following all the instructions given. Though there was prompt support, I had to wait for the response in chilling cold, texting them as I couldn't enter the building without the lock.

Die Beschreibung bei Booking.com - innen liegender Pool?! - zwei Restaurants?! - 4 Sterne Hotel?! Davon hatten wir nichts vorgefunden. - erst ab 18 Uhr Zugang ist einfach zu spät.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Rommet var veldig rent, varmt og utstyrt med alt jeg trengte. Beliggenheten var utmerket, med vakre og rolige omgivelser, men likevel nær et Kiwi-supermarked, samt restauranter og kaffebarer. Busstasjonen lå rett over gaten, perfekt for en kort pendling inn til byen. T-banestasjonen lå veldig nært, i gangavstand, og det var også en parkeringsplass ved siden av.

La posizione era ottima, con un ambiente splendido e tranquillo, ma comunque vicino a un supermercato e a una farmacia, oltre a ristoranti e bar. La stazione degli autobus era di fronte all'hotel, il che era perfetto per un breve tragitto in città. La stazione della metropolitana era molto vicina, raggiungibile a piedi, e c'era anche un parcheggio per le auto accanto.

The location was perfect and quiet but still near the supermarket. The bus station was right in front of the hotel which was perfect for a quick ride into the city. The metro station was at a 4 minute walk and there was a parking area for cars too.

I also really like the self-check-in, it was very easy, although I had some problems connecting to the app in the beginning, they were very quick to answer my questions and guide me. The shared bathroom was not also a problem as the place was not crowded at all. I totally recommend this place.
For the long-term stays, it would be very convenient to have a mini fridge in the rooms or access to the kitchen.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Det var kort vei til skolen jeg går på. Stille og rolig miljø. Grei løsning på hvordan man kommer seg inn i leiligheten og at kollektiv er så nærme Butikk rett utenfor slik at man kunne kjøpe litt lett mat å spise på rommet..
Kunne kanskje vært litt bedre seng. Døren inn til leiligheten knirket veldig når den ble åpnet og dette våknet man av da folk kom inn. At jeg måtte bruke et lite håndkle til alt i 4 dager.

アプリで鍵の開け閉めをすること。そのアプリが立ち上がらないとか､途中で（旅の2日目）不調になり開け閉めができなくなるなど、今考えると考えたくないくらいの恐怖感がありました。宿のオーナーに何度もヘルプのお願いをしましたが、完全に無視されました。booking．comを通した宿との連絡チャットみたいなものは全く意味がありませんでした。booking．comにも直接、ヘルプのお願いをしましたが、全く力になってくれませんでした。だから､この宿に4泊しましたが、後半の2泊は宿から出ることが出来ませんでした。もし外出して､戻って来た時に､入れなくなったら､荷物は置き去り､寒空に凍え､死ぬ可能性だってあります。今回の件は､絶対に許せません。私のオスロの観光の機会を奪ったばかりでなく、精神的に深く傷つきました。アプリとの格闘で何時間もかかり､ようやく､解錠できたと思ったら、次の日には、エラーが出続けるというイライラの連続でした。後半､2泊は､部屋のドアに障害物を挟み状況が分かるような貼り紙をして､近所のスーパーマーケットにだけは買い物に行きました。飲食しなければ､死にますからね。宿の関係者は全く､私のそのような状況には、気づかないのか､気づいても無視しているのか、改善の兆しは全くなかったです。本当にこんな宿は無くなればいいとさえ思っています。ただの金儲けのためなら宿泊業はやめてもらいたいです。宿泊業は､お客さんの笑顔のためになれる人がやってほしいです。客を悲惨な状況も無視できる人，客のヘルプの叫びを察知するシステムも持ち合わせないような業者？人？は宿泊業から今すぐ去って欲しいです。booking．comさんは、今まで信頼して宿の予約はいつもそちらでしていましたが、今回の一件で考えが変わりました。困っている客を見捨てる会社に未来はないと思います。できれば、後半の2泊分のホテル代金を返して欲しいです。それから､あの監視カメラは何ですか？客のプライバシーの一部を監視するのは絶対に許せません。それから､ホテル名があの建物のどこにも明記されてないのはあまりにも不親切です。何のためのホテル名変更ですか？

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025The location is quite fine, even though there are lots of constructions in the city. The building from the outside looks appealing and I (single female traveler) felt safe in the area.
I never write reviews, but this time, after I paid 850 nok for one night in the hotel, I felt like I had to tell others about the standard. I didn't expect anything special. However, the cleanliness makes me wonder about the total review of this place (8.00). The bed was disgusting. The bedsheets weren't changed before my arrival, and there was no other in the wardrobe, so I could change it myself. I slept with the head on my jacket because of the hair and suspicious marks (after some liquids...) on the sheets. The trash was left in the room, and the towel also looked like it had already been used. There was some random object on the floor - shaver?? I didn't feel welcomed in the house because of multiple notes about fees for doing this or that, and the contract with the owner was rather difficult. I was calling several times, but he only texted me after a while, so the 'emergency' phone call doesn't really work in this 'hotel'.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2025The staff were helpful and messaged you before your stay to make sure everything is fine. They explained the digital mechanism for opening locks too. The neighbourhood is clean, with a bus station near you and a T-bane metro station that is also like a 5 minutes walk. A supermarket is near, and there are small (but peaceful and good looking) recreational green areas around the building.
The locks mechanism has some rare buggy moments. And if you don't have access to online data outside the building, it will be hard to fix the bugs. Nothing major though, if you understand the apps once, it will work fine. You need two apps. One for the building door, and one for the apartment door.

In the room I had a comfortable bed, a big wardrobe, mirror with shelf and a desk with a chair and cup holder. The bathroom was clean. As for food, there is a restaurant, supermarket and coffee shop that serves nice pizza too. It is 5 minute walk to the metro and 2 minutes to the bus stop. The city center is 15 minutes away by metro.
The wifi was excellent and the place is worth the money so I wouldn't ask for more

Checkin was easy by mobile app. They sent checkin information after the booking through booking.com messages inbox. Better to apply the instructions in the message before going there to go in straight away. It took me 5 minutes only. As for the place itself, it is new, modern and clean. There is all what I needed and suitable for both long and short stays. The pharmacy across the street was useful and the supermarket had all varieties.
The price gives good value for money so can't ask for more.

Check-in was straightforward after following the instructions sent previously. The room and bathroom were comfortable. The supermarket was open till 11 pm. Das Schlüsselsystem ist eine Katastrophe. Man muss sich allein um in die Wohnung zu gegangen 2 Apps runterladen, wobei dann natürlich Probleme beim Hinzufügen des digitalen Schlüssels bei mir auftraten. Nachdem mir der Telefonservice mit dem ersten Gespräch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen konnte, wurden meine Anrufe für die nächste halbe Stunde ignoriert und erst als ich es über ein weiteres Gerät versucht habe angenommen (ich möchte hier Niemanden etwas unterstellen, aber fand es merkwürdig). Insgesamt eine unnötig stressige Erfahrung, die man mit einem Schlüsselkasten ganz einfach hätte umgehen können.

The owner was not responsive at all on the booking. The toilet paper ran out on the third day of my stay and it took the owner almost two days to fix this. They were more responsive on WhatsApp but it still took more than a day to refill the toilet paper which is unacceptable.

Too hard to get in. You have two download 3 apps and follow to many instructions. Check in only from 6pm. The linen was dirty from the last booking Location is too faraway from everything One day before your check in they start sending a lot of messages with stricted rules and saying to avoid comtacting them.
