I had a wonderful 3 nights here. Amazing location, amazing owners that were always open to answer any questions or recommendations I asked for, and of course, the 15 year old parrot was a highlight of my entire trip! Such a comfy and cute stay, I couldn't recommend it enough. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!

Wifi could be stronger! I was able to do what I needed to continue trip logistics, but it was difficult to keep in FT contact with family.

少し部屋が暗いこと。窓がないので部屋にいると天気がわからない。でもそれをカバーするほど気に入ってます。

Great location, clean, drinking water, hot water, kitchen, place is pretty, curtains, sockets and plenty of shelves to each bed

These three things really bothered me: Wifi & signal are awful so you won't have internet half of the time. They open the door of the dormes so it gets air so no privacy. Door isn't a replacement for windows. Staff are very talkative between them from early morning and as it's a small patio with rooms around, it was really annoying.

The location is close to the center of the town, but it's also quiet. I booked a hotel room (not the hostel). Everything was clean and there was hot water.

The hallway lights were on some night, but off others. The curtains didn't block the light.

Good location and adorable room

The soundproofing could be improved. It can get quite noisy at night, especially on weekends when there seems to be a rooftop party or club that goes on until around 2 a.m. In the mornings, people—possibly staff or other guests—often talk loudly before 8 a.m. If you stay on the ground floor near the entrance, expect quite a bit of noise.

Really nice hostal, well located, properly managed. The shared dormitory had excellent beds and sheets and a wide proper clean bathroom (hot water can take time but its expected). Loved the parrott too, even if she didnt like me haha

It was just a bit difficult to get a cup of coffee sometimes. It seems only one person knows how or is allowed to do it. Just a thought for future improvement!

Les voisins de dortoirs qui ronflent et les lumières qui restent ouvertes par les autres tard en soirée... c'est irrespectueux !

Le personnelle était super, tout était propre, proche du centre à 5 min à pied, en face les collectivos passent pratique pour bouger. Les chambres et les lits sont confortable, la chambre est sombre ce qui est agréable pour dormir

La posada es bellísima, tiene una ubicación muy central en un lugar muy tranquilo, peor por sobre todo el ambiente del lugar es muy calido, las personas son muy amables y están siempre en disposición a ayudar en lo que necesites, desde cuestiones prácticas de tu pasantía, cómo rutas y lugares que debes conocer. Tiene muy buena conexión de locomoción que pasan fuera de la posada.

If this isn’t the nicest hostel I’ve stayed at in Latin America, it’s in my top two or three. Perfect location, facilities that feel luxurious (beautiful tiling, very nice sheets, good soap and shampoo and towels — all a step up from what you’d get at a normal hostel), and amazing staff. You will love it here!

Hôtel rénové, très propre et très bien décoré.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Patzcuaro. easy walk to Plaza Quiroga, many restaurants and excellent coffee shops, and local market. Moises at the front desk is an extremely nice gentleman. He was very informative, and explained in detail the various smaller towns we could visit close to Patzcuaro including the island of Janitzio, the archaeological site of Tzintzuntzan, and the copper producing city of Santa Clara among many others. He was also very helpful to us with the transportation options to easily get to those places and others.

Room was spacious, close to Centro.

Note that the nights are cool in this part of Mexico. Rooms don’t have any heating but blankets are provided.

Bonito patio, agua caliente, excelente hostal

Este es un magnífico lugar para hospedarse y con una excelente ubicación para disfrutar del centro de Pátzcuaro. Las instalaciones son confortables, limpias y la atención del personal es más que buena. Eso si, no es un lugar de hotel de cinco estrellas, pero si de cinco corazones.

The location couldn't be better. It's just around the corner from the main square and it's close to all sights in town. The staff working there was super friendly and helped us a lot with things to do and see around the area. The room was comfortable, and they installed a laptop table that you can fold out from the wall. The room was very clean, and they provided us with water bottles and shampoo/soap. Since the room doesn't have a fridge, they let us use the shared one in the common kitchen. The hotel is pet friendly, and the costs for the dog were 150 pesos per stay.

The wifi upstairs could be a bit spotty. Sometimes, we had to go out of our room and move closer to the stairs for it to reconnect. Once we reconnected, it seemed to keep the connection until you either left the hotel or turned off your computer. The rooms were also not so soundproof. We worked early in the morning and didn't like that we potentially would disturb other guests while working from inside the room. If we can hear other guests talk in their room, they would be able to hear us too, especially early mornings. We also didn't like that they closed the door at 11.30 pm. We have a dog and usually do a walk before we go to bed. Since the door was locked, we had to wake up the night staff and then have them waiting for us to come back from the walk. The same in the morning, the door doesn't open until 7.30 am and we usually do a walk in the morning before work.

It is a cute place with limited hostal beds. The room had 8 beds with los of floor space and bathroom in the room.. I was lucky to get one of the four beds that were more "open". The other four beds were more of the capsule or maoseleum style. I want the airy kind. It has a kitchen that we can use and I almost cooked something but didn't on a 1 night stay. El hotel/hostal es bonito con lo que cuenta. La habitación de hostal es de 8 camas, 4 "abiertas" y 4 al estilo maoseleum ocapsula. Cuenta con cocina si les gusta y refri.

Bad roommates. This girl came back with her group at about 1am and kept talking loudly on the phone until about 3am. The group really made a mess of the bathroom due to drunkenness and diarrhea. Not the hotel's fault

Cute little room. Pretty comfortable. Just a little noisy from people in the hallways and music from a neighboring establishment, but for the price, pretty good.

Comfortable mattresses, hooray! Very helpful staff and clean hostel. Full curtains around the bunks, for privacy. Great location overall and the hostel itself is set on the inside edge of a small public square, so it's away from the street and traffic, but still right in the middle of town.

Only the kitchen is incredibly dark and they decline to add any more light. The stack of cook pots were awful and I would not cook/eat out of them, so I had to eat my meals out.

Great location, helpful staff, nice facilities. I like that they give you shampoo and soap (even in the dorms). I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to Patzcuaro.

Not really the most social place if you’re a solo traveler.

As the only budget accommodation in town, it provides a cheap and comfy environment for you to experience this quiet little town. They have a spacious and stylish common area to chill, and the staff is so kind that like a homestay.

The kitchen is so messy, it is more like a warehouse than a kitchen. The WiFi cannot be used in the room, but you don't want to stay in the cold and humid outdoor area at night.

Loved the beauty and the simplicity.

I was the only one there but when the staff was talking it was very loud. Guessing it would be loud when full. Bathroom smelled. Needs drain covers.

It is a great location, convenient to everything and just a couple minutes walk to the main plaza. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and made me feel completely at home. In fact, the staff went out of their way to help me when I needed anything. I had a room with private bath, and it was very comfortable. The shared courtyard space is beautiful, and I loved sitting out there. I’d love to go back sometime.

I wish they provided coffee in the morning.

This was great hostel to stay at in Pátzcuaro . It is right near the Zocalo, and there is a great coffee shop nearby. The dorm was comfortable and the shower has hot water if you aren't in there for too long. The courtyard is a good place to relax, though there aren't any other communal areas to hang out if it rains. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a kitchen for cooking. I was very happy to visit this town and also go out to the island.

Very beautiful and comfortable room. The big shower was amazing, the fact that the room was really clean and newly renovated made it perfect. The staff was very supporting and friendly.

The staff here are amazing people! Moy, Alma and Maribel helped me so much when my car was towed by local police, and I didn't know how to get it back. The place is very beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet, good wifi, right in the center near the market. Highly recommended!

Nice place, beds where very comfortable, curtain at the beds for privacy. Everything clean. There is space outside to sit. Kitchen is available. The location is near the main plaza but quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly I enjoyed my stay. .
