La pisicina y las habitaciones funciona aire acondicionado muy bien y tiene ducha hidromasaje.

Riad molto carino, pulito, tranquillo, personale cordiale. Camera carina, giuste dimensioni, doccia spaziosa. Personalmente aggiungerei un piccolo armadio per poter appendere qualche vestito, il posto c'è e metterei due asciugamani in più, veniva fornito solo un asciugamano a testa per la doccia. Il personale è stato comunque molto disponibile e in seguito alla nostra richiesta è stato portato asciugamano per il viso e sono state cambiate le lampadine non funzionanti delle lampade. La posizione non è male ma non vicinissima alla Piazza principale, per raggiungerla ci vogliono 20 minuti di caos per le vie e due viuzze in cui non c'è nulla (ma non abbiamo mai avuto timore anche la sera). L'ingresso non è invitante in questo momento, di fronte è stata distrutta una casa ed è un ammasso di immondizia, ma bisogna accettare la cultura...

La colazione buona, ma forse un pò ripetitiva, almeno per noi che siamo rimasti una settimana. Aggiungerei almeno acqua (che era a pagamento) e un succo. Magari un pò più di luce nelle stanze.

The property was exceptional! The hospitality and kindness from staff made you feel very welcomed and right at home. Special mention to Ahmed who welcomed us with some traditional Moroccan tea and sat with us as we exchanged stories, laughs and was overall amazing company! We found all staff to be welcoming and very kind. Staying in such a beautiful traditional riad was beyond exciting and we couldn’t recommend this riad enough!

We don’t have anything that we would change about the property nor do we have any negative feedback.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Lalla Jihane with our family. The location in the heart of the Medina was perfect. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style. The staff was very friendly and always happy to give us great tips for Marrakech. Highly recommended!

El personal súper amable, muy limpio y cómodo

Está alejado del bullicio de la medina pero muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Los trabajadores, Latifa y Mohamed, son muy amables y simpáticos. Está todo impecable y cambian las toallas a diario, lo que se agradece mucho. El desayuno es bueno y abundante.

Breakfast was a bit small and we were charged for the breakfast coffee afterwards without being told that it's not included.

Que cada día cambian las bajeras, la habitación muy acogedora con todos las amenidades, la amabilidad de los propietarios, sobretodo la atención por parte de Mohammed.

El riad es muy bonito y las habitaciones muy cómodas pero loque más nos gustó fue el trato por parte del personal. Tuvimos una cálida bienvenida por parte de Mohamed que nos ayudó para encontrar el alohamiento y nos trajo agua y café de madrugada..Por la mañana la simpatía de Shaima nis cautivó y Latida estuvo muy atenta en todo momento. Tienen una joya de personal que hizo que nuestra estancia en este ryad fuese maravilloso

Gostei particularmente da sensação de estar em casa. Essa sensação foi-me dada por todos os funcionários, com destaque luminoso para 2. O incansável Mohamed, sempre a tentar ajudar e a procurar formas de tornar a estadia e experiência marroquina mais agradável e familiar, e sem o qual ainda estaríamos à procura do transfer para o aeroporto; e a mais simpática mulher de todos os ofícios, Sabira, que nos recebeu como uma mãe e nos cozinhou o primeiro almoço marroquino.

L'accueil et l'amabilité ont été parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées dans l'esprit de la médina. La terrasse est agréable et la petite piscine est rafraîchissante. Latifa, Sabira et Mohamed ont été aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner, bien qu'il se fasse un peu attendre, est très bien et le repas du midi sur commande est parfait également.

Le riad est un peu sonore. On entend tout le monde quelque soit l'heure et il y a malheureusement toujours des personnes peu respectueuses de leur voisin de chambre. Heureusement il n'y a que 6 chambres et nous en prenions la moitié rien qu'à nous seuls. Le petit déjeuner est un peu tardif à partir de 8h30 et plutot 8h45 le temps de la préparation car il est préparé sur place pour l'essentiel. Cela peut être un problème pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter des heures matinales et plus fraîches pour visiter la ville ou par exemple le jardin Majorelle en évitant la foule. Enfin, cela n'est pas propre au riad mais dans le quartier beaucoup de personnes vous dirons que la rue est bloquée et voudrons se faire payer pour vous conduire à destination...ou pas et même pour faire 20m quand vous arrivez dans l'impasse du riad. Une fois que l'on sait cela on y prête plus attention mais cela peut être un peu déroutant et agaçant.

Le Riad est bien situé, on peut faire tout le centre à pied ! La chambre était très confortable, propre, bien décorée. Tout le riad était vraiment beau, et le personnel est adorable ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Mohamed et Latifa qui étaient accueillant et bienveillant. Ambiance chaleureuse, calme, petit plus avec la piscine !

La porte et la fenêtre de la chambre ne sont pas très isolantes, on entend les gens parlaient. Mais Riad plutôt calme dans l'ensemble.

Ens van fer un sopar exquisit, la pastela i el cuscus estaven molt bons. La piscina està genial ara a l’estiu i l’esmorzar és bastant complert, els propietaris sempre estan dispossats a ajudar, ens ha encantat

O Riad é incrível! Desde as mensagens na véspera com dicas sobre como chegar à cidade até o final, a experiência foi maravilhosa. A equipe é muito atenciosa e está disponível todo o tempo para que tenhamos a melhor experiência possível. A decoração do quarto é linda, gostamos muito de ter dois chuveiros no banheiro, um de cada tipo. A localização é muito boa e chegamos com muita facilidade aos lugares turísticos dentro da Medina. Um obrigada especial à Latifa e Mohammed que foram muito atenciosos e gentis conosco.

This is a nice old building in the medina. The rooftop and swimming pool are lovely. They also do a delicious breakfast in the morning.

The rooms are quite outdated, especially the bedding. The sheets are old and have holes, and the pillows are very stained and yellow. The location is okay (a 20 minute walk to the main square), but a bit isolated in a back corner of the medina. The staff were nice but quite overbearing, bringing up tips and “10/10” reviews over five times during our stay. They even requested that we complete the review while still there in the morning - I wonder if this is why they have so many 10/10 reviews… For the price, you can probably do better elsewhere in Marrakesh.

Quel plaisir de passer la porte, laissant derrière soi toute la frénésie de la Médina, pour aller se détendre dans la piscine ou sur la terrasse. Le Riad est magnifique, l'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de Marrakech mais suffisamment à l'écart pour que ce soit calme et reposant. Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis avec des petites attentions qui font plaisirs. Le personnel a été au petit soin avec nous, nous a donné des conseils et nous a beaucoup aidé durant ce séjour. Le petit déjeuné était délicieux. Merci à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse, nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Nous avons eu un acceuil chaleureux de Latifa et Mohamed, sont de très bon conseils et disponibles au besoin. Nous avons apprécié leur proposition de mettre notre scooter en location à l’intérieur pour plus de sécurité et de pouvoir profiter de la piscine intérieur.

Even though it was hot outside but the moment you enter in Riad it’s like 15 degrees less. They have a small pool inside which was plus also. They offered us dinner for a day as well which was so good. Thank you Ahmed and latifa made our stay in Marrakech so good.

La experiencia en este Riad ha sido maravilloso, el personal es muy amable y siempre estaba pendiente de cualquier detalle, se acercaron para recogernos, la segunda noche nos hicieron una cena muy rica que pudimos degustar en el patio del Riad (todo de forma gratuita). El check-in nos dejaron hacerlo antes ya que nuestro vuelvo llegó a Marrakech a las 6:00 también nos dieron ese día el desayuno, el desayuno está bastante bien y muy rico. Nos han hecho la estancia en Marrakech muy amena sin duda cuando volvamos lo haremos en este fabuloso Riad. Gracias de corazón a todos los trabajadores, sois encantadores 🥰🫶🏻

Personnel adorable, excellent service. Le déjeuner ainsi que le repas sont délicieux et copieux. L’endroit est bien placé (pas très loin des lieux de rdv pour les excursions, bons restaurants un peu plus loin) et le personnel est très arrangeant pour discuter avec vous des transports ou juste pour vous aider. La propreté est au rendez-vous ! Je recommande fortement 🙏🫶

La gente que gestiona el Riad eran maravillosos hasta tuvieron el detalle de invitarnos a una cena el último día. Muy recomendable

La ubicación ligeramente alejada de la zona turística y al final de un callejón sin salida que puede llegar a dar inseguro. De la zona con más afluencia de turistas está a unos 5 mins caminando, que no es mucho pero pueden ser 5 minutos de caminata inseguros. El zoco y la Medina está a 10-15 minutos caminando. Los taxis es imposible que recojan o te dejen a la puerta.

Super limpio y el personal muy simpatico. Hicimos el check in a las 5am y nos prepararon desayuno, unos genios! 🥰

Funcionários super prestáveis! O atm do aeroporto ficou-nos com o cartão e foram incansáveis a tentar ajudar-nos a resolver o problema. Muito simpáticos com as crianças. O pequeno almoço foi excelente com imensa comida! Os quartos não são espaçosos mas são mais que suficiente. Chuveiro com bastante pressão e água bem quente. Não é central mas é a uma distância prática a pé da maior parte das atrações. A piscina ajudou a refrescar depois de uma manhã agitada.

De riad was goed. We verbleven er maar één nacht. Alles was in orde hier maar het zal me niet bijblijven zoals mijn eerste riad. De kamer zelf was luxe en de badkamer was fantastisch.

Totul a foarte curat, personalul a fost foarte amabil, iar cazarea arată superb. Te simți de parcă ești într-un film . Am contactat proprietatea și au venit să ne ia de unde ne-a lăsat Google maps.

Goeie locatie in de Medina, dichtbij een aantal interessante souks. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kamers zijn proper en in orde. Excellent showers.

Quizas la zona por las noches puede ser algo peligrosa

Un Riad intime au personnel chaleureux. La décoration est soignée, les chambres agréables et l’intérieur reste frais malgré les températures qui peuvent dépasser 40 °C. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et copieux. En bref, super adresse dans la médina !

Les infrastructures (piscine, rooftop) sont très belles, le personnel très sympathique. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui est délicieux avec une belle amplitude horaire. La chambre est très confortable avec une salle de bain incroyable, des toilettes séparées, la climatisation. C'est très propre et le ménage est fait tout les jours. Incroyable rapport qualité prix, je recommande les yeux fermés !

Rien c'était parfait.

tres calme et très propre, chambre confortable et personnel tres disponible et sympathique (surtout Latifa et Aymen). Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Un peu éloigné de la place Jema El Fan mais cela garanti le calme.

És molt bonic. Ens ha agradat molt l’habitació Rubis a la part de dalt. Un allástima que pel temps no hem pogut gaudir de la piscina. Molt net i l’esmorzar marroquí ens ha ahradat molt. No esperis un esmorzar continental, estàs en un Riad a Marrakech! L’atenció molt bona.

Creiem que cal millorar la ubicació a google maps, la localització actual surt com a “OUR HOTEL” una mica més enllà de la ubicació (just on s’acaba el carrer). Com a suggeriment ens hagués agradat trobar un cartell a la porta on digués on digués el nom del Riad i el farolet encés sobretot a la not ja que és un carrer sense sortida. Al ser dubtosa la localització, un noi es va oferir en ajudar-nos (digueu q no la necessiteu), perquè ens va estar exigint i amenaçant si no li donavem propina per l’ajuda. Tot i això la zona és segura, està plena de càmeres de seguretat. encara que amenacin després no fan res, es la manera de conseguir que els hi donis.

The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, especially the host, Brahim, whose warmth and hospitality made us feel immediately welcome. A special mention also goes to Latifa at reception, who consistently went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed and ensured every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The terrace is absolutely stunning and offers a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, while the food prepared by the staff was consistently delicious and thoughtfully made. The riad itself is beautifully maintained, full of charm and character. The location is also ideal — just an 8–10 minute walk from the souks and markets, close enough for convenience yet far enough to enjoy a quieter, more authentic and local feel.

Le séjour était incroyable grâce à la gentillesse de Latifa et Aymen. Je recommande vivement ce Riad qui est intimiste et très bien localisée. Si vous avez envie de vous reposer dans un endroit calme et paisible c’est le bon lieu. Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus.

Un Riad juste parfait nous y avons passés 4 nuits et la chambre était parfaite, la grande douche aussi ! Le personnel super gentil et au petit soin, un bon petit déjeuner tous les matins. Je vous recommande ce Riad à 100% ! Si je reviens à Marrakech c'est encore ici que je réserverai ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe 😊

Rien de spéciale

Heel fijn ontvangst en duidelijke uitleg over alles! De kamers zijn super schoon, mega luxe douche en fijne bedden. We verbleven 2 nachten en de 2e dag toen we eind van de middag terugkwamen was het bed opgemaakt en hadden we nieuwe grote schone handdoeken. De locatie is top! In de medina, maar niet in de drukte. Met 5 a 10 minuten lopen ben je in hart van de medina en al het moois was Marakesh te bieden heeft.

Het ontbijt was prima, maar je kijkt vanaf het dakterras de keuken in. En je ziet dan de pannenkoeken en andere dingen de magnetron ingaan. Opzich niet erg (gebeurt geheid bijna overal), maar voelt toch net iets minder lekker als je het ziet.

Spending five nights in this wonderful riad was a true gift. After visiting the busy sights, this place is a real oasis of peace: cozy, clean, and very welcoming. A special thanks to the lovely reception staff, Latifa and Ayman. They were there for all our questions and tips, and took care of everything—from taxis to drinks on the terrace. Also, Fatima and Sabira truly pampered us with their delicious breakfasts and lunches. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a personal and relaxing experience!
