Reviewed Dec 31, 2025The female staff at the front desk were always smiling, which was great. Even though I arrived one hour early, they allowed me to check into my room. The hotel is also close to the ferry terminal and major tourist attractions.
The overall property is quite old and worn. The lighting was weak, making the room quite dim. The walls are thin, and I could clearly hear voices and sounds from the neighboring rooms and the hallway.

There was only one electrical outlet available. The pillows provided were only for 2 pillow , and we had to rent extra pillows.

The room i stayed was a bit noisy during the day but that's not entirely bad, it got me up to start my adventure in labuan. Overall the people got me planned my third visit going to labuan this month. I hope the GOVT do invest abit more in this island (borneo).
